We had a wonderful experience with Mariana. She was so pleasant, patient and helpful. We were Sprint customers and were trying to get new phones and switch over. After failed attempts at another T-Mobile store and over the phone, we werent expecting much walking in, but Mariana made it a breeze and got everything done we needed.
The young man that helped me was most helpful. Teased him that his broken thumb looks like could be a alligator bite. Had fun with that.
Carlitos was very helpful. I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.
Not helpful at all. Didnt switch to tmobile sim card.
Great customer service. Very professional and friendly staff.
Will provided great customer service to us.
Friendly. Efficient.
Bro, Im happy with our phone and service however to get two Phones activated it took 3 hours. I wish I was exaggerating but Im not. Customer service was great, just. THREE HOURS ...
Its Sprint... It is what it is... Slow, bad coverage and not the best... Switched from Verizon after 22 years with incredible service.. was Promised it was just as good.. Big disappointment.. Should have stayed there...
My partner and I went to the sprint store at Shawnee Mission Parkway.Hands down BEST experience. The manager greeted us promptly and was very friendly and inviting, not pushy and rude like the manager at Verizon. Our salesperson, Tollie Rupe, was phenomenal! She was very sweet and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and concerns. We left the store 100% satisfied with our phones, service and overall experience. Thank you guys so much for your outstanding customer service.
I’m with sprint whole my life . Bought I phone 10 from them and they sold me screen WarrantyLife plan . They said if screen break down one year . They will exchange screen or will send you 250/- check . Any how my screen broke down . I went to them . They said I me, e mail to warnanty life . They will take care of it . I sent tons e mail to them . No reply at all . I went them to again and told them you sold me this plan and now saying, can’t do any thing. Their behaviour was rude and very disappointed. I feel have been decived by themSo absolutely do not recommend this store .
Tried to pay cash for my current bill and the manager said they already put their cash drawer away for the day & it was 15 min. before they closed. the manager was rude and stuttering over his words when i asked why they were trying to close shop early and not allowing customers to pay their bills. terrible customer service and will find another sprint store to go to from here on out.
That girl was so rude dont go to this one
Walked in with a working phone. Walked out with a busted phone. When I asked what I should do to get the phone working they told me to go to a different Sprint store. Ill be cancelling my sprint service. No apology. No statement credit. Just a good luck, try somewhere else.
Doesnt answer the phone. Rude staff. I called during the store hours I was told on the phone and everytime I called it rang 3 times before someone picked up the phone and hung it up immediately
I got done what I wanted to get done. Eventhough the blonde hair girl tried to make something so simple so hard lmfao. Lucky the manager knew what I was talking about or wanted to do. All I wanted to do was cut off one phone and cut on my old phone simple. But again lucky the manger was there. He was very helpful.
The Sprint store made me aware that I need to see the technical and repair store and they gave me the number and the address to go to and my weight there was not very long at all at either place and it got fixed properly while I waited. And they explained everything that they were going to do and asked me to explain everything that was wrong so they would take care of it.
This is by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever dealt with. In September, I switched from another cellular provider to Sprint and then attempted to take advantage of the promotion where you trade in your iPhone 6 and get a free iPhone 7 in the form of monthly credits. A few months later and I never received any credits to my account. I called multiple times and spoke with people in the store. I just kept getting the run around. Finally, Im fed up and decide to cancel my service and go elsewhere. I go to the store to see what is going to happen since I gave them my iPhone 6 plus. Come to find out, I never qualified for the promotion because of the payment plan I chose (pay to own versus lease). No one told me this would be a problem and they accepted my iPhone 6 Plus. I was very irritated at this point. The guy who Im assuming was the manager told me I could either have him attempt to fix it or cancel service and pay the remaining balance. I would get nothing for my iPhone 6 Plus that I gave them. So essentially, they stole my iPhone 6 Plus. They took it under a promotion I wasnt qualified for and would not give me anything in return when I decided to leave. I will be looking into taking legal action against this store and those involved.
Carlitos was very helpful and took care of our problem.
