Confusing experience. Ordered tires from their website and when I got the email that said they were delivered to the store. I called to confirm that they were in and schedule installation. Gal I spoke with said she could not schedule same day appointments but I could still come to the store and wait in-line for same day install. I drove to the store and there was one bay that said tires and a tent that said,Check in here for oil change. So I parked in front of the bay that said tires and proceeded inside to tell them I was here for install. After waiting for 10 minutes inside, a little guy from the garage came in and with attitude, asked me to move my car. Turns out I needed to wait in line at the oil change tent to check in for tire install... Not impressed. Had to get in back of that line to wait again. All in all took me 30-40 minutes to get checked in but I did get some good tires at a good price.

Great tire service but they forgot to leave me my tire! Planned on keeping as a spare and plug it! Other than that 2 thumbs up

As long as you dont go for an oil change, you will be fine. Anyone that goes to get their oil changed always have a story about how Walmart left the oil plug out and some cars were severely damaged to the point they were unable to drive them anymore.

Today 2/11/21. I had to wait for an hour for them to open. I was willing to do that since they change my oil when it is time. Then I was told they couldnt get the oil cap off that I needed to take my car to a mechanic. I told them but you are the ones that changed my oil the last time and now you cant? No one had even worked on my car. So it seems they are not mechanics. Im so angry. I wont be back

Everything I needed done they where able to do it.

Simply because they do not know how to answer the phone when you call 9 times over a span of 2.5 hours (7am-9:30am)

Waited 45 minutes for an oil change and they still needed even more time on the one car in front of me. Could have given me a heads up that it was probably going to take 2 hours. Incredible was of time Ive never seen one take so long.

Shelby Walmart tire center is terrible! When I arrive there is one woman changing tires. After shopping I return to no progress. Two men waiting to pay. No cashier on duty (lady changing tires rings them up). Then guy comes out of office stretching like he had been napping. Certainly won’t come on Sunday again.

I have currently been waiting 2 hrs to have 4 new tires put on my car. Ive seen one of the mechanics walked back ans forth between vehicles for most of that time. Also the other mechanics work on a vehicle for 5 minutes or so and then stand and talk to each other for at least 10 minutes. This service center and its staff is a joke. I couldve gone to a guy under a shade tree and be better off. Its no wonder that these people work where they get paid by the hour. They sure couldnt make it at a dealership or a real service center

The young lady that took care of us was top notch. I would highly recommend going here.

Purchased top notch tires. Discovered my tire pressure sensors were broken during installation. Talked with auto care manager Amy on fixing this problem. She was real condescending and snappy during our conversation. I asked to see the store manager who was not any big help, and allowed Amy to continue being disrespectful and rude to me (in front of customers). The sensors did get replaced but my experience was HORRIBLE!!! Ronald and Jaime were WONDERFUL and demonstrated superb customer service! However, management does not! I left with the feeling of not being mattered. Retail has lost touch with customer service and its sad!!! I do NOT recommend having work done here at Shelby Walmart!!!

We walked in wanting to buy 4 new tires. There were 3 styles in the size we wanted. They had zero or 1 in each style. Luckily we found M and M tire on 74. We got exactly what we wanted, for cheaper and within an hour!

One of the worst tire care places around...we bought two tires online and got an email saying they were ready so we drove down to pick them up (wasting time and gas) and THEY COULDNT FIND THEM or rather they werent check in yet, when I first walked up there was 4 people standing there and the phone was ringing off the hook when asked to look for them I got a rude response and a huff as she walked off to go check again.... nothing but lazy and unprofessional.

Wait time is ridicules. Car in front of mine they spent 35min on just one tyre . Glad I dont come here often.

Very poor customer service. Monday I was told twice that the Auto center had tires that would fit my truck. I get there, they take my truck into the bay. I was then told that the wait would be 2 hours. I was like okay, cool. Once the two hours were up they miraculously couldnt find two of the four tires I needed. So they wasted my time. For many people this would have been the end of business. I then shake it off, thinking it was a inventory mistake. So I ordered more tires that would be there the next day. After contacting Amy the manager, I learned that the original tires were there to begin with. The workers were ready to leave at quiting time. Now, I totally understand retail. It would have been different if I had shown up 30 minutes before they closed. 2 hours before closing time is alot different . Needless to say I ordered the tires, they didnt come in yesterday like they told me they would. They finally arrived today. I get to the store at 4 and didnt leave with new tires until 6:30. The bad part is, my truck went straight into the bay. Little to no wait time. In my opinion thats poor service. It really seemed spiteful to me.

2 hr wait on having tires mounted and balanced with sticky weights management came out and stopped associates 2 different. Occasions with other customer complaints other than that the guys would not have taken as long no one knew when the last time the tire balancer had been serviced or calibrated or certified every body there should have known that answer.

Went for two tires. the bay was empty and looked slow. it took two hours. my husband worked at a service station way back when they actually were service stations. he changed many a tires out sometimes I watched. it never took more than a half hour

Came to the auto center needing new tires. We were not expecting much. Its Wal-Mart after all. But the lady who helped us, Amaris, went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, even when we had extra problems with our car. We will definitely come back when we need more tires.

Took my car there for oil change...needless to say it took 2 hours smh! Service is very poor. Seems like no since of urgency! But Rashawn came to save the day. Big shout out to him thank you very much!

Got there @ 7:30 AM to have 4 tires installed. I was 2nd in line behind a battery replacement. Finally walked out at 9:45AM. Service Center was filthy and unorganized. Trash on the floor and cans full. Obviously no one pointed up area before closing. Wait area very uncomfortable and tiny.

Fast service and I was surprised by number of people who were waiting for service at the auto center.

Took an hour and a half to do a 20 minute oil change. They didnt tell us the technician was going to lunch as we were pulling in.

They had what I needed when I needed it. Good old jump starter

Some of the staff are great but there are a few out there in automotive that absolutely dont have a clue,they are for sure an equal opportunity employer.

They were quick and real friendly. They had a minor delay when I went there my first time but they were real nice and good about it.

Just slow getting in and out and broke one lug out of 20 I dont guess is to bad

Nothing but idiots here. I worked in the tire industry for years and have never seen a more incompetent group of people. They actually argued with me about the sipens in tires. (Fyi: sipens (the little slits on the tread) are for wet weather traction. More sipens= more traction) they lost an eight tire sale because of this. Went down the road to Tire Kingdom and got better tires and SERVICE for same price. AVOID THESE IDIOTS!

Five mechanics in the shop two working one filling out paperwork and one wondering around talking to the ones working so they arent getting anything done because he keeps telling jokes and keeps them from working. Very poorly run shop. Two hours to get two tires and there was one car in the shop ahead of mine. It was pulled out about two minutes after mine was pulled in and mine car was the only one being worked on still two hours to get two tires with five mechanics wondering around lost.
