I was from out of town, and I took my Colorado truck in for an unknown issue. They took care of the problem in a timely manner and because it was a known issue to Chevrolet, I wasnt charged a penny. Problem solved in a days time. Very happy with their honesty and quick work to get me back on the road.
Great personality on the phone and never made me feel stupid
Fix it right the first time. Everytime!
I have been doing business with Carter Chevrolet for a while now and Ihave had service on both of my vehicles. One is a Chevrolet the other is not and every visit is the same. They are fast, friendly, efficient and their prices are better than anyone elses around town. The service Manager Brandon and and Service Advisors Chris and Johnathon are great! They make sure to cover all their basis and check for anything else that my vehicle may need in order to insure the safety of my family. I highly recommend this dealership. From sales to service this is the place for all of your automotive needs and I will not do my business anywhere else! Thanks Carter Chevrolet for always taking care of me.
Was in from out of town. Car had a problem and they was booked up alittle behind. The guys where great. They called around for me to see if anyone else could fit me in. No luck. They adked if I could stay in town one more day to get me fit in. I did. They had my car fixed in about couple of hours. Thank you so much to the guys that got be back on the road to home.
The jeep was listed online at the price of 24065. Cust went in on Monday May 20th to inquire on the jeep and it was sent out to fix a problem with the windshield wipers that would not turn off. Customer told the salesman where he would like to be on a deal price wise. Customer contacted the dealership on Thursday May 23 to inquire on the status. Customer was told that the jeep was back and they were going to fix it in house but I could come and see it and drive it and discuss a deal. Customer came in on Friday morning May 24th drove the jeep and sat down to make an offer. Customer made an offer and the salesman presented the offer to the sales counter. The salesman brought back a counter offer with the jeep price listed as 25065, $1000 more than advertised. When questioned, they advised it was due to having to fix the windshield wipers BCM. Customer asked had the price changed on line and pulled up the jeep online and it still was being advertised as 24065 online.Customer understands that there are expenses incurred with this repair BUT the dealership knew Monday they would incur some cost but kept it advertised online and would not honor the advertised price. The Jeep was still online advertised at 24065 and the customer showed the salesman this.Customer understands that the dealership can change the price of a vehicle, but it is not right to change it on a customer after an offer has been made by the customer based on the current advertised price. The customer drove an hour to come back to see the Jeep and make an offer. The dealership knew how far the customer lived and knew the price point as this was discussed on Monday, the first visit. The customer offered to speak with the manager who did not come and speak with the customer at all. Customer asked the dealership to honor the sales price listed online at the time of the conversation and they would not.
Just ask for Jenine Watts and tell her Steve Danowski sent you. Shell treat you like royalty.
New or used cars perfect place to find a Chevrolet.
Not very helpful. Was on a long road trip and stopped for a check engine light. Asked for some service but to my luck didnt have enough technician. As a DIY type person I asked for the part I needed. They tried to talk it out of my head to do it myself. All in all I didnt enjoy my experience. Got no help for the service. I have no idea about the car sales.