Great friendly staff
My husband and I visited this store this morning. Sade, a worker there, attempted to help us... unsuccessfully! Any question we had like, Do you set up our phone for us here? Her response, No, I cant help you with that... it seemed to be her standard answer for EVERY question. Even when we asked why our plan would be more, when last week one of their employees said he could get us a better deal than what she could offer. In all honesty, we chose to use Spring, to support local business... Due to her lack of general information and her unfriendly attitude, we will be looking for another carrier for our phones.Once loyal and now disappointed!
Do not go to this store. If you must use Sprint, find a different store. Horrible customer service. First the salesman specifically lied about the plan we signed up for and so our bill is much, much higher than he said it would be. Assistant Manager said we could leave Sprint, no strings attached. Other Assistant Manager said we could not leave Sprint without paying a big fee. Store Manager was the most confused of all. After stumbling around finally said I, unknowingly, was in a 2 year contract and couldnt leave without a big fee. My husband can only leave Sprint if he buys his own phone elsewhere, and only because they are being nice by allowing him to leave. I think Sprint is in the business of telling half-truths in order to get you to sign up, at which point they gleefully announce that you are screwed and stuck. Apparently the workers there have no issue with unethical behavior. Perhaps other Sprint stores are more honest and helpful. But this one on Shawnee Mission Parkway in the Target shopping center is definitely one to stay away from, and Id advise strongly looking at other carriers vs Sprint for hopefully more honest business practices.
The staff was very very helpful and I feel that they got me the best possible deal on what I needed.
Excellent customer service
Weve generally been pretty satisfied with the service here. Sometimes well run across an employee who seems less than happy to help. But generally most everyone did a good job helping. The wait times for help can be very long if the store is busy. Sometimes an hour plus.
Excellent service and staff was helpful in getting my information transferred. Welcoming and would recommend friends and family to visit this store. Service was A+
Outstanding Customer Service!!! We now have professional help with Sprint we can contact.Jerrick provided his expertise to help us transition to Sprint.
Wonderful young woman, Lexus, helped me. Then the condescending, unpleasant manager stepped in and I left deciding my relationship with Sprint is going to come to an end if he is the example of customer service they promote. His name is Jerry. I dont know his last name because when I asked for it he refused. it would have been much more professional for him to have given me his card but he was not professional through our entire interaction. I gave them 1 star because Lexus was so nice.
Very helpful . Courteous and knowledge. I am thankful for their help.
Kamaren at this store could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we received the best possible service. We arrived rather frustrated with the service we had received from multiple Sprint 800 phone calls. We were not happy customers when we arrived, but very pleased with the attention and service we received by the time we left.
Go and ask for Maurice or Danielle: they are great!
Bad customer service by employees. Tried taking my phone in 3 times now to get fixed. The first two times they couldnt fix the problem so told me to bring in the phone the next morning for them to take apart and repair. Then when I got there, was told that they cant repair the phone with my cracked screen (even though they already knew from the first two times they had the phone that it was cracked). Complete waste of my time/gas. Go to another store that will treat you better!
There should be a process improvement for handling customers who are only needing to buy or return accessories. Waiting over an hour is a good reason to purchase these items anywhere else but Sprint. But the worst part is the policy for returning accessories within 14 days per the receipt policy, when in fact Cameron the manager refused to honor the 14 day policy today. He said that the day you purchase an item is day one, so it is really only a 13 day return policy. (That is like saying you are 1 year old on the day you were actually born.) It is fraudulent! So even though we spent almost $1000 2 weeks ago, and we brought back one item on day 14 worth $39, he would not allow the return. I called the Sprint Customer service number and explained everything to them, and they provided some justice by posting a $40 credit to our account. Weve been customers for 10 years, with 6 phone lines, and spend ALOT of money each year to Sprint, so I did not appreciate getting treated so poorly today. The sign in the store says we bend over backwards for our customers - but that is not true. After reading all of the negative online reviews for this Shawnee, KS store, and noticing the huge turnover with employees over the past few years, it is obvious there is a serious problem with training and retaining good employees who know not only about cellular devices, but also basic customer service skills. We all expect more from our Sprint stores, especially when the Sprint headquarters is right here in the Kansas City area. Why cant we have A+ service? No excuses please. And why arent we given surveys after each transaction for important feedback to Sprint, instead of resorting to posting reviews online? Then Human Resources and Marketing would know what kinds of problems need to be fixed asap. This would ultimately help retain important Sprint customers, leading to a more profitable company and fewer layoffs.
