Went to get a few belts for my Toro mower and some new tires, they couldnt get anything but 1 belt and wanted double what I could get it for online! The lady behind the counter acted like she didnt even want to look anything up, then she didnt want to even really discuss me buying a new mower which I was looking at the new Exmark commercial zero turn. So I decided just to go back to Dixie Chopper and buy a new mower from them, lost any future business from me and whoever else that asks me where to get parts or anything for a mower!

Been here a few times. They have a nice selection of large mowers, and other outdoor tools and equipment. Usually 2 people working behind counter and if not busy then service is pretty quick, but if theyre with a customer, it might take a while before they get to you. Some customers issues seem to take 30 minutes, others 2 minutes, and its wait your turn type service.The prices seem correct for their mowers and they carry several name top quality name brands. They also carry small items, such as spark plugs too. The mowers they sell are not the cheap wal-mart type mowers, they sell expensive, long lasting mowers here.U-Haul truck rental is the other park of their business, so if you need a truck, they have several to rent.

Very horrible people to deal with. Don’t even carry 2 stroke oil. Had to go across the street to rural king for oil. The first time I went in for a belt and she didn’t have it in stock. So unlike any other company she wanted to charge me $10 on top of the $70 belt for “shipping”. I went to a different exmark dealer and got the same belt cheaper and also needed to be ordered but they didn’t charge me for shipping or anything!! The guy seems to be mad 24/7. So if you wanna go in and deal with attitude than this is the place to go.

Walked in there looking for a deck belt. Lady behind the counter showed no desire to even try to look up a part number to see if they had what I was looking for. Great place to start a store..... guess they didnt want to make a sale?

My experience with this company was that they were both friendly and if you have any problems well don’t worry because they will take care of you. The service was professional and you could tell their goal is to take care of the customer and make them happy. Thank you for all your help.

Great place to buy a mower! Super friendly and helpful people!

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Went in to see about getting my Cub Cadet push mower serviced. Had the mower in the bed of my truck. Was told that I would have to call and schedule an appointment to drop it off. This was my only day off for the week, and the hours this location is open does not fit into my schedule. The blonde haired lady behind the counter had the worst people skills I have ever seen in my life. I will never go into this store again. I would rather drive 300 miles out of my way to get my mower serviced or to get parts for it, then to have to deal with these rude people. Absolutely disgusted!!!

Too bad you had to provide a star.They promise first service free upon New purchase, then send an invoice claiming only pick-up of product was free!Terrible service etiquette.

They damaged my riding lawnmower by dropping it from about 6 ft.. Broke the frame, told me it was already like that. They also lost the headlight lens cover during transport...and wanted ME to pay to replace it! The absolute rudest service youll ever get anywhere in Shelbyville. Avoid these clowns at all costs or youll regret it. There really should be a way to give negative star ratings!

Not much to choose from for Cub Cadet in Shelbyville. Id much rather drive to Greensburg for a tractor supply. Im unsure of repairs but for sales they are very rude and unprofessional.
