My experience was really good. The person that checked me out was amazing. But the girl that checked my sister out said some things. Im not gonna name any names just to be nice. But she said that its nasty that people can bring back there old products and exchange them for free. Well honey, you choose to work for that store and nobody is stopping you from leaving. So in the future you need to rethink what you say lol. But overall everyone else in the store was really nice and helpful.

Cashier #1548776 was a super rude older white lady. We bought three things and usually the other cashiers prompt for my phone number at the beginning of the transaction, but I had to ask her to put my phone number in and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. Then my boyfriend paid with a new $50 bill and she gave us an inked over $10 bill. I asked her for a better looking one because I honestly don’t think a lot of stores would accept that $10 bill for how bad it looked, and she pretended she was deaf. My boyfriend was upset but I was just over it at that point and wanted to leave. I will never come here at night again, I work retail and I would never treat my customers the way that cashier did.

I went there on 6/7 and I had the most wonderful experience. I was there to exchange a lotion that I didn’t like the smell of and of course left with a lot more LOL. A sweet lady named Beatrice (I think?) I didn’t get a good look at her name tag. She showed me some new wonderful scents and was just all around a wonderful salesperson. She deserves a raise 🙂

Went shopping and they were closed for a number of days. No explanationHave heard they do this regularly. Should offer free shipping if store not going to stay open. SATURDAY SHOPPING NOT GOOD.

Came during the semi annual sale and it was terrible!! Out of stock of a lot of items online, was told a lot of the items that were on sale online didn’t apply to in store and cashiers were super slow checking out!! Definitely a first and last coming to this location

Went in well after the supposed 10 a.m. opening time, closer to 10:30. The shop was still closed up. I tried calling the store number, still no answer. Either the store hours were incorrect on the website or staff need to be open on time.

Who doesnt love bath and body works products

The floors in this one store have consistently been filthy, generally have paper, tags, stickers, and trash thrown down on them and folks refuse to pick it up. The worst B&BW store in any mall.

Website says their open until 8pm on a Sunday just to get their at 6:10pm and mall doors all locked up. No access to get to Bath and Body Works. WASTED TIME! Really need to update their time on the website.
