The passenger window would not go up. David diagnosed it and told me what the parts and labor would be. In the course of diagnosing the issue, he was able to roll the window up, so we decided to wait on changing out the master switch.He got the oil change done quickly and I was on my way WITHOUT a budget-busting repair bill. Im quite happy!

The front end staff is friendly, but that main mechanic is very rude and snappy. Twice he was rude with me.

Took my Chrysler 300 in due to over heating though it was radiator, because we had already replaced few things, instead of listening to us the did full evaluation and found it was the fans not properly working and small leak on radiator as well . Then the new thermostat we had brought days before wasn’t working so they called and let me know, got it taking care of and cars running like a champ . Great customer service, great communication, awesome group of guys.

Awesome place to get your vehicle repaired. Had a cracked windshield along with some dents and dings. Looks like a brand new car again! Don’t go there to get your car fixed because they’ll tell you one thing and not everything that’s wrong with your car. My boyfriend took my car up there for an antifreeze leak . And yeah it wasn’t leaking for a little bit and after not even a week of them fixing it my boyfriend had to take it back and they fixed it again and my boyfriend took it back AGAIN but this time they wanted to charge him 200 to fix it ... DO YOUR JOB THE FIRST TIME AND YOU WOULDNT HAVE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING!!!!

I had hit some debris on the highway. My radiator, oil pan, and under the cover cover all needed to replaced. This place did an amazing job. Great customer service. I was at work for 14 hours and they delivered the car to my place of work! I am really happy about the service I received! I would definitely recommend them!

Was great. But then after we was ready to hand over a thousand dollars for a little truck the salesman comes back in and says we need 3000 down due that we just moved months ago. The truck was dead when we got there. The AC was barely cool. And wanted 9000 for it. Rather of went to Car-Mart. Thats saying something

I had placed a $1000 down payment on a truck. Less the 6 hours and less then 100 miles the transmission had burnt up. They told me it was my fault for hauling a trailer (what is a truck for). They want me to buy the transmission. They have had the truck going on 3 weeks now with no resolution.

These guys did a great job on the project that I brought them. From a skill stand point, they were able to take a bashed up Mercedes C250 and make it look like nothing had happened to it. I am grateful for the attention to detail that they provided, which saved me a trip to the metroplex to have a dealership work on this. Customer service-wise, I was always informed on where we were in the timeline. It was also a large benefit to not have to deal with insurance companies, they took care of that communication as well and kept me informed. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks guys

Buy at your own risk. This place is a headache! They are nice so you can buy their cars. After that, they stalk you. Even if you are 0-4 days late on your auto insurance payment, they will hassle you. As for a late car payment, they will sit outside your home. I’m not kidding. Not in a repo truck, in a regular car & tell you to follow them to the dealership. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Never again!

This place rips people off. They do sorry work and charge you for work they dont even do. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. You want a good deal and good people that will work for you go to carmart right across the parkway. They wont take advantage of you.

Bought a Tahoe feom these guys two weeks ago. Was told that there was a small problem with the torque converter that would need to be fixed eventually... Fine. Asked if there was anything else about the vehicle i would need to know, they told me everything else was in fine working order. Today, on the way home from work, my brake pedal hit the floor and i could barely stop. I nearly died. If a problem with the brakes was that severe, they had to have known about it and chose not to tell me. Dont ever do business with these people! I never will again!

Make sure you take KY with you if you go here and purchase a vehicle and make sure you plan on getting screwed. Because that is exactly what this place will do. Bought a car from them in July by August every light in the dash was on. Took it back and had them check it and they wanted over $500 dollars to fix it after just giving them over 6 grand. To top it off the sales rep. accused me of taking it to a repair shop. Its now September and a couple days ago the ac went out in it as well. Not good when you have two kids with asthma. This is the worst place ever to do business with. They dont care what you drive off in, as long as they have money in their pockets. I bought the car because I travel to different towns because of my children and their specialist appointments. They do not have in the town I live. Now Im afraid that this car will leave me stranded on the side of the road with my children. Once again!!!!!!! Do not buy from this place, and if you do make sure you take the KY with you.....

So my wife and i are buying a car from drivers choice an every 3 months there is a free oil change....we my wife went to get it an drivers choice forgot to put oil cap back on sending my wife on her way.. thankfully i cought it before the motor locked up but the cars covered in oil and now so is my drive way..thanks drivers choice
