I get it...you want to save $ with self check stands. I honestly dont mind them. I wish I would have got my paid 4 hours of training first but whatever, I digress. These self checkouts have taken over the front of the store and they never take cash???so, every time I just want to grab one item and pay cash, I have to stand in one of the 2 other lines with 10 other people with fully loaded carts. Great business plan there guys....keep up the great work

I called to know if Walmart had grass seed. I waited about 20 minutes for an answer. The woman transferred me to Lawn & Garden. After another 40 minutes, Electronics picked up to say they would transfer me to Lawn & Garden! One hour 8 minutes, and I never got to anyone in Lawn & Garden. :-(

I printed a 20x 30 picture for my brothers funeral and I like that you can edit the photos right there, and write on them. They where really quick it didnt even take the whole hour. I was very impressed!

I went there looking for some socks and some polar fleece items. I wasnt able to find what I was looking for or they didnt have the exact size that I needed.

Had a return without a receipt, they took it back no problem. Friendly and helpful staff, cant say as much about the clientele, but overall a positive experience.

The pick up option is amazing! The workers are so nice and considerate. I go full on grocery shopping using this and buy so much and they still are so sweet. I wish we were able to tip them! Walmart should definitely make that an option 😜

Lousy shopping experience. Youve got employees that think its fine to run their grimy hands through my bags of groceries as Im checking out with no explanation. Treating me like I was a thief. I realize you get them, but Im not one. Put some people with common sense up front to deal with customers. She acted like a cop 😅 antagonist and rude.

I can tell this Walmart is pretty old. The Associates were helpful and kind. It was easy to find things and a welcome to find some place around here that didnt overprice all their groceries. The clientele were of the methy variety however. I know thats not the establishments fault though.

Back when the Governor mandated the mask order, I remember seeing people without a mask and having a gun attached to the side of their belt. I know you dont need a concealed weapon permit if you show your gun in public but at least wear a mask. This happened on two separate occasions. Other than that, groceries here turn bad real quick if its produced or bakery. Only good for boxed items.

I love Walmart but the only thing I dont like all this after 2 is the ridiculously long amount of lines I just popular store I think the needs to be somehow another part to the store check out lines and then the other one is you dont make things very durable there I dont think its right that they do that. This Walmart has got to be one of the worst Walmarts on the planet. Rude employees. Hard to find help when you need it. They treat you like your a suspect as soon as you walk thru the door. One of the older ladies that is at the front of the store greeting people has to be the rudest employee they have. Not a friendly face when you walk it at all. They seriously need to fire that old lady. Always complaining to another employee about some guest everything I have gone in there. This Walmart makes me sick just thinking I have to go into it. Definitely could use a face-lift as far as employees go, for sure.

For the most part this is a great shopping choice. The only complaints I had were that the cart corrals are often over flowing into the parking lot, and the womens bra and underwear section of the store is almost always a mess, as if its the dumping ground for all kinds of products and store equipment. Sometimes the selections are on the low side but I understand that level of selections is often based on location and demand. This particular store is in a somewhat rural area with a mostly obese population and the product/size selection tends to reflect that. Otherwise, customer service is usually good, most departments are kept well stocked, and prices are competitive.

I love the Sequim Walmart. Its clean, the staff are friendly, theres a wide range of products, and the prices are great! Check out the garden department for clearance plants that just need a little tlc.

Shelton Walmart employees are the best!! Wonderful customer service, they go above and beyond :) Today Dylan noticed we forgot two bags of groceries at his check stand and brought them out the the parking lot to find us!! What an awesome guy! Typical for a Shelton Walmart employee.

