Dad took his truck up to shelton les schwab for a bad steering. They said the shocks were bad. 1000 dollars later and a week now the brakes are bad so that is another 10000. The inspection they did from the first visit said the brakes were good but one week they became bad. Was told the steering is bad and wants to change the shocks again too. Going to a different shop that knows what to do.

We stopped here because we needed air in our RV tires. They were super helpful and filled our tires. We can now feel safer on the road because of these kind and helpful people.

Two strikes. made appointment on line as told to do. Get there for my appointment and they dont have the tires or rims. Beware it is up to you to call and make sure they have it. There online services dont evidently cordinate with the store to make sure they have it on your appointment day. Very Frustrating.

Have always had excellent experience at this les schwab.Had a flat today, turned out when my father bought the car from NissanWas never given a key for.the lug nut locks. When.the work.was.doneWas told no charge and even handed a lug nut key at.no charge.Have recommend les schwab to friends and will continue to do so.Have never had a bad experience.

Went to buy a set of p/235/50 tires. How can a place that specializes in tires have no tires?! Offered me some truck tires instead. Its a car. We dont provide anything but our brands, but if you order them off of summit well mount and balance them for 200 per tire Go to discount tire in lacey, dont waste your time at schwab!

These guys at L Schwab have been great when i Have a leaking tire repair. Ive bought tires from them before good quality, but sometimes there prices run higher then other tire suppliers but the service you receive is top notch in compairision. I will be back to schwabs again..

I feel like service has been going downhill the last few years. It seems to take 2-3 trips to get my vehicle correct. They are always very helpful, very courteous. Everyone is always hustling when you show up. I just wish I could go back to being confident that when I picked up my vehicle it was good to go. You cant expect someone who does such volume to be 100% correct every single time, maybe I just have drawn the unlucky straw lately.

Excellent service compared to Lacey. They got the nail out of my tire and did tire rotation.

Very nice facility. Answered all my questions. Was able to get a free brake inspection on a walk in basis. This was middle of the week at about 4pm. They were already busy.Took about an hour for the car to be pulled back, and about 20 minutes for the service completion. Was able to enjoy a cup of coffee while I waited. They also have a serve yourself popcorn machine there, but was there were no bags out to put it in at that time. The restrooms were also very nice.

Tried to charge me for lug and lug nut that they misaligned.

Waited over 2 hours for them to walk over to my car, take one look, and tell me he wouldnt waste any more of my time that they wouldnt be able to balance my tires because one needed to be replaced. I didnt know that was a likely outcome or I wouldnt have waited 2 hours. As technicians knowledgeable of such things, a quick inspection upon my arrival would have been enough to have saved me over 2 hours.

Not same polite quick response as most Les Schwabs. Waited over 15 minutes to get air in tires.

I took 2 tires in and it took 3 days to get them back I ask nicely about the tires the first day and its all cool and one of there managers comes out and tells me its gonna be 2 more hours when in the time he wasted coming out and talking to me he could have popped the old tires off the rims and put the new ones on and than he walked 10 feet away in the lobby and started playing with his personal phone during my waiting his work time. If your in a hurry do not go here they do not care about wait times or your business!!

Im from out of town and hearing disabled, so when I had trouble with my tire due to an air leak, I was in an anxious state of mind. The people at Shelton Les Schwab made me feel comfortable with my hearing trouble and helped me get back onto the road with a free tire! I was stuck without it and I want to say thank you guys, everyone, for helping out with my stressful moment.

200 to mount and balance a set of tires. Ouch, thats more than double the vw dealer.

Ok so had some front brakes installed. After which there was a problem that appeared to be on Led Schwabs side. After an initial investigation it appeared they had possibly and mistakenly caused the issue. This issue created a major issue for me getting my clients taken care of. Well without hesitation, Joel and Jason offered their Rigs for towing my trailer to my client locations. I said thanks but it didnt feel right. Then found out my new client wasnt happen even if it wasnt my fault for the delay. So they offered me their van which was perfect. Held my tools and my ladder. Additionally I found out after returning that it wasnt their fault but bad timing. My brake switch went out which stopped me from putting in gear, also another part related to ABS and my,master cylinder was leaking causing the issues Ive felt get worse over the last few months. After it was all done, not only did they come in early for me, they let me their vehicle and filled it with gas, but also gave me a SMOKING HOT discount on everything. Shelton led Schwab really stepped up and will always be our go to shop for tires and other items. Thank you all for being 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Gave us the wrong tires had to reorder

I had a screw in my tire that needed to be removed, and then the tire plugged. I was in and out within an hour! Curtis was great to work with. He kept me updated during the process. The best part was that there was NO Charge for the fix. My only negative was the unfriendly staff at the counter. We walked in and waited and waited and waited. 2 guys were at the counter. Neither one acknowledged that I was even there. I think one of them was Nathan (but not sure). Once my buddy asked (loudly) if anybody was going to help you (meaning me), then Nathan asked if he could help me. Once I got all checked in, things went smoothly. The mechanics / tire fixers were literally running back and forth to hurry up the process for people waiting.

