I was happy with the donuts, coffee not so good.

It’s good tasting donuts and would have been a five star. IF they were truthful, they had there hot light on so me and my family went to go get some the hot light was on, BUT they weren’t hot at all. While we were going through the drive thru we saw someone outside with the apron on, now that is just unsanitary. Otherwise the donut were amazing tasting I think that is all they need to improve, honesty and safety for customers.

Very friendly and polite to there consumers. I came this morning to get donuts for my Sunday School Class this morning. Thanks for being friendly to your consumers. I know there are some that want let you do that but you shouldnt have to take stuff from people if they are really being ugly to you. God bless you all. 🙏for you all.

My review from 2 years ago was a 5 now its a 1. Yall better do something quick about this location.. it was so bad dunno if Ill ever come back.. not having anything in stock and charging extra is bad enough but those doughnuts were disgusting. Couldnt even eat them stale, old and the chocolate didnt even taste like chocolate.. very disappointed

I ordered the small oreo chiller. Got a mocha coffee instead. Also ordered a lemonade chiller and it wasnt ready to be served it was pure concentrate. Donuts are good.

Big disappointment. We never buy doughnuts but we broke down for the Cinnabon style doughnuts that have been advertised nationally. Nope not available at this location. 😕

First time at this location. It was an overall great experience. The frozen caramel latte that I purchased was excellent. Drive thru could be challenging for folks with certain types of vehicles and people who lack an ability to navigate through small spaces with turns.

Every doughnut variety in our dozen was dried out more than you’d find in a grocery store and the “fresh hot” sign was lit. Worst experience at a Krispy Kreme ever.

They only gave us 1 of 2 donuts for the Covid offer.

This was a horrible experience. We visited twice to give them a chance. The first time, we were told that our order was $132 dollars. We had to explain to them on two different occurrences that we didnt want or want to pay for 12 dozen donuts. We went back a second time because the donuts were good tasting. We went back to order. The employee cut me off and wouldnt allow me to order through the drive thru. I NEVER post negative reviews, but this was beyond ridiculous.

Typical Krispy Kreme experience. Friendly people and fresh, delicious doughnuts. Not garbage like Dunkin. Only took away 1 star because they were out of Reeses doughnuts. 😭

We enjoyed going here. Tafi (I love her name!,) waited on us and did an excellent job. Very personable and friendly! My husband loved the donuts from here. I cant eat them as there are no Gluten-Free options. KRISPY KREME, PLEASE MAKE SOME GLUTEN FREE DONUTS! Well definitely be back!

Seems like a new location, very bright and clean. The service was extremely friendly, and very fast. Krispy Kreme is very consistent, so no surprises when it comes to what you get for a donut. Took a few minutes to get there from Pigeon Forge, but close enough.

Don’t do on line order. I placed an on line order and when I went to pick up was charged again at window. When I asked was my card not already charged I was told no we take payment at the window. Then I get home and I’ve been charged twice. When I call the store the lady said she asked me if it was on line and I said yes thats why I asked if card not already charged. She argued with me that I didn’t tell her it was on line when why would I ask if my card wasn’t already charged if it wasn’t on line and she even told me at the window that the order just popped up. She asked me if I was doordash I said no it’s online. She’s suppose to fix. We will see. Not ever doing that with them again

Donuts were good as usual. He was having problems hearing me for some reason or not efficient like some I have experienced before, taking your order. When I didnt get my 2% milk. He said i didnt hear you say that. But i had to repeat several things i need a small chocolate ... he says back Im sorry, what was that? I repeated the drink. He repeats it back to me, so thats a large ..... i said no, a small. Then had to correct him on something else. So odds are good I did order the milk but for WHATEVER reason he didnt hear it or.... but at the window, he just says sorry I didnt hear that. Not, can I get you the milk. Or sorry. Just shuts window. Some younger, not all, people really struggle to do jobs efficiently now days. Some are Lazy. Some just feel they shouldnt have to work, or we owe them. I went and paid for an education. I earned what my wages are. If you sat on your but playing video games while I was in school and studying, then you dont deserve $10-$15/hr flipping burgers or handing me a donutIm sorry. That the real world. By giving and giving, you teach laziness, not responsibility. It all started with everyone gets a trophy in little league. How about 1st,2nd and 3rd place only, like it was when I grew up. Then you worked harder to earn one. Man! What do I have to look forward to taking care of me in a few years.

Came here for the chocolate donuts we heard so much about WOW. Kendall took my order and had me try a fresh back donut because I have never had a Krispy cream before DOUBLE WOW. Thank you Kendall and all that work here, I will never have dunkin donuts again, Im coming here. Stop by when you have the chance you wont regret it

Love the hot and ready! They had a pumpkin donut assortment that was delicious. No curllers at this location which is our favorite so only gave it 4 starts. Has a convenient drive thru and is easily accessible in and out with a stop light near the entrance.

Donuts as usual fresh and hot. Tried the Krispy Kreme glaze coffee, not what I expected. Very bland, not sure what it needed but expected the glaze to take the place of sugar and cream and it just didnt.

Standing in line the older lady states she can no take cash. She said you will have to do your order over here and pointed to the other lady. Not once telling me to get out of line to go to the other side to stand in line again. No signs were posted after several other people went in front of me I asked if I needed to wait in line on the other side. The older lady stated very rudely yes I told you I can’t take cash. Two men were in line telling me to go in front of them because they knew I had been waiting for some time. I stated to the younger lady no signs are posted about cash only line. She said it’s something they just started. Then I asked for donut holes and they were out of them. Worse experience ever needless to say I went on down the road and everyone was super nice. This is the worse Krispy Kreme I had been in.

Wonderful, Ive been on a low carb. diet for over a year, my wife had to have Krispy Kreme, so we got one each. Wonderful I say again wonderful.

First thing, Krispy Kreme is OUR VERY FAVORITE Doughnut shop. We LOVE the Original that has cream all through the center ring. Its our favorite. I gave them 4 stars because the last couple of times weve stopped the Original has had WAY less cream and we had several doughnuts that only were half filled. If it wasnt for that they would have received 5 stars. We LOVE Krispy Kreme.