When it comes to clothes they are targeted toward the larger, above average sized consumer, if you are a womens size 3 or smaller you are going to have a hard time finding anything that will fit you

This Walmart is by far the worst one I have dealt with especially since the pandemic. First of all there customer service the worst all the way up to management. Rude and dont care about customers. Their inventory good luck getting stuff you need, and there grocery pick up is a joke you can order and they will say they are out of stuff but on atleast 10 different occasions what they said they didnt have i walked right in and its on the shelf. Another thing is they miss label stuff all the time and they are supposed to honor there mistakes but not this Wal-Mart they will argue with you and tell you this Wal-Mart doesnt give you it at that price but yet it is a Wal-Mart policy. This Wal-Mart pretty much does what it wants, and when it comes to mask ha what mask they dont in force it nor do all there employees follow the mandatory face mask policy. Again by far the worst Wal-Mart i have ever had to deal with

The store is dirty. Most of the employees are not helpful. The prices are higher than the Olympia Walmart. There are few choices of items. Most of the time I leave without items I have gotten there before. I just go across the street to Fred Meyer. I no longer get my oil changed there because I don’t trust the personnel. I thank you for this survey. The survey made me realize I don’t need Walmart at all.

People dont wear masks properly and intentionally flout health standards. Walmart employees and management are complicit in pick your own health standard to follow culture. Scary place.

Easy freeway access. Friendly and helpful staff. Short wait to checkout. Usually well stocked with the items you need. No people bumming money or harassing store patrons. Locals are friendly and take care not to damage the vehicle next to them.

Hi again folks, it. sure was a busy day, I noticed that some of the shelves were empty, but I also seen that personal were filling them up. One thing I do like is you can find some foods that other stores Dont have, also some clothes are different that they sell, but all in all its a good place to shop

It is a good store. Monday is not a good time to shop there, not stocked very well over the weekend. The rest of the week is good.

Honestly, this store does the best you could expect. One star missing on inventory misses here and there, but you can mostly cover all needs here.

Found everything I needed and this place is better stocked than some other Walmarts.

Each time Im in there, I witness some unprofessional behavior by associates. This is usually them being overly candid and open, complaining about other coworkers or their shift. Ive also watched managers talk trash about this and that while walking with subordinates. Many associates will also be openly using their cell phones on the floor for texting or listening to music.

This walmart is always empty makes me wonder if they are secretly closing down!! Its literally that empty everywhere!! Food and clothing are empty not restocked, it also has the worst customer service ever I mean I thought California was bad but no... Employees hide there names and refuse to give them to you! CHECK your recipes if your doing pickup they will charge you for stuff you never received and you have to argue with them to fix it or refund you!!

It was a nice visit. Came for some cleaning supplies and left with a lil more... bathrooms where just cleaned cashier was pleasent. I will return keep up the great customer service n clean store.

This location was extremely busy around 1300. I would like to see a better variety of potato chips in the single serving size.

Of course this Walmart gets five out of five stars its a multibillion-dollar corporation you cant beat the deals anywhere else that they have and theres always a huge wide selection and theyre very helpful as well check out

I love this store. Its definitely one stop shopping. You can do and get pretty much everything you need at the Supercenters. Maybe Im partial because its my store and I know it well - dont have to search for things. The staff has been very nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because they never seem to have enough cashiers and the lines are pretty long.

Face masks compliance is NOT enforced. The young male deli worker was not very pleasant to deal with. He shouldnt be allowed to interact with customers. He desperately needs to work on his customer relations skills.

I understand there must be a theft problem in this town. However that doesnt mean everyone is a thief. It seems almost every time Ive come in here Ive been made to feel akward or had an employee being rude to me. I was going to the ATM before my purchase to check my card balance. To get there you must turn right before the door. The guy there on my way in and out of customer service area threw his hands out as if he was blocking me from the exit.. I wasnt heading for the exit. You cant act like your gonna tackle any person that is passing by there. And you shouldnt be judged by the way you appear to someone. Its rude. But this entire town semms like the stores are this way. Kinda sad. Yes I agree . However Im in spending my money at your store and have never given reason for this treatment . Im respectful and I trust that the customer service will be the same way to me . But its not that way except rarely. I hate leaving bad reviews, cause I feel thats when most people even go to reviews. If this changes for me I will update this ... But I dont it will. We just moved here in February and Im starting to regret we cant even give our business to support our town because I get so frustrated with howwe are treated .

Standard Walmart but with very kind associates. We placed an online grocery pickup order and were greeted by three very helpful employees who helped load our trunk.

Its everything you expect out of a Walmart... Hands down the best Walmart within 100 miles though. Id say to try their ranch wings out of the deli but then there wouldnt be any left for me the next time I go in. Oh, and they dont hound me for refusing to wear a mask. I super appreciate that!

