Guy has been always helpful with our phones, I got locked out from my google account and Samsung account. Stayed with Samsung for 3 hours and was unable to get any help, came to the store and guy helped in few minutes.

Had a great experience, The lady that works there was very polite and help us switch our carriers over even though we got there late and it past 6. Highly recommend

Horrible place. There is an overweight native American woman there that hates white people. We literally have to drive to Oklahoma City if we have to do any business with them. She is rude and isnt able to assist me or any of my family when we any problem or upgrade

Went in for a bad SIM card. I was hooked right up with 1 for $10.00 had great customer service and was Happily sent on my way.

The service is horrible I can go one block and drop from full bar 4g lte to 1 bar 4g and also even with 3-4 bars it still isnt even capable of streaming a video on Facebook or youtube...

What a waste of time. I went into store To get some clear straight answers about some phones that I had & to see if they would work with their Network. I tried to take care of this over the phone but it was too confusing for that staff member. The staff member in the store was slow, with an attitude as if I was taking time out of their day. She did not know anything about any of the basic information I feel a person in her position should have. Im in the process of researching other cell phone companies.

This is my first time to go to Metro hope that i can get a new sims card to replace my old one,cant understand others giving a 3-4 star rating.people only try an help you they cant be perfect.

Came to get a new phone at 6:30 and the store was closed... It was supposed to be open til 7. Makes it real hard to get service when the store isnt open when the hours of operation clearly show it should be open.

Ive been in the store a few times. Yesterday will be my last time. I bought a case and screen protector. The guy asked if I would like my screen protector put on so I said sure. Well between those two items I bought it was $30. He ended up putting my screen protector on wrong. It has bubbles and lines tunning all through it. Wont be going back. If I need anything from MetroPCS Ill go to their website.

I rated this a 3 because during my visit, trying to switch my service to one of my windows phones, she couldnt switch them cause she said its locked. I assured her that the previous owner and I DID, via AT & T, have that phone unlocked. IT IS CLEARED! But, I cant remember the PW for it. So I left, disappointed cause I HATE my ZTE! I also added 1 gig extra cause this ignorant phone keeps telling me Im out of data! Well, I got home and realized I had a text from Metro PCS. It read, TY for purchasing you new phone here at Metro PCS!?? Huh? Get it together guys. Just get it together.

3 5hrs later on phone calling customer service, calling various stores within 40mi of me and even driving to local store without results, ill take my 150 a month elsewhere. Ive had better treatment in county jail

Do not buy phones from this company. The salesman here will add extras to your plan to raise their commission. They wont allow you to set up your own security questions they will do it for you like they did with mine where they made my account PW 1234.The service map is a lie if you zoom in on any area that say it was full LTE service you will see that most of the areas is rated as fair which means you get service outside and sometimes inside.Dont waste your time or money with METROPCS worst service Ive ever had.

Great service and they were able to get a new glass cover for my phone and install it immediately

The guy was great but I DONT like a new LG5 that completely DIES after month of use if this is the built in battery life I will trade it off not happy
