Whats not to love about builders lumbers. They have a good selection of products and an extremely knowledgeable staff that is friendly, efficient, and professional.

Customer service is great..but as always price is high compared to big box stores…but local so I’ll shop

Had to come here to get plywood for work. And the employee was awesome. Helped me get ehat I wanted and on my way. I picked it up snd the gentleman who put it in my truck also strapped it down for me as well. Thank you all so much for being awesome

Some items seem a little expensive. But theyre friendly. And theyre LOADED! For the size of the store-which recently expanded-they have pretty much everything I need. Makes me feel like a kid in a candy store😎

Builders is great. The people are nice - good ol Terri is awesome. Great place I would recommend to anyone. About anything you need for your house or anything like that.

I truly believe in supporting local buisness! Its nice not to have to drive out of town to buy building material! The one down side you will pay higher prices! This business locally owned and can not compete with large chain store such as Lowes and home depot!

It may be just me but every time I visit this store I feel as if I wasnt invited to the yard sale. (Not the friendliest bunch there. ) Seems contractors are treated better as the preferred customer base they want. On the good side, prices are compatible and they will cut lumber to fit (small fee). Close and local store so Ill still visit when in need of hardwares but not expecting any song or dance while Im there. Cheerio!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us asked questions to make certain we purchased the specific type of lumber we needed. We also asked about what I thought was an obscure item. He walked directly to it and offered suggestions to help us make the correct selection. Old lady at counter was extremely rude after I asked her where bathroom stuff was, she said I dont know why everyone thinks this is a plumbing store. Maybe because its a hardware store and you have PLUMBING in big letters on the outside of your store.

This hardware store seems larger on inside than on the outside. The have lumber, tool and equipment rentals, and sell all types of handyman items for the do it yourselfer. They can also special order windows and doors and other other items for you. And can find local handymen to install them if needed.Although not as large as a Home Depot / Lowes chain stores they carry a large assortment of items that are needed to fix most household items. And being the big stores are 20+ miles away, this makes Builders a very nice close-by alternative, even if some of the prices are slightly higher.I have purchased many items here and am glad to have them close to me.

Came in to rent a tool and and this very rude man working in the rental area believe his name was Dustin has a beard he obviously doesnt like his job he even cussed under his breath when I needed a little extra help being an older lady I dont appreciate that at all, I would definitely recommend driving to lowes or rural king for great customer service and lower prices as well geesh everything in the store is tripple the price of anywhere else
