The store didnt have the battery I was needing. They contacted another location and they too were out. The salesman checked their warehouse and one was in stock. He said they could have it in about half hour. I was glad to wait and Happy when they loaded it into my truck.

Placed an order online to pick up the next day. They had nothing ready and couldnt find one part. Spent too much time waiting.

The store is very efficient, but the employees seem very unhappy to service people of another race. It wasnt just one employee it was the same vibe from all. Another customer and I were discussing this and he said their like that all the time, but he only comes to purchase one particular item. I dont live in Shelby NC anyway I just get my vehicle repaired at a nearby shop, so I realize theres really nothing that can be done collectively to stop a group of people from being racially ignorant.Thanks for asking
