Our insurance agency contacted them for us to provide us with roadside assistance and it was surprisingly smooth and easy.They were very professional on the phone and in person. We were thrilled when they showed up 45 minutes before the scheduled ETA, which was amazing because it was really hot out and we were completely stranded on the interstate.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle towed and would use them again.

Seemed like forever before the tow truck arrived, but I was 45 minutes from Sheridan and it was super hot out. Probably a 2 hour wait. Everything else was pretty smooth.
