Absolutely rude manager. I walked in asking about refurbished/renewed iPhones, and the associate called her manager. The manager asked why I was asking about renewed iPhones, in a rude manner, like I was trying to steal or something. Horrible. This service sucks any way. Thank you for giving me a reason to switch.

I called four times wanting to find out some prices, in all honesty I was going to make a purchase today. There’s no explanation appropriate enough.... I’m done with the awful service after being a customer for almost 3 years I’m contacting AT&T they’ll get this money today!!!

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I was upgrading my phone and trying to add 2 lines and was lied to by the person who was helping me. Ive spoken with the assistant DM who also lied to me, I spoke to the owners son who lied to me. I spoke to the DM who also lied to me. They will tell you they will call you back and never do. Ive been trying to call both stores for 2 days and they wont answer. I have made 2 complaints with customer service and have yet to hear anything and nothing has been fixed. These people do not care about customers. Both stores need to be closed for Good.

This location is so convenient to HWY 74 (E.Dixon BLV) Shelby nc . the staff is well informed and friendly . store hours are convenient and always bopen on time! You are welcome to just come browse are pay your bill grab some new accessories for you or your family and friends. Stop by and give this place a try guys low monthly payments on all plans and they even have a boost-up plan that will help with the purchase of a new phone. See store for details on that!
