Reynolds came to the rescue to what was either going to be a potentially fatal or expensive repair to my push mower after I ran over an object in my yard.I took my mower into the service dept, they looked at it, made no promises, took my contact info and told me to allow them up to two weeks to get back to me. A week & a half later I was informed that thankfully it was just the flywheel (suspected issue when I brought it to the shop) that sheered and needed to be replaced and to allow them another week to receive the parts and for the repair. The cost was very reasonable and tonight I gave my mower its inaugural run. It ran smoothly and it had also been tuned up and the blade sharpened.The top points of the experience was the top notch communication, what to expect and the overall final cost for labor & repair. It was an experience that went smoothly and I highly recommend them for mowers of all sizes commercial or residential.Should I ever need assistance with my mower again I certainly will return without a doubt.
I recently had another great experience with Reynolds Lawn & Leisure. Lonnie advised me on the best replacement lawn tractor to replace one that I bought at Reynolds ten years ago. Kasey delivered it to my home, attached the old mulching kit to the new machine, and showed me some of the features. Took it for its first test this weekend and it was great! I bought my Toro mower from another store which went out of business. Since then, I’ve struggled to find a place for mower maintenance. Search is over! Excellent experience with Reynolds. Fast friendly service. They explored warrantee and found all repairs were covered.
I had trouble initially paying a premium for an Echo string trimmer but was tired of the POS trimmers I threw away after a years worth of work. 4 years ago I purchased an Echo from Reynolds.Today it didnt start on the first pull, it wasnt starting at all. I took it in to Reynolds service dept expecting several weeks repair on top of a bill. The guy at the counter assessed the situation and solved my problem in a matter of minutes. It was all I could do to find enough product to bring my bill to $26. THAT my friends is how loyal customers are created.

I took my mower to this place to get fixed, but when I got it home it was more broken then when I took it in! I was charged $59.99 for an air filter and some oil, and they told me it was good to go.When I got it home it wouldnt start. When I called and asked them to make it right I was told that this happens all the time and that it wasnt their fault the mower was broken. I asked for them to pick it up and take another shot at fixing it, but they wanted to charge me $70 for pickup and delivery. When I stated that it wouldnt have to be picked up if they had fixed it like they said they had in the first place he offered to charge only $30 because his delivery truck costs a lot. He then proceeded to complain to me about how unhappy customers were constantly calling him and yelling about their mowers not working after they got them home. Keep in mind I was being perfectly cordial - I guess he just didnt want to hear from another unhappy customer. I was told I would have to bring it to them, so Im just going to bring it somewhere who has a little more credibility.I am now in the process of disputing the charges through my credit card company.Dont get scammed - stay clear of these guys. They are not interested in keeping you as a customer. They just want your money - then theyll leave you high and dry.
Excellent service. Steve and Mark Reynolds run a first-class operation. Paul back in the service department knows his stuff. Its always a pleasure to visit this dealership. These guys all enjoy their work and enjoy taking care of customers

I took my lawnmower to this shop for a diagnostic and repair. They gave me an estimate of two weeks out for completion. The work was completed in only one week. The price was quite reasonable and I would give them an A+ for customer service.
My lawn mower (Debby Axe) has been at Reynolds for 3 months, when I call I am told “ they are working on it “ This is incomprehensibly bad service. They are rude and seemingly don’t give a darn!!!! Can someone recommend another place?
Couldnt find a bolt for my snowblower anywhere, went there and they were able to find me the part number withen minutes. Very helpful and friendly
4 years ago this would have been a 1 star review. But, I believe things have changed around Reynolds! I had one of my commercial mowers at another Wright dealer in Stillwell. I was having an awful time getting the machine fixed and back to me. Once it was returned, 6 weeks later, it was still not working right. While I was at the Stilwell dealer I saw who I believe to have been the old service manger at Reynolds who was not my favorite person.Im thinking Reynolds may have gotten a new service manger and the old one went to another dealer (I may be wrong). Regardless, I took my machine to Reynolds, they fixed it (fast), now its running great. Ive also purchased some parts there recently. Im very glad to have a dealer close by who is easy to work with.I dont know for sure what has changed, but something has. I encourage everyone who had a no-so-great experience over the years at Reynolds to give them a second chance!

Bad experience about the mower maintenance department. The guy claimed he was the manager was basically a jerk with very arrogant attitude. Guess one reason is because I do not pay for the service fee since my product was covered by the mower company. He said it would take 3 weeks to fix the mower. Actually what needed to do is just to put the some broken pieces together, and should take about no more than half an hour. But he insisted not possible. A week later, got the mower, the mower was still got half fixed since it could not work normally. Then the same guy said, I have to talk with the mower company to get more parts to fix the problem. What I am trying to do is buy a new one, based on the experience with them. BTW, the mower is only 10 month old.

The repair staff is really bad. I have waited for weeks now and still have not gotten my equipment back and no calls as to what is going on even after I call and a promises they would be back with me tomorrow.I will update this if it changes their shop is really bad...
You deserve no stars. This place has the worst customer service ever. We went in to buy a mower to attach to my tractor when I told the front desk person what I wanted he said oh my god and rolled his eyes. Then when I asked about the bagger he just freaked out and said why would you want that. Never heard of a salesman talking you out of a sale. So, then we told him maybe we should go somewhere else and he said yes maybe you should.
Great customer service, recommended a quality lawn mower. Will definitely be back and will highly suggest to all friends and family.

I found the staff to be very helpful. Purchased a used Toro riding mower and needed a few parts and accessories. I found the part numbers via and internet search and called them up. The parts counter employee ordered them for me with no issues and did not have to pay up front. When I went in to pick the parts after they called as promised I was greeted and helped in a fast and courteous manner. Their priced were on par with what I had found on the internet so I was glad to have given a local store my business.
