My husband and I have been on a quest for a new mattress for our master bedroom because it was just time to replace current one for better rest. After much research and many competitors, we made our selection here at Sleep Experts. Grant, John, & Candace were professional, most informative, and no pressure to get us the right sleep combination.

Grant was very helpful and up front. He did not try to up sale me. I told him what I was looking for and he provided me with a three option and explained the differences between the three and let me make a decision without being pushy. Grant also spoke to me as a person and not a customer or potential sale. I will continue to do business here as long as I and those I recommend continue getting the service Grant provided me.

This is my 2nd purchase from Sleep Experts. I thought I liked a firm mattress. They have a machine that tests your comfort needs and the result was I preferred a softer mattress. I didn’t believe it, so I tried about 6-8 ranging in comfort and found it to be true. It was helpful in making my decision. Grant was very helpful and not pushy. He was very pleasant to visit with and I felt very blessed to meet him.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and hopeful. Happy with our choice of mattress and adjustable base. However, we are very unhappy with the delivery process. Purchased 11.28.20. Told delivery would be 12.11.20. No call or contact to explain why it wasnt delivered or projected new delivery date. As of 12.20.20, weve not been contacted by them at all. Unacceptable. Not at all what we experienced at Sleep Experts 9yr ago. The only reason I even gave one star rating was for the positive sales experience.

Grant, the salesman is very knowledgeable and friendly, his sales tactics are great and non pressure. I feel that his priority is getting his customers in a mattress that is best going to suit their needs, not his needs to make a sale. We were shopping for a mattress and had a manufacturer in mind previously to visiting sleep experts but in order to do my wife and I just service, we tried sleep experts to see a multitude of options rather than the 1. To our surprise and pleasure, sleep experts was our only stop. We felt that comfortable with the selections that their computer chose for our resting needs (she likes plush, I like firm) Grant showed us a number of mattresses and manufacturers that would best suit the two of us. While the price was more than what we were expecting prior to seriously mattress shopping, we couldnt be more excited about our purchase and look forward to several yrs of wonderful rest. On the negotiation end of the purchase, John, the sales manager was wonderful and I felt that from what we read on the manufacturer, he gave us a zero haggle offer that was lower than my wife and I expected to pay. I will definitely not only return to their location for future matress needs but send anyone I know to see them as well. The price was right and the service, conversation, professionalism and care was warm. The purchasing store is located in Sherman, Tx.

The whole experience from sales to delivery was great. We shopped 3 other stores before Sleep Experts and there was no comparison with the other three. Low pressure and knowledgeable sales rep made the difference.

Getting the bed was ok Customer-service was really not that friendly told me that I had a 120 days to return the bed if I wanted to upgrade or if it wasnt what we needed unfortunately we no longer needed the bed was still wrapped in plastic so I called to return the bed and then they tell me its gonna be $80 plus they have to pick it up even though they didnt deliver it and take it to their warehouse to be redone which they didnt tell us any of that when we got the bed they said oh you can bring it back in the 120 days or less not true never buy a bed here

Check out rip off review....these are all used beds, do yourself a favor and dont do it!!! love you mattress and this and that does not count once you actually pay for the mattress
