Beverly refused to help me and package my item I was shipping. I arrived at 4:15pm. They don’t close until 6pm. She said she didn’t have time to help me. I was the only one there. Right when I walked in she was joking with a Walmart employee about how her new manager recently left. I was absolutely in disbelief that she treated me the way she did.

If you get the old lady with the gray hair, prepare to wait a long time. She needs more training. I almost wanted to hop across the counter and do it myself

If you get the old lady that is working there just leave and come back another day. Arguably the least helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at FedEx. The manager is good to work with but the lady is awful. I came in with a printed label that wouldn’t scan and her only solution was for me to buy a new one.

Can someone give me a time that you will deliver my package?? I will even take a window like 2-4pm. I can’t wait all day for it to be delivered, I have a job. Oh your customer service is closed again? Ok. I’ll wait another 3 days.
