Its a great place to rent and they have new products coming in all the time.will work with as long as you communicate.no pressure on sales as no employees are comission based.

Everything was fine. Was going to miss a payment too the computer back with the promise of a 30 day hold. Went back to get it and they sold it out from under me anyway. Poor customer service. Will never do business with this company again.

Wish there was a way to give no stars because this is giving them too much credit. Lets see where to start? Oh everything is severely overpriced, anytime you miss a payment they call everyone you know looking for your payment. They cant even wait 3 hours after they open to freak out on when are they getting their payment. About every week for the past month Ive been woken up to rentacenter having called my friends and family. Its ridiculous and very unprofessional, if I were any of you I would rather go to American rental because these guys have a poor sense of customer service and tried to bully their way into my wife letting them in my home so they could take their stuff back and refuse any sort of a payment. Youd be better off saving your money and buying something outright instead of dealing with all of this, because rentacenter is not worth it!!!

District manager said they had too many customer to manage so losing me was a good think after reporting a delivery driver wanted 400 dollars or he was going to report I had bed bugs which was a lie
