Great dairy selections and pricing! Deli is quite mediocre. No place to sit and eat. Very limited hot food bar offering only chicken tenders/wings plus whole rotisserie cooked hens at a great price.

I wish that all of the employees would wear their masks. Its not a political thing. Its a matter of protection for the customers and employees.I see the African American employees wearing theirs, but the white employees are not. Its ashamed that they have no regards of safe and healthy shopping for their customers.Perhaps I should move my business elsewhere, until either they change or the pandemic ends. I really wish they would jist do whats right for everyone ... JUST WEAR THE MASKS!!!NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS🤔🤔🤔😡😡😡

I usually shop at this location in the early mornings and typically see the same cashiers who are very friendly and professional. Unfortunately today when I was checking out there was a roach on the slide belt of the checkout lane and I pointed it out to the cashier “Xavier”…. Who seemed to be a younger guy because of his immaturity level. As I was showing him he just stood there and watched it rather than attempt to kill it. His manager noticed something was wrong and came over and handle the small situation. Maybe for the future should something like this happens or just in general Xavier could be trained on how to appropriately handle the situation AND also get some coaching on how to look more presentable at work when working with the public. His uniform was very dirty.

The Food Lion in Woodruff has done the community a terrible disservice by buying a 2 year lease on recently closed Bilo. We now have growing community with only 1 grocery store. They cant keep product on the shelves, the parking lot is over crowded. They chose this time to remodel the store during business hours, rather than doing it in the overnight hours. Its a mess ! You cant find anything and if you find the shelf, theres a chance it may be empty. If we ever get another grocery store I Woodruff, I will never step foot in that store again

Well, what a great change in my shopping experience. The store was clean and neat. The staff helpful and respectful. The best part walking throughout the store was clearly appreciated, no constant blurring mask reminder, no directional steps to follow up and down isles. No rudeness at all. Just a great store that has enough of everything to be convenient for most of us. I also found that the prices were very reasonable there to.. I plan to shop there from now on for all the reasons mentioned above.

I love food lion they have everything I want, and the employees are super, if you dont know where something is just ask and someone will take you to your item.

It easy to shop here. Itd be a better shopping experience if there was more staff engagement with customers. I think each employee I passed didnt make any eye contact and only spoke if I spoke.

The employees are friendly and they always wear masks, and have done so ever since the governor mandate. I go out of my way to shop here and stay safe, even passing by their competitor. the prices are better, too.

The staff is extremely helpful, especially in the meat department! I needed more of several different cuts and they bent over backwards to get me everything I was looking for. Would recommend this store to everyone for a great shopping experience.

Food Lion has the best prices in town! Sometimes they need better stock of items I use regularly so I have to go to Walmart which I hate or Ingles which is more expensive!

I have been to several different Food Lions and this is by far my favorite! The service is great, the store is supper clean, and it seems the prices are lower than most other surrounding Food Lions. And I love the great deals that save me tons of money! Keep up the great work!

Everytime I go into this store I get followed by their security. Teenagers with fuz on their upper lip and older guys with hip replacements. It must be me. My look. Im a 100 percent total and permanent disabled vet with PTSD. This aint fun for me at all. They get really aggrasive at the check out line. Walking towards me really fast and cutting at the last second. Everyone else in line is truly aware of what they are looking for and who they are looking at. Ive gottrn to the point where I bait them now touching Buggy and going real fast to my pocket and looking around but today was extra stressful. It was just me and a few people so the whole crew was on me.....plz plz tell there boys to back off. Im just Average Joe Food lion Customer.

This Food Lion is so nice now. It is clean and the shelving gets changed so it is washed regularly. They also have improved the deli section and sell croissants filled with fruit or chocolate. Yum.

All the Food Lions seem to be laid out differently but all is still the same. Everything is in stock and excellent customer service! I love shopping at Food Lion, the only grocery store I go to.

I do 90% Of my grocery shopping here. They dont change everything around and the employees are all great. Always has great sales. They also have a coupon machine inside that prints off coupons on the spot.
