My office computer crashed with all of my QuickBooks, office documents, and a lot of photos on it. They got it in right away and were able to save everything on the computer and load it onto a new computer. They kept in contact along the way and even got us our new computer a day earlier than we had been told. Great customer service and great pricing.

I just had my computer hacked into from a foreign country. Email acct was affected; brought it in to Just Computers. They were careful, diligent and thorough finding the open door to this attack. I appreciated the time they took in solving the problem and explaining what to look for in operating my computer. I highly recommend them.

I was having problems with my desktop computer after 5pm. Other stores were closed, so I gave these guys a call. They were very helpful over the phone and even more helpful once I brought my computer to their store. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and walked me through the solution. They are clearly well educated and experienced in the subject matter. They also had very reasonable prices on the products they have for sale. Above and beyond the call of duty. Great attitudes all around. These are the guys you go to for anything computers.

I needed to get my mac fixed. They said it would take awhile and it did. That was ok, but they upgraded my operating system without asking me. Im still mad about it.All my passwords were saved on this computer and they were all gone. Somehow all the cookies and other web data was there, but not a single password....and it doesnt work right. I re-set a password, use it and the next time I try to use it, it wont work. Ive had to re-set my stuff several times over, on different websites.It just really makes me mad that they did that without asking and without saving my passwords. Ugh.

I was having problems with my MacBook but the guy who works on these computers was out of the office for personal reasons. The women (I did not get her name) at the front desk helped me as much as she could and was very friendly. I had made a post on Facebook and the MacBook guy James messaged me and was ready to help. What a fantastic and dedicated crew!