Scratched my brand new matte black rims and messed one of my tires up and didn’t even offer a refund or anything.

I went to Les Schwab to get my tire fixed in my campervan which was punctured with a nail. Even with a steady stream of customers, they were able to quickly get someone to fix it. The service was amazing and when I went to pay they told me it was free. I was kind of surprised because few companies give you anything for free. I will definitely be going back for all my tire needs. Thanks for the great service!

Good service and good prices. But sometimes they drop the ball. I left a tire off on Monday, they said it would be ready the next day at noon. It was not waited for one hour,I asked how much longer it would be. Was told another hour or hour and a half. I went home after two hours I called to see if it was done they still had not started yet. So I would just go the next morning and pick it up. Then I was told that they didnt get the tire and it would be later in the day.not a happy camper.

I gave this Branch a last chance when I needed to have my stud tires put on and even though it was late in the afternoon I only waited 1 and 3/4 hour which is not bad for the time of day and I would like to say that the service has improved immensely since I was here last and that I even had my hand shaken and thanked for doing my business here before I left and was asked if I had any concerns that I would like to address and I would like to say that my review is a four-star as of today thank you for the Improvement

I had an AMAZING experience with this Les Schwab location this weekend. They repaired a break issue that was caused by pure negligence from a break fluid change that I received a week prior. They attended to my needs quickly and solved the problem in less than an hour free of charge. They even encouraged me to take my grievances to the other shop to ensure that an event like this does not happen again, as it could have been incredibly dangerous. I highly recommend utilizing this locations services and plan to use Les Schwab in the future.

I recently brought my 2004 Cadillac XLR in for new tires only to find I had a bent rim. Joel worked with me to find affordable wheels and tires so I can once again enjoy my car. Not only did he pick out amazing wheels, he took the time to paint my brake shoes since they would show through. Joel is amazing as is the rest of the crew at the Shelton store. Thank you!!!!!

Had a 2 hr. Wait come to find out they put on the wrong tires. A cheaper tire than I paid for of course. Beware. Dont know wether they did this on purpose to make more money.

Love the free tire flat repair. Have had some work done there. Little spendy. All staff are nice. Very clean store and restrooms are well taken care of. Only complaint have had to wait long time for repairs because they were understaffed and overbooked. Like free popcorn.

Took care of me when I needed a flat fixed. The popcorn here is literally the best popcorn possibly in the world. It has been amazingly good since I was a kid and would come here with my dad. Seriously if you ever go here get some popcorn

Oh my gosh! We have gone to this location for almost 7yrs now! We ALWAYS try to avoid Erica at the front counter! She has the worst customer service skills ever, she is always extremely rude and has such a rude tone to her voice and talks to you like you are a child or less then she is. We spend a lot of money here every year and to be treated this way by her every time we go in, is absolutely ridiculous! I know about 20 other people and who feel this same way about her! We absolutely love the hard working crew, great prices and the others are great! But she is just absolutely rude and acts as if you are inconveniencing her, probably going to find a different location to go to because she is just that bad!

If you have a flat, need new tires or even work on your automobile, then this is the place to come. I drive a Ford F-350 Super duty. Went to wal Mart to get a slow leak repaired. Truck was too big, tires too big, the nail was within two inches of the sidewall, even though it was in the tread. They refused to help. Went to LES SCHWAB and it was fixed for free, and gentlemen, a beautiful young lady came out to load it up. I was actually impressed by her, she is a spitting image of my daughter, and not afraid to work. Thank you Les Schwab. You have earned my business for life.

Great service whether you need air or tires

We went to the one in Belfair and Dan took care of us. Dont go to the one in Shelton they do low quality work. After our visit at the one at hwy 101 we drove away and our steering wheel was shaking and about 3 miles down the road we heard metal hit our finder so I pulled over and it was the weights that were not put on properly. But keep in mind that tires didnt even get balanced properly. Me and my wife commented that it was nice to see two ladies in the tire business and we thought they would take more care and pride in there work but we were wrong. So we decided to just drive to another location in Belfair out of our way so we didnt take are chances with the ones that didnt do the job correctly the first time. Dan in Belfair did a good job for us and made us happy . Our tires are awesome and we are happy now.

Very friendly service. Came in due to tire sensors saying I had a very low tire. Couldnt tell tire was flat though, so they pulled it off to see if they could find the flat but they couldnt, and then they rebuilt the tire just in case there was something they couldnt see. Once everything was back together they sent me on my way with no charge for their service! Highly recommend them for your tire needs!

