I love Starbucks! I normally just go to drive-thrus but this one is in Tanger mall so you have to go inside. I placed my order on the app and didnt have to wait very long for it. Starbucks always smell so good! Theyve removed what inside seating they had I suppose due to covid.

Quick service but was very crowded. No complaints about coffee. It was amazing. Staff was very friendly too.

This place was packed and the baristas were friendly and working hard. I appreciate the hustle This is one store I’ve seen in pigeon forge were there were plenty of employees. Greta with the pink hair was awesome and super sweet.

This is the most horrible Starbucks I’ve ever been to! We waited 30 minutes to get our drinks because the employees just stand around talking & decide to take their sweet time making drinks. They don’t even tell you sorry for the wait or anything this is ridiculous I bet this location is only still in business because of tourist!

Thank god this place is in Tanger. I needed a coffee. It was jam packed when I was there. Noel and Greta were extremely sweet. Would highly recommend.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review, but my coffee here was terrible. I order the same drink anytime I go to Starbucks and I love it, however, the espresso shots in the one I received here were very much dead. My coffee was completely bitter and sour tasting.

I like Starbucks hot chocolate its so good Ill come back bye some more of hot chocolate from Starbucks again

Fast service. Seems like this is the only Starbucks that is open normal business hours in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. The other location is a hit & miss if they are open.

Great store at the entrance to Tanger Outlets. Wonderful staff as I ordered a non traditional item and everyone was great. Got a Puppa Chino for my puppy after picking up my mobile order and baristas couldnt have been nicer.

We dropped in here and were happy to find you had sweet cream. We love the sweet cream cold brew, even in January!! The cashierwas very friendly and helpful, since my elderly aunt didntwant coffee, he helped us get her a hot white chocolate. We all enjoyed drinks to keep us going as we headed back out shopping. The storefront was clean and the baristas were talented and jovial!

They didnt have any caramel syrup & added dark caramel sauce instead, which was fine. A little pricier than im used to in Starbucks but its a vacation town.

They where out of almost everything!! Then only one person making drinks while the other girl played on her phone and took a few orders this made the wait long. I wouldnt visit this location again. Service wasnt friendly and very slow due to her wanting to play on her phone.

Only had one batista working and the bathroom needed attending and repair due to the toilet handle being broken. Have had better experiences in the past.

It’s 2:00 pm and they were out of honey and caramel the cash register person was very rude about it, and just not a happy environment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ☹️

I was waiting here before the store opened for launch day of the summer cups because the other Starbucks up here didn’t get them. I seen an employee show up, went and stood by the front door but then left, it’s now 5 mins past 7 and not an employee in sight and the store is still closed, there have been several people outside waiting to try and go here. This is ridiculous.

Listen, if you dont know how good Starbucks is, so you have to read a review to decide whether or not to go there... just trust me! Its good lol

Horrible place. Dirty bathroom. Long waits. Drinks come out separately so not everyone in your party has their coffee at same time.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience today on Easter Sunday. The limit was 7ppl due to covid19, which its understandable. I waited over 30 minutes outside and another 20mins inside after a placed my order. The staff was more interested in talking to each other than making the orders. There was 3 employees inside.. Theres was more unhappy people waiting for their order.

Very busy on a Sunday afternoon with two associates. Took 20 mins to get a Regular cup of coffee. Need more associates working.

Poorest experience Ive had at a Starbucks in years. Person working the counter constantly arguing and being exceptionally rude. Shouldnt be in any place to interact with customers.And she claims she is the manager.Recommend finding a different Starbucks to give business to.

Very fast service. Although the room for customers was crowded. I would like to say that is not a huge issue due to seating not being available because of COVID which is understandable but social distancing amongst customers can barely be applied due to the small space of the shop.

This location REALLY needs to change their air filter (ceiling return in middle of store) and maybe clean their air ducts.. Even with my mask on, I could detect a heavy, unpleasant smell. Sadly, I didn’t enjoy a welcoming whiff of coffee upon entering the store. The filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in who knows how long.I’m guessing that during normal business, the speed of service is more typical of most Starbucks. However, today’s performance was at a....... casual pace.

I am, honestly, disappointed. I rarely ever have a bad experience at a starbucks and this one was rough.The place was packed, and I get being busy but my drink was made wrong and the lack of communication made me just leave and take the loss.

Went here multiple days for multiple drinks. Best coffee and service Ive had at a Starbucks in forever. Will drive out of my way to go here next time we are in town. Milk was heated correctly, espresso was extracted properly, and the employees were all so happy and friendly. Excellent experience. Thank you!!!!

As we were observing the covit laws we processed into the store Suddenly the employee yell at us to “Get out”. She slammed her tray in the counter and headed toward us. My grand daughter ( 10 yrs old) held the door for us to leave and she pushed her out of the way. After we all got out we told her we wanted to talk to the manager. She was the managers. she was rude and she said “ call my BM “. And slammed the door in our face I have never seen such rudeness in my life. Please beware

5 days a week I pass the Starbucks closer to me just to come to this one. The awesome employees here are always on top of their game and very friendly. The manager Janet who is typically in in the mornings is always welcoming and sweet. They all tend to remember their regulars names and I love that they go out of their way two do that as I know its not easy. My coffee is always made right the first time I never have to bring it back period.

Friendly and quality expected of Starbucks! Store was clean. Only downfall layout of seating was not what we expected. This could easily be remedied as there is plenty of room.

Their service has gotten very slow. Waited over 15 minutes for our order. Even though they have good coffee, Im not sure I can keep coming back if I have to wait this long.

There were only a couple people in line and I still had to wait about 20 min. Two girls were working really hard but 3 other employees were just kind of watching them struggle, occasionally putting away bags of coffee. One blonde dude was walking around with a tablet just complaining that he wanted to go home. The coffee was, of course, so good it made the wait worth it. Thanks to the 2 ladies working hard. The others could use a talking to.

I absolutely hate to say this but I was totally disgusted and disappointed with the service here. employee Chris needs more training. I have a simple order just a dark roast coffee with a just few ice cubes in it. I come into this starbucks and the employees are cleaning and I was not greeted, then finally a man comes to the register who was named Chris, asks for my order and rings me up. now as he’s getting my coffee I see him go to get the ice cubes and he picks them up with his FINGERS!!!! I was outraged. I clearly saw that there were ice scoops there for him to use but he did not. To top it all off, he sneezed while taking my order and didn’t even wash his hands before getting my drink. I believe that this worker here need a bit more training on how to serve drinks the clean way. I didn’t drink my coffee I took it to a different location up the road and they happily replaced my drink and apologized for the troubles.

Very friendly service. As I get older I realise that I dont have to pay for someone to be rude to me and alot of people are nowadays. So when someone goes outta there way to be nice to me, then thats where Im shopping and spending my money. Very nice and friendly atmosphere.
