Make sure if you go with U-Haul storage that you get someone who knows what theyre talking about. I was told one thing by one employee then was overcharged the next month and when I talked to Diana about it she said something about prepaying months which wasnt stated in the email I had originally asked the question about. When I asked for someone higher up than her all she said was Well I can give you my bosses number but hes just gonna tell you to deal with it which in my opinion is pretty rude considering its not my fault another employee told me the wrong info. Usually in customer service they honor the customer especially when its their fault they dont train or explain things to their employees properly.

They didnt have anything close to the size I needed, and the guy who I spoke to seemed clueless!

We just returned a large U-Haul moving truck. The lady inside was kind and helpful, which is always nice nowadays.

This place has a good variety of services to meet your moving and storing needs. They have reasonable prices too. They have regular storage units indoors and also some climate controlled ones. They were very helpful when we were first setting up and needed a different unit than we thought. Just make sure you get there during office hours 😅

I love that all my stuff is stored inside! I dont have to stand out in the heat and cold! Nice price. And Customer Service is Amazing. Dianne is wonderful...yall need to keep her and give her a raise!

They keep the facilities clean and tidy, and the woman who handles all the paperwork is a pleasure to deal with every time!

This location charges your account multiple times and claims the charges are not their fault (on their end) but the banks fault. The bank says the same about U-Haul. That it will take a few days for the double charge to be corrected. Expect to be out double your rental cost for several days until U-Haul actually releases the first hold on money which they claim is instantly released but obviously is not. Now my account is overdrawn and I am stranded.Also the Manager is a jokester, when calling you always get an automated message which she has recorded with an initial greeting and then silence for several seconds so you think you are talking to a real person. After a long pause then you can hear that it is a recording.Dont use this location, use the location off Kickapoo. I didnt have any issues renting from another location just a couple months ago.

Absolutely love this place. Ive used it twice to move. There have really good boxes for super cheap when you by a lot. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that plans on moving.

I used this location for storage this summer for 10 weeks. I did not have a ton of contact with them, but when I did, they were efficient and polite. I would use them again for storage or renting a truck.

According to U hauls web site AND the U haul corporate offices the storage is supposed to be open till ten. Arrived at 7 to find oirselves locked out. Corporate had to MAKE the manager come let us into our storage.
