Never again will I buy anything from this place again my so called chef salad if I wanted lettuce tomato and meat I would have went to the grocery store down the road 9.25 for this was not Worth it

Cute little place to get a home cooked meal. Prices are good and the food was tasty. I definitely recommend and will be coming back!

The food is always great, I have never been disappointed here. My issue with this place is that on the bill, its often difficult to read the prices, especially since they do not total it for you. Also, I was charged extra for home fries even though the menu said they came with the meal.

Usually very good. Got a really inedible take out dinner and when I called to complain the guy I spoke to was not very nice and told me well if you want to be really rude, bring it back well I lost it on him, but Ive never had anyone so obnoxious to deal with. I never complain but this was ridiculous

Service is excellent and friendly: coffee good; missed the mark with the eggs, which were ordered as over medium and delivered runny yoked. Im sure I could have asked for it tio be fixed and it would have been cheerfully. Great prices! Two breakfasts with coffee under $16 (without tip). A little noisy when full, but booths have covid barriers which help. Overall nice, friendly neighborhood diner.

Stumbled upon this place on the drive up and highly recommend the ice cream. They have over 20 flavors of soft serve and the we had the pistachio and Maple nut. Both were amazing and the lady at the window was great!!

Country Diner in Spencer is a decent little place for breakfast lunch or dinner. It is not fantastic at anything. It is however decent across-the-board, and a pretty good value.The service is attentive and friendly and the menu is good for a small town.

I stop here when I visit my family. Food is good and reasonably priced. I really like the fish fry Fridays!

Small but homey, they were pleasant and fast even though a bunch of people came just before closing time. We will stop again.

Stopped there for breakfast today before golf. Ordered sunny side up eggs, sausage links and toast. The eggs were cooked perfect.....the sausage on the other hand tasted and looked like it was boiled in water, then grilled on one side. Boiling the sausage took out all the flavor. It was the most disgusting flavor in texture. Definitely was not worth $6 for two eggs in a few sausage links that taste like garbage. I gave three stars because the eggs were spot on.

Food was good. My fiance had the country fried steak who h he said was delish. I had the country cubed steak with peppers onions and mushrooms (ordered medium well). It was good but served medium rare (which I didnt complain about cause I was so hungry) and the peppers were still crunchy not sauteed long enough. Our desserts werent fresh either as the Boston creme and strawberry shortcake were both hard. The service was fantastic! Very cozy environment. We will try again.

Stopped in our a drive through town. We had burgers, fries and onion rings, they were great. The portions were good, food was delicious, and service was awesome. Worth the stop.

Just an update the owners son with the silver pickup and rebel flag was not screeching his tires for a week. so he can drive normal. But But I guess he just cant resist the urge to do his donuts and be obnoxious back to the normal nuisance he is. still not a nice place to live. I wish that they lived here to see how they like it. noise day and night. It use to be a nice neighborhood to live in.and if you want a nice quiet Sunday forget it they. Have a band on sundays so that you cant even hear your own TV the police department now has the plate # and have now been advised on what has been going on it is childish behavior and not safe to be around someone is going to get hurt or killed not funny you idiot be on the lookout I wish it didnt have to come to this

Went for lunch ordered the BLT with fries, very poorly made it was very skimpy on everything ... one piece of bacon, lettuce & tomato, I can see if it was a half of a sandwich but no. Poor serve all the way around and it wasnt even busy this the third time I havent been pleased and I wont be back, they dont even give you a pickle with the meal but there price went sky high and they quality went down the drain . The best place to eat in the area is River Rock in Owego, the prices are good and you get more for your money never walk away hungry.
