Made a very stressful experience easy. I had hit a deer, at night, during COVID-19, while traveling near Sheridan, WY. The vehicle was totaled and was towed here to be assessed. Super easy process and compassionate service the entire way: I was able to get a rental the next day, come back and unload my vehicle, and continue on my way, all on a Saturday. Thanks!

My family and I were just passing through Sheridan on our way for a family holiday and hit a deer. I had never had to deal with a busted car away from home and had no idea what to do. When stopping at a gas station to figure out what the heck to do, the attendant there suggested I try the body shop next door. I walked over there and met the owner of the shop and he was quite possibly one of the nicest people I had ever met. He dropped what he was doing to give me an on the spot estimate and even drove me to get a rental car. He totally took charge and took all the worry out of the whole ordeal. Better yet, he will have my van completed in two weeks and even deliver it back to my home town. Amazing customer service and amazing people.
