The lady working today was very very helpful regarding an international package I had to ship. She really took the stress out of having to do this. I will definitely be returning.

Clerk and management argued with me that my package wasnt there when I had a note left in my mailbox by the UPS guy from the day before stating that it would be delivered at this store this morning; and the online tracking advised that it was there. The online tracking even had a confirmation and the exact time it was checked in at the store. Long story short, my package WAS there. I hope they dont treat anyone else like how they did me today. I hope that they have learned from my situation and thoroughly check their stock before declaring something isnt there.

The USPS shipping options at this location are a bit outrageous. They are not able to offer USPS Flat Rate Priority Box options which can be printed from home if you own a printer. A $7+ package was going to cost $20+. Even without the flat rate Priority box rate the shipping should be around $16 at the most based off weight.Their other services might be okay but if you need to ship a package through any carrier, save your time and money and just go to the actual post office or carriers place of business.To end on a good note the lady working Monday evening was very nice and polite even at the end of the day.

Excellent service from the moment I stepped in the door. I was in town for a funeral and had to ship a priceless package at the last minute. Both ladies were warm, welcoming, and very pleasant. They were eager to assist me with my odd shaped package that I couldnt get onto the plane. The staff even said their condolences for my loss and wished me safe travels back home. Problem resolution combined with simple kindness managed to turn my whole day around and touched my heart. Thank you so much for all of your patience, professionalism, and kindness!

Well... I want to give this 4 stars but I cant. The people who work there are an absolute joy, they obviously love their job and were welcoming and patient explaining how everything worked. But unfortunately, when I sent a fragile item thru their services, it arrived at my customers home damaged. It had been packaged incorrectly and torn. It wasnt too bad, but enough to warrant a refund to my customer. So, employees get 5 stars, but the service gets only 3. Itd get 2 stars if it werent for the employees.

Here at EZ Ship, our most expensive box that we sell is for $25, however it is a double walled box, which means that the box is twice as thick as any standard box and is also a special ordered box. We charge $25 plus tax to offer you a service which includes us packaging the delicate item for you with the box, bubble wrap necessary to protect the fragile item(s) and packaging peanuts to give cushion support to ensure that the packaged items are submerged in the center of the box with at least 3 inches around the item(s) to ensure that the item(s) do not arrive to the destination damaged. We have a 99.99% success rate in all items packaged by our staff to ensure that the items you send are well beyond taken care of. Everything that is paid to be packaged at our store is professionally packed, as we have been in business since 1997. We have over 60 sizes of boxes here that range for small to large and standard to thick (including specialty boxes). The cost of a box can be as little as $2.25 or up to $25 based on what additional materials/ services you need for your package. Here at E-Z Ship and Copy, we offer wide range of services to the people of Shawnee with fast, friendly, and convenient service.

I have never experienced such unprofessional and hateful customer service. I was trying to resolve an issue that had been going on with a package of mine, but the lady who answered my phone call talked to me in a very disrespectful and arrogant tone and left me feeling belittled. For a company that states in a comment below that they value their customers, the women I talked to most definitely did not make me feel this way. Instead of being patient with me and helping me with my questions, the women I was talking to basically told me to figure the problem out on my own. She told me to look up my tracking number myself and wasnt patient enough to wait until I could find the number in my email and give it to her. I posted a review on their Facebook page to warn others of this womens attitude towards customers earlier today which was exactly what I have said in this review. Within an hour of posting it they deleted their reviews page completely on their Facebook page. I hope that the company can learn from this mistake and teach some of their employees how to properly treat a customer so no one else has to be treated this way.

I went to Walmart to buy a box to ship a package, but they didnt have the right dimensions. So I found EZ Ship and Copy and bought a box from there. I was shocked that the cost was $25 plus tax for 1 cardboard box! When I asked how their shipping rates compare to UPS or Fedex (in other words, is is cost effective for me to use your service) the employee responded I dont know if our rates are comparable to Fedex. Overall, no abuse (except the mark up on the box!) and they seem to be easy and quick.
