Love almost everything about this store. The location is great and so is the quality of their products!

Used to think highly of them but when I bought a glass peice that I put heat on for maybe 5 to 10 seconds completely exploded in my face, after only doing two dabs on it. I called the owner and he explained that he could take a look at it and exchange it for something else. Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by a clerk who not only tried to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about but proceeded to explain to me that I broke the peice and once it left the door it was my problem. I found this very unprofessional and Ill be taking my buisness elsewhere. Even though I would often come into Seymour just to visit this store. The level of professionalism in this establishment is sub-par.
