All the Tractor Supply stores are pretty solid, but the Shawnee store stands out. Great service, friendly people and great inventory. Very well managed store.

Absolutely love it here! The store is so clean! The staff is incredibly friendly. Theyll help you find whatever you need. If you need help loading it out to your car, they can do that. I get coupons from signing up for the rewards program. The staff always have a smile on their face!!

Im only giving them one star because their location and the fact Lowes and PetSmart are only a block away. The customer service there was as bad as Ive ever dealt with, they were out of stock on most key items I came for, and I had to wait ten minutes to use there restrooms which were extremely dirty because they were locked. When I talked to the acting store manager my wife and I immediately understood where the culture came from. Reading this youd think my expectations might be to high but I had a great experience at Lowes and PetSmart so I dont feel like Im asking to much to have employees help me instead of ignore me and have a manager with time to hear my concerns.

Have bought some stuff here but not much help. Solar charger did now work, tsc has and very good online air filters, oil filter, but blade in stock are short it only 23 inch 29 to 30 closet to my size.

In the course of 8 days I have made 2 vain attempts to have propane filled ( a service offered proudly displayed on the fence over the tank). 1st attempt, I was told, (verbatim) sorry we somehow broke the nozzle thing this morning, & will have to wait for the guy to come fix it ....2nd attempt: I was told sorry we broke the nozzle this morning, & have to wait for the guy to come repair it .....either they are completely full of bs, & rather than own it & tell me sorry we dont want, or are incompetent, etc.. or they need a new person who fills, (at least one not so accident prone) &/or propane tank repair company.Trust me, elsewhere is worth the effort

Please clean your bathroom. The women’s was out of order so we were directed to the men’s. It smelled like urine everywhere. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE clean your bathroom.

We had to return a package of flea and tick topical for dogs because someone had shoplifted the package before we bought it. The manager took care of us and made the exchange with no problems. Very helpful.

You have a young cashier there that seems like he doesnt want to work. My mom asked him for a price on something, he didnt acknowledge her but helped an older man right next to her and went back to the register. I asked another young guy about an item and he told me where I would find it. There was nothing there so I reluctantly went to that rude cashier. He just said he didnt think you had any if there was none outside. As soon as I walked out I checked the site and you had plenty of them in stock. I will never bother going there again if you are going to hire young people who dont care to do their jobs and help people

Nice store. Has a lot of merchandise to choose from. Anything from automotive maintenance to household, and farm supplies. The Employees are nice and helpful.

Great place for pet food/supplies! We have a large population of furry loves, and it gets pricey to feed them all, but tractor supply is a big help in that area. The selection is usually great, although the shelves were sorta naked this particular trip to the Shawnee location. I still was able to get most of what I wanted! Prices are very reasonable too!

They have most everything I need, and the employees are helpful and kind. If I purchase a heavy bag of feed, theres always someone there who takes it to my truck for me. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 simply because their prices are a wee bit higher than the local feed store.

Great customer service and good selection of garden and farm supplies. Prices tend to be very reasonable. our tractor supply store can fill empty LP gas cylinders, which costs a lot less than the normal way of exchange.

As truckers.. We just love them. Delivering to them, as well as shopping, which we often do at the same time and our dogs love to get out and visit them as well. Makes everyone happy.

Love the store and where I always buy my dog food. I would have given it a 5 star but I dont like the fact that I dont get any of the rewards or points and even sales deals if I dont allow them to spam my email with junk ads. I wish they would still give me points in their system based off my phone number and amount I spend. I dont want them to have my email and send me. Loads of ads to flood my email. Just give me the rewards through my phone number. Other than that the staff are extra friendly.

I will usually make the extra drive here than one a bit closer. Better selection, friendly staff and management.

Farm Ranch & Home. Great selection and always in stock. Great toy section with items you cant find on the Shelf at other places. They have tools implements all sorts of needs for landscaping and keeping up the outside of your house. Always competitive prices.

Staff is Very Friendly!!! Clean store. We always go in there cuz its closer three going to Shawnee, for a special dog food. If we cant find it, we Roger all for help or they ask us for help, we get the dog food. Staff is up to date on knowing about shots for all critters.

Looking for a hard to find dog food. They didnt have exactly what I needed but did offer a free bag of food in a different brand to try. Went above and beyond looking to see if there was any way to get what I needed.

Its a great place to get things you need but they could hire or require better attitudes, or acknowledge good workers better to promote the desire to achieve.

Pretty good farm store. Proces are about 10 percent higher than atwoods on average. Go there if you cant find what you are looking for anywhere else.

When to tractor supply for a desheader for my dog. Found a blond older lady. Asked if she could help me as I had a question to ask. Told her what I was looking for & before I could ask my question she pointed & said over there. Then walked off. I walked the store to find someone who could help me. No one was around. They had 1cashier and 6-7 people in her line. I left. Most likely will not go back

Terrible. I spent over 555 00 and I went to check out and swiped my card and it was declined. I was so embarrassed. There was a line of people behind me and the checker said she would hold my items for me. I called the numbed on the back of my card. I thought maybe my card was out of date but they said no it wasnt and someone had put the wrong address in the computer and thats why it was declined. This was very humiliating to me and my husband was with me and he was devastated and angry and said he will never shop there again I was not offered any discount for my humiliation or nothing. I have a very high line of credit but this was your mistake not mine. They had only one checker and it was 3pm and I asked where other checkers were and she said to lunch. So after waiting 20 mins or longer to get checked out and then this happened we were not happy. At all

Usually higher priced than their competitors. They say they will meet their competitors pricing but it usually depends on the store manager. I rarely shop the Choctaw Oklahoma store because the manager is jerk. I contacted TSC corporate to complain about the Choctaw manager. The corporate manager advised that it is entirely up to the store manager whether or not the store has to honor competitor pricing. If you need a large item or like to make bulk purchases, and find it lower priced at one of their competitors, go to the Shawnee Ok TSC. That manager will treat you right.

After purchasing fencing last summer I returned to buy the same product. The employees treated me very odd and was discouraged to buy anything. I gather these employees were in a hurry to close their store since I arrived 10 minutes till closing. It was the weirdest situation Id ever been in.
