New manager really knows his stuff and gets you in and out much quicker than the guys at Verizon or AT&T. Prices on more than one line drop significantly so I’m porting several others over for group rates that are cheaper than everyone else. The service is better especially rural Sheridan and surrounding areas!

Both the employee and manager who tried to help me were incompetent, the lack of knowledge of both cell phones and cellular service was exceptionally obvious. Went in to get a new SIM for my wifes new phone (old phones SIM was too large for the new device). Somehow they moved the number for another one of my lines to the new device and SIM, causing my phone to stop working. What should have been a 5 minute switch took over an hour, and now a day later the phone is no longer making or receiving calls. Called the store since they made this mess and they refused to help, want me to call overseas tech support instead. Do yourself a favor and do everything online, the employees in this store are just going to break your device and scratch their heads about it. The manager couldnt even figure out how to punch the new SIM card out of its perforated plastic...
