I just got back from a road trip from WA to SD. My family broke down just outside of Sheridan. Our fuel pump went out and we were stranded. When I called, there was only 2 minutes before closing. Just so happened you guys had the part needed to make our vacation continue. Unfortunately there was no time to deliver. Informing David where we were he said he drives right past there on the way home and he would be happy to bring it to us. Come to find out I thought I was somewhere else. So David went back to work and waited for us to call back in hopes we would call. After waiting an hour I called hoping it didn’t go to voicemail and he answered!!! He figured out exactly where we were and sure enough delivered the part. I want to say thank you to him for being so kind hearted and doing everything in his power to keep our trip going. I have three kids, 1, 5 and 11. It is nerve racking being stranded in an area you know nothing about. David absolutely refused to take any money for his gas and time. I was shocked and amazed to find someone so helpful. David went as far as giving us his phone number just in case we needed more assistance. I cannot thank him enough. If we are ever in that area again and need parts, this place without a doubt has my business. I would with no hesitation recommend this company!! Thank you again David. It’s truly wonderful the level of help and compassion you gave to my family.

This a great store that is always making sure to help its customers. They are very knowledgeable, and when a customer comes in not knowing what exactly they are looking for, the employees will help you figure out what it is that you need. They also make sure that if you come in for one part that you have everything you need to make sure that you dont have to go back 15 minutes later for the next missing piece. They also will help you find what is within your price range, but still get the job done. Essentially, they wont force you to get the most expensive product they have when you only need the cheaper option. Definitely recommend this store for your hardware needs!

Had an important part I needed for my 96 Cherokee in stock. Georgia was friendly and helpful and had the part ready for me when I arrived. Great shop.

The team worked incredibly hard to find a solution to my problem, letting me try different clamps before buying and even contacting other stores for a part they didnt have in stock! In the end, my problems were fixed that day!

Supper slow they eventually found part there inventory was off from what they had on hand I will keep going to OReilly

The crew at napa are great people. They are intelligent in their line of work and are helpful whith any vehicle needs. The parts are superior to other part stores in town. If you need something, I suggest stopping here first.

We just stopped in to the store and my husband walked up to the counter and the counter person just ignored him. Didnt even give him a greeting or say I will be with you in a minute. He finally left without anyone acknowledging him.

I got exactly what I needed before leaving town changed out the bulb right there in the parking lot hit interstate and we were off