Placed an order yesterday yesterday set it for pick up today at 3:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. wind at 3 oclock to pick up and they had no record of it but it had already been paid for everything so they told me that they would get it fixed to get it ready and then theyd text me Called at 8:00 p.m. to see if they were ready and again they didnt have it ready and they shouldnt have it ready and they showed that the product that I needed was there but they couldnt just go get it so I have to go through the refund process very frustrating

Not all items on display do they have in stock for sale. They try to either get you to buy another item that is more expensive or have you do an online order. Nice bait and switch tactics.

Seems to be low on stock at times but the best all around store in 30 miles from here.

Always an experience but you can find almost anything there. You cant argue that the prices arent great and the selection is good. Its no wonder why the Walton family has more money than Mansa Musa. Dont wet yourself, Im kidding.

So I went in at 10pm. I needed tires because I had two flats. They lady at the sporting goods section was AWESOME!!! at first she told me that I might have to come back when the tire center is open and said she would do what she could. She called a manager and went into the dark and closed tire center and brought me 4 brand new tires!! She went above and beyond to help. The us interested of at Wal Mart. Too many times they pass the buck. But not this lady. Then she rung me up at sporting goods. :). Awesome. She deserves a raise because she went all out to make a 400 dollar sale when she could have passed the buck. And to to it all off she made people wait that were in line after me at sporting goods. The shelves had been picked over but maybe it was because of the approaching heat wave but there were seemingly random things missing and the store was far from clean. Some of the rudest fellow customers Ive ever seen in any store but maybe thats because Im from a more southern latitude and expect a different level of hospitality.

The lady that is the phone expert was great she helped me big time and was very good the lady at the door checking receipts was very rude

Love standing in line for 15minuets to find out all their self check out are card only. No one trying to help or inform people at all. This place is understaffed or just lazy.

This store has a much different layout than I have seen elsewhere and they seem to carry a much wider selection of merchandise. However, it wasnt clean and I saw empty packages of merchandise on the floor in various areas of the store which was a huge indication that they have a serious theft problem. They obviously need better security staff and processes.

Love the free grocery pickup. I just add things to my apps shopping list, and then when I have met the minimum order or if I just really need something I check out. You usually cant schedule pickup that day or the next day because it has gotten so busy. Also, beware of buying fresh produce or canned products. They are always giving dented cans. But the convenience of not having to find items is amazing. Then I just go inside to get my produce and the canned items that I need and Im only in there for 15 minutes instead of an hour!

I had bought a shelving unit for my shower a couple of days ago and was unable to assemble it whether it was because of me or because it was defective so I took it back and went to customer service where this very nice and helpful man took the time to try and assemble it for me, he didnt have e to do that but he really try before we decided it was a defective product. How nice was that I say VERY NICE!!!!

During covid this store let people walk around with no masks. I talked to a mgr about it and she said that ppl got mad and violent when asked to put on masks and they are not going to enforce it because they didnt want employees to get hurt. So just throw a fit and get your way. How does this work? Police are there for this reason. I still cant understand the answer I got. Fred Meyer made ppl wear their masks so I will be paying the extra money for food and health safety.

Dial-A-Ride dropped me off at the entrance line, no matter how busy my Walmart employees are, they stop to answer my questions and help me. One young man today stopped and went off to get me an electric cart. I was dizzy, I bought food at the new little fast food, very nice in there, and I had to eat out of the restaurant. No one told me I was in the way or to move out of the little quiet spot I found in the store and was able to complete my shopping. Afterwards, Patty Wagon picked me up just because I didnt want to wait for my great drivers from dial a ride. Pattys cars are so clean! I should give separate reviews for these two services! Overall my day was better because of my community!

The fact that they still have Real gold, silver, and diamond jewelry when the majority of the Wal-Mart Stores that Ive been to Do Not, is enough to make the Shelton store a whole heck of a lot Better than the other ones in the surrounding areas.

Walmart is a good place to shop for Low prices. Sometime a bit slow on re-stocking shelves, but the Prices are Almost Always low enough to save a few $$ when U need it! Digorno 3 Meat, Rising crust Pizzas $5.00, about 95% of the time! 🍕😁