This company offers many good services that make my life easier. However, I have a few greivences with the Shelton location. I recommend any other location. In 2010 I purchased tires and rims and had them installed on the weekend. I returned for my rims the next week and they had been disposed of. They have not followed arrangements of me collecting my car after hours. They could not find warranty information for my tires I purchased a year ago, now I need to spend another $900 on tires that should have been covered. This last weekend they did not return my tires to my trunk, leaving me with no transportation for Labor Day weekend. Shelton Les Schwab has set me back $900 plus days without transportation. Les Schwab is known for excellent customer service, I have received this every time when I got to any other location.

Joey helped me and was awesome, the guys working on my truck were also great. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Good service but expensive

Thanks again for replacing my battery in my Jeep obviously setting it on the radiator and cracking it never had a problem with it till then. I know it wasnt the cold weather because I already had checked my antifreeze so dont bother try using that excuse on me. Ill post a picture and once again thanks for my Christmas present of having to buy a new radiator. You will never get another dime from me and I will recommend to everyone to go to Carys tire. Dont like the guy but hes got my business from now on

My car was taken back quickly for my scheduled alignment but when the service was completed no employee alerted me to come to the desk. I waited several minutes before heading to the counter to pay and noticed my keys had just been left but nobody around to help. After waiting about another five minutes, the desk clerk returned to the front, grabbed my keys/ paperwork and told me the price. I asked how the alignment went knowing that in the past the technician would discuss the details, report on any uneven tire wear, and give a general outlook on the remaining life of the tires. The clerk quickly told me they had fixed 3 alignment problems, handed me my keys, and turned to help the person behind me. I would hate to label this as gender inequality but I overheard them discuss the above mentioned details with several men while I waited. Is the Shelton Les Schwab only interested in dealing with Male customers? Ill be going to Belfair next time!

Had to get a tire plugged, they got it done as quickly as they could considering how busy they were. The staff was real nice and the price was perfect.

Shady business, average person who comes in gets quote for $800 to redo brake pads, rotors, calipers, etc. Strange thing is i just got it done and went in for a flat with only 2000 miles on the pads and rotors. Multiple people i know got a similar quote when they went in for random things not related to brakes.

Takes a long time

Friendly but slower than dirt. Took over an hour to fix a tire that i already had off the truck. Every time I come its the same story. Id go elsewhere but few options.Update! The next day the same tire was flat again. I filled it with air and sprayed it with soapy water. Found the leak in under a minute. I marked it and drove back to Les Schwab after another hour and twenty minutes they said the tire was done and that I needed front brakes and handed me a $600 estimate.Hmmm I must have used the brakes a lot in the one day since the last time they looked at it. Keep it up Schwab your batting a thousand.

Helpful, explained everything they did, and didnt push additional services like fluid changes or random products. Little lacking in the waiting area though, only had a small popcorn machine and some black coffee, no vending machines visible. Overall trustworthy, might go back when my starter eventually dies.Im adding onto my review here, after I swapped it from 4 stars to 2. Yes, they rotated my tires. Yes, they put the lugs on. But correctly torquing all wheels so Im not driving down the highway when the whole vehicle starts shaking? Nah, cant be bothered. Not to mention that their techs dont know that when doing a tire rotation, THE SPARE DOESNT GET ROTATED IN.Tire rotations for non-directional 4wd vehicles are done in an X pattern. The just shifted every tire over 1 space counter clockwise, and now my right rear has way more tread than any of the other tires because they put the spare on, even though all my tires are still holding air fine, with plenty tread. Dont ask for a tire rotation here unless you want McDonalds-quality service.

Called in for an appointment at 9 for a screw in my tire. She said no problem and to come in at 9. When I arrived she said theyd get me right back. An hour and a half later I asked what the time frame would be as they still had not touched my vehicle. Her response was that I would be next in line, after they just pulled 4 new cars in. I asked why it was so long after the scheduled time and she denied scheduling me and that she doesnt schedule times, its first come first served. I asked again for the time frame and she said i was next. I asked when it would be finished and she then told me she could get me my keys if I didnt want to wait. I told her I wasnt leaving with a leaking tire and asked again for a time frame. She finally told me it would be another half hour or so. Still waiting an hour later..

Free flat fixing? Oh yeah! Theres usually a wait, but its worth it! Decent prices and the ability to tackle almost any job related to tires or suspension, along with their excellent guarantee, make Les my go-to shop for tires and suspension issues.

Always friendly and helpful. Stopped there to have tire checked as the light came on shortly after driving through nasty accident area. They did all they could to locate leak but found nothing. Service was free and got me in and out of there within 2 hours.
