My wife and I were in the middle of a long road trip with our pup on the hottest weekend of the year when our AC went out on our brand new car. We called Scott an hour out and asked if we could stop in. He said sure thing and within 10 minutes of getting there he had our AC fixed and better than ever! Rented a u-haul here and they found me a smaller truck that was cheaper and fit my needs better than the bigger one that the website had pretty much forced me into.

I prefer to come here for my car needs. It is a bit confusing of a parking setup and its hard to know where to park especially if they are busy. It would be helpful if their already small parking lot wasnt further filled with Uhaul vehicles. But my car had the tires changed quickly as expected.

Got me in for a tire change (snow tires to summer tires) same day, and less than one hour from the start of my appointment to me driving away. Friendly staff, just very busy so make an appointment.

July 31, 2017: we went there this morning and we got an address to change the oil in our motorcycle and to fit a new front tire. The young lady at the reception was of an exemplary kindness and set us an appointment at 1 p.m. at Valley Motor Honda. Coffeen Care Center could do our oil change but was not equipped for the installation of motorcycle tires and the girl offered to do everything at Valley Motor Honda. We greatly appreciated this service and wanted to mention it here.There was a large waiting room with complimentary coffee with a popcorn machine. Thank you !