So helpful, professional, and listened to help me get exactly the device I needed.
Absolutely worst customer service in KC at the Shawnee store
The best Sprint store in Kansas City. Superb customer services and reasonable to no wait time. Best deals for wireless.
Staff is amazing! I tell my friends and family to visit only this location.
Every time I need help they are willing to work and help me out
Long wait for nice and helpful staff.
There is one star because you can’t post zero. I have hated this company and there terrible service for years. I have finally lost my patience and will find a different company . They suck in too many ways to list
Very fun staff. I didnt have to wait at all walked right in and was helped
I had better luck with phone pricing at Best Buy. I dont know why but it seems the Sprint Store always has higher phone prices.
Best sprint store in KC. They have the best in customer service and wait times are short. Not a service and repair center but they are still great.
Got a great phone with great sales people
My phone got shut off twice due to a finance error and the lady helping me acted completely rude to me as though it was my fault.. Also my 13yr old daughters phone when as she was away. The manager wouldnt even come out and talk to me. I had no past due balance. This was just an error on thier part and treated me like garbage
I had to stop at this Sprint store after the one I visited in Overland Park was useless!!!From the moment I walked in the door a man with glasses greeted me with a smile; something the other store didnt do. I mean who wants anyone to help them if they cant even SMILE!I told the man what I needed, which was the tempered glass protector for my new S9+ I had preordered online. He checked inventory and told me they did not have any, which is understandable since the phone was just released last week. Even though he did not have it in stock he offered to order it for me and have it sent to my home! Simply amazing customer service!!I also want to mention that the store was full of customers and he was still so friendly and helpful despite the hectic state of the store. Anytime I need to visit a Sprint store this will be my go to.
Was trying to return a lost and found phone. Found first store on my way to work unfortunately arrived at the store 20 minutes early so store was not open. Tried to flag down a couple of employees who were working inside (they saw me) but nobody came to the door wondering what I wanted. I guess they get a lot of people at their door early morning. Any ways got lucky (otherwise would have have to wait another 10 minutes) as there was an employee walking into work. Handed her the lost and found phone outside the store and I was no my way. I am not a Sprint customer but I wouldnt want to be after this experience.
I’m not a sprint member myself (I use at&t), but I am here with a friend who is attempting to upgrade his phone. We have been here nearly 30 minutes, there are three customers at the front desk, only two of them are needing help. There are four employees currently working. We have not been given a wait-time estimate, nor have we even been spoken to more than once by an employee. Last weekend I purchased my new phone at the at&t shop, which was particularly busy due to it being a Saturday, and the release of the new IPhone. I was greeted immediately, and with an associate in under 5 minutes. In the amount of time it has taken to get with an associate at this sprint location, I probably could’ve purchased five or six phones, set up a family plan, and talked about current events at at&t. Do yourself a favor and switch over.
The staff here was very helpful when I was getting my new phone.
The manager was rude. Was not able to solve my phone issue
Customer friendly
Not much help send me to another store to fix my phone and it was an easy fix, they couldve done it there but its alright, now i know not to go there again
Very nice, but not so quick
Horrible experience lied to by staff thought I was buying two cells, but they were leased! For 2 years ! I didnt want phone insurance but they slipped it in on the contract. Jacked up all around trust me dont go here.I would not do business at this sprint corporate location, unless you like giving money away!Update the sprint store returned the phones, I still dont understand why some people lease cell phones.
Helpful as always
Horrible customer service. Absolutely rude redhead and a waste of time. Didnt even assist with rebooting phone which actually solved 1 problem. I will be looking to leave sprint soon. No wonder they lose customers
Very nice experience at your store with Lisa P. She made it as smooth and easy to understand as possible. Ty, Lisa!
Ashlee is such a rockstar. I had a defective new 6s, I walked in after being turned away from Apple (too busy to help). Ashlee got me right in with the techs who determined the phone was defective. I was out of there in 30 minutes with a new and working phone. Life saved!! Thank you a million times!
