They are helpful and kind in the store. The guys that delivered were positive, kind, and quick and even willing to go above and beyond for us thank you guys you are awesome

From day one, the professional and friendly sales team at RAC/Sheridan,WY have been accommodating, friendly and willing to do whatever was necessary to accomodate my needs and circumstances financially which produced a relationship, not an inconvenient fleecing. I cant express it any other way than this: Andy and the guys care about people. Their ability to relate to their customers and their dedication to making a relationship and not a sale is why Ill always be happy to spend a little extra to acquire top notch, bar none customer service. They know my name. Can you say that about Wal-Mart employees or your banker handling your monetary transactions? Likely not. Those who claim otherwie I guarantee didnt communicate or werent willing to be truthful in their responsibility to the agreement they made with RAC. Period.

Horrible store absolutely corrupt. They had some one sign a contract under my name and now are threatening me about taking me to court. They also have been harrasing me for months months now. They litter with there blue tags all over and throughout there trash on the ground. I wouldnt recommend this company to save my life. Horrible, rude, theiving, people who work there.
