Great jewelry department staff. Good sale prices. Very small store compared to other locations I have visited.

Great experience. Its a smaller store but good selection for day to day wear. They dont carry businessman attire much. Staff was a joy!

Customer service was friendly and helpful.Mask policy is as CDC recommends, if your vaccinated mask not required if your not masks are required.Outside of the store was clean and handicapped button works very well. It was nice to see that they had a pick-up area in front of the store.Store was not cluttered nor was it unorganized. It was clean and well kept.Bathroom needs a little tlc, but is usable.The prices were a little on the high side for me, though, the app does help out on a lot of the items in the store.

I love this place

My wife hasnt worn earrings in years. We were in Penneys and my wife decided to get a little pair of certified diamond earrings. Beautiful selection. We got her new earrings home and the post on one of the earrings was bent. I brought them back to the store and the exchange didnt take 5 minutes, I was out the door and my wife has a beautiful new set of certified diamond earrings !! Happy Guy.

I love pennys, they constantly have great sales. Now some of their items are a little more up front but the quality of those items last years! I once bought my kid basketball shorts at walmart, after the FIRST wash they had seems pulled apart! My son gets new clothes every year for school at pennys! Its SOOOO worth the few dollars more! Save the headache shop at pennys!

Purchased a new wedding set and went back to get the warranty on it. It was an easy process and the gentleman helping was helpful and nice.

The visit was my first time in the store and was so very impressed with the lady who checked my son and I out. Stephanie is as nice as she is pretty and that makes her a special person, JCP is lucky to have her and she made it a pleasure to shop there. My son loves the clothes he found and that makes me happy!!

Clothes are expensive and it was hard to find clothes for my husband and my son for my wedding

Convenient but not much of a selection compared to other locations. Not many staff on hand although I was asked if I needed help by a young man who also explain they had a 20% off sale if I used a JCPenney credit card. Dressing room was filled with clothes from other shoppers. Entire store (including restrooms) could benefit from an update--appears old, tired, and out-of-date. Didnt have a bad experience but missing the wow factor.

Had no problem with replacing my ring with my lifetime warranty and got Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner cheaper then CVS

They get new product every week, almost everything is on sale and theres plenty of clearance.

Love our Penneys store. About the only place to buy womens and mens clothing in Seymour. Our granddaughter just started working there and loves her job. Friendly cashiers and so helpful.

Customer service is outstanding! Had 2 pair of Levi pants that ripped out that I purchased a few months back. They exchanged them & let me pick Arizona brand so I wouldnt have problem again. I hate Levis!

Wife loves it. Just a clothes store to me. Public bathroom was nice when my toilet stopped working at the house though.

Many of the associates are helpful, while others have a deer in the headlight look. Selection; although, better than Columbus leaves alot to be desired in selection. They carry the same items and I have seen no real new items. This may be why many choose to shop out of town.Beauty shop is great for hair, styles and lip waxes.DO NOT GET EYEBROWS DONE HERE.Twice I have had them done. First time was ok. Second was AWFUL. She missed spots I was pointing out. The one was long in length and cut long hairs on one short while the other was longer. Better lighting may help this problem foe other as well as more room for the girl to see what she is doing rather than leaning over you.I will still shop for new clothes if they get some in. I will get my hair cut and lip waxed. No more eyebrows though or buying same old clothes.

A huge variety of clothing for ALL ages. They also have shoes, bedding, bath towels, cookware, jewelry purses and alot of items that would make nice gifts. They have ALOT of clearance items everytime I go there....I have actually bought a baby shirt and a pair of baby shorts for $.49 each on clearance there before.

Tags say 40% off if you purchase $40. Or more but once you get to the cash register its on special prices items not regular every day prices items etc. Smh. Left feeling like the tags were misleading in a push to get you to spend more only to be screwed at the cash register...probably wont go back any time soon. The clothing quality doesnt match the non regular price.

I personally am not a fan of Jc Pennys..I feel like its not the best quality and its a bit over priced.

I had gone into this store that I have always been please with. The employees are always on top of things and if they do not know somthing they always ask a fellow associate and come right back to me with information. However, when I went shopping last night a lady waited on me named Ruth and she had a couple young girls near by working by in the women’s department and Ruth kept snarking comments to one of the young girls there for not doing anything at all. But while I was there shopping that younger girl had straighted up the entire St. John’s Bay area in a matter of minutes. I had brushed it off until I got angry at the fact that Ruth would treat me as if I was under her. She treated me like a dog in a sense that I didn’t know how to pay with my credit card and insisted on pressing my pin in when she doesn’t need to know if! That is totally violating and unacceptable! She forcefully took my card out of my hand and swiped my card for me and tried to get me to give her my PIN number. She was the worse associate that I’ve ever had and I truly and firmly think she doesn’t deseve a job by how she treated me and the young girl around her.