Fast, friendly service with knowledgeable staff.
OMG th worst service and, after getting a business account, they screwed the accounts up and never got them resolved. After wasting 4 days on the phone with customer service, and trying to get in with a manager at the time I have as a business owner on a Saturday was told unavailable until tuesday. AND NEVER CALLED BACK. Now no longer a customer my accounts are still wrong and say I owe A incorrect Balance. Still 3 hours on the phone, with no RESOLUTION. WORST CHEATING BS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEEDS A -10 for a review and NO DAM STAR. SPRINT IS HORRIBLE!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There was an error made, by Sprint personnel, about a promotional offer. After contacting Customer Service, the Assistant Manager of this store contacted me and honored the error made. It was a frustrating process but it was corrected in the end. Thank you Kyle.
Jose the Vivint rep was a great help
Awesome team effort one and done
The representative named Tariqh at the store is dishonet, a con and does not care about Sprint customers; only sales and the least he can do to help.He blatantly chose to act as if I was lying about what a customer care supervisor told me. He said I never spoke to her and chose to leave out her comments. When I reached a representative on the phone they read in detail everything the supervisor said and verified it. Then he tried to act nice aftee he was called out for lying. He acted as if I was a liar and I will NEVER buy anything or go to that store for help again!!DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS STORE OR HIM!!
I got the note 7 on the 19th then of course they had the recall due to the battery Catching Fire got the email and text from Sprint bring your phone in and you can swap it out for a edge 7 or galaxy 7 .. so went into the merriam ks store, since its close to my home wanted to swap out the defective 7 for whatever edge 7 or just the 7 BUT told the mgr i wanted the note 7 when they start selling it again, but of course he said (TIM) i would have to pay a restocing fee ...why ? Bla bla bla then he was like oh you can just hold on to the phone until it comes back in okay I really want to hold onto a phone might catch fire for 2 weeks so I wont get a restocking fee my email clearly said bring your phone in and do what you want to do with no fees went to another store because he got rude and basically they said I know you wont get a fee but basically I kept asking when I come back in Im going to have to put money down on the Note 7 right oh yeah because youll have to just pay the difference on the plan I have we dont get a line fee anyways so this store the kid did not know what he was doing took an hour for him to swap phones out with having to go to the manager probably 10 times hold on a minute sir Ill be right back anyways just horrible horrible and knowledgeable staff
Employees (including Supervisors) standing around talking to eachother instead of helping customers. When approached about issue with phone was told to go to another store (not a sprint store) before the issue could be explained. When complaint was made over the phone, the manager acted like he couldnt hear me while employees laughed in the background. I would not recomend using sprint. I am thinking about switching phone companies after this visit.
Store employees only acted mildly interested in helping us make the switch from Verizon.
Nice but no hardware support
No wait for service, everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful.
The young man named Dalton helped me in everything I needed to kno.
Very good service
Excellent service and advice.
Waited forever to just buy a charger. Employees were not helpful.
Cant get good customer service at this location...its ridiculous
While paying for a phone plan is terrible with any company, Sprint at least makes the process easy.
They missed out on a $400 cash sale bc my contact wasnt up for 41 more days
Wait time can be awful, even if you set an appointment in advance, but the staff does their best to help under that and other circumstances.
I waited in line for over an hour and a half. The sad part is the only thing I needed done was to transfer over information from my old phone to my new phone. The main reason I only buy a new phone ever 5 years!
Always terrible customer service. You can count on it.
It was all good
My headphone jack IS in fact broken...
Very helpful
The customer service is horrible at this store. Avoid this store if you can.
I walked in to this place and they got me out the door with a new phone in 20 minutes. Cant complain.
Employees here are one step away from riding a short bus.
They reprogramed my phone
Yall be lying sending customers store to store because you guys are too lazy to help people 😂
Fast service
Although I had to wait for a while, one of the techs here replaced the faulty screen on my phone for FREE instead of making me buy a $100 replacement.
Bad customer service
Excellent attention. Search or ask for Jesus excellent sales executive
Excellent service
