Clean little music shop. Employees were friendly and I got a guitar at a great sale

Really good customer service.

We were happy with our instrument but be very cautious of billing practices. We have been dealing with inaccurate billing for 4 months and have gotten nowhere. We were given a paid in full early in 2020 and then in October started getting invoices, none of which appear to be very consistent. Weve been passed around at the local and corporate level. Everyone seems to acknowledge they have billed us in error but nobody can seem to get their act together and get it straightened out. There are other music stores in the area that provide good service and seem to have their act together when it comes to billing.

Wonderful staff! Took my violin to get the bridge altered and it was quick and cheap. They were very kind. Easily 5 stars. Will definitely be going back for all my music needs.

Visited the Music & Arts store in Shawnee to purchase books and inquire about lessons and Meagan was most helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me the lesson facilities and determined what would be more beneficial in helping me accomplish my goals. The store was nice and clean which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone in their venture for both music and the art-world. Thumbs up Meagan, and thanks again for your help:)

Great selection of gear, and helpful, friendly staff!

I bought a 5th string for my guitar. The guy behind the counter got it for me. When I got it home I opened the package and it was a 2nd string. I drove back up there to get the correct string and he wouldnt take it back because the package was opened. Hes the one who got me the string, but I guess its my fault assuming he knew the difference between a 5th and 2nd string.

Great customer service! They went above and beyond to help me find the right trumpet. World highly recommend.
