I have been a long time Sprint customer and switched over with buy out. I use the TMobile store in Sherman, Tx. I had a problem with dropping some of my contacts and no one could solve my problem.The team is very professional, very friendly, and extremely patient. Alex was also very helpful. He was going to be one day off for a couple of days and suggested that I asked for Will. Will. After 4 tries, I was able to restore my contacts. Alex worked with me over an hour and a half.These men and women are thrive on Problemsolving . You can tell they are a family andare 100 per cent committed to giving outstandingcustomer service. Thanks to Will and Alex andthe team for raising the bar. I am looking forwardto seeing their new remodel.
Ought a new phone specifically asked about my pictures being transferred they said they would all transfer with my Google account. Me not knowing took it at face value traded in my phone reset my old phone and left finished setting up my phone at home and no pictures. Thank God my wife is more of a shutter bug than me because I now have 0 pics of my kid from 0 to 10 months. Im assuming they thought I had everything set up properly. But the guy didnt even ask questions just rushed me threw the sell and out the door
Switched to T mobile on the new promotion of a new phone. New phones out of stock so we came back 3 different times. Still no phones in. Then now we are not eligible for the new phone promotion a month later. Ridiculous !! Run from this bait and switch.
I was at this store tonight to have my phone screen repaired. I was approached immediately when I walked into the store, even though, they were somewhat busy, helping other customers. I dropped my phone off and came back to pick it up after 45 minutes. When I returned to pick up my repaired phone, they were very prompt in getting me checked out and on my way. I appreciate the fast service and the helpful employees, Cory, Liz and Abby. Thanks so much for making this experience a great one!!😊

I was a Sprint Customer and am now stuck with T-Mobile. The Magenta colors in the store is enough to send me running, the staff is helpful but the music is annoying and loud. I mean do you really think Rap is building commercial customers confidence in your company?
It was an awesome visit, they got me right in, and it only took an hour to repair. I was so grateful, my phone has been in a life proof case for almost 2 years and looks brand new. I dropped something on it and broke the s screen. The process was simple and easy to fix.

Staff here tonight was absolutely awful and rude. My dad stepped in the store and before the door even shut the guys in the store very rudely told him they werent going to service him without a mask. So dad turned around amd walked out. With that being said he doesnt mind putting on a mask out of respect if asked nicely. He actually carries one for that reason, but the fact the 2 employees had no masks on until he opened the door and they were so rude is very upsetting and very uncalled for. We will be contacting higher up as well. Now he is waiting until tomorrow and will be going to paris to get his phone activated. This store just lost a customer of over 20 yrs because their employees have no respect to ask nicely.
I do not have service with sprint, but I came in to buy a phone case for my new phone and they put the case on for me and put my screen protector on for me when I did not even buy it from them. The manager and employees were amazing. I was having a bad day but they were so awesome they made it better. Shout out to Chris and Estabien for excellent service.

Again the same guy rude as all get out. The store requires masks to enter and not all people can afford to buy masks. He kicked my elderly father out of the store rudely, i told him why not provide him a mask if the store requires them. He back talked me the entire time i was in the store so i game it back to him. This place has gone down hill drastically. Angers me that the rude service is still here and the same guy is allowed to work there.

I went in to fix my cracked screen and came to find out there were a few more things wrong with my phone. but thanks to Marcus,(the awesome tech dude) I was able to get my phone fixed the same day with no problem!! highly recommend this place if youre having problems with your phone. and most certainly ask for Marcus!!
My father and I came to your store on 5/13/19 and to be honest we were planning to close out our account, which we were sad about because our family has been using Sprint for over ten years. But when Cory Ott approached us and offered assistance, I think we both just thought he was so likeable that we decided without saying anything that we would look at some phones since I had recently lost mine.Cory showed an extraordinary ability to understand what we were experiencing, what we were looking for, what we would need as customers to stay with Sprint. He seemed to take a sincere interest in helping us find a solution. I could see on my dads face that he was relieved and happy to be staying with Sprint, he later told me he was impressed with Corys ability to recognize our needs as customers and reach out a helping hand to us, he said for the first time in a while, as a customer, he felt valued, respected, and like someone was really earnestly trying to communicate with him instead of just trying to sell him a product.Cory took a practical approach to solving problems, he clearly laid out the steps needed to resolve our problems in the simplest way possible. He seems like he must be the go to person when a customer has a difficult problem, I think its employees like Cory that inspire loyalty in customers. He is professional yet very relatable and he kept us laughing, when I got to the store I was in a really bad mood and when I left I was laughing and joking. When we left, we felt like wed made a friend.I waited some time to review so I could also comment on the phone. Cory helped me pick the PERFECT phone for me. Its exactly what I wanted, its perfect for my life. He was so informative, answered all of my questions, really helped me pick the right products because I had no idea whatsoever which phone would meet all of the expectations I have for a phone.I apologize for the length of this review but I just wanted to be sure to be clear about how much we appreciate Corys customer service skills.

I’d love to give this place a good review but nobody says high when you walk through the door, they don’t even acknowledge you’re even there. Maybe management should train their employees to open their mouth and say hi at least or hey we’ll be right with you something ....

Bunch of young sharks (I used to be one so I know what Im saying) and they wouldnt hire my wife even though she has 20+ yrs of sales (cellular/telecom) because she was too old by their standards. If youre young, go there but if you prefer better treatment go to T Mobile or Verizon (albeit very costly).
Five stars for The Employee Corey! No stars for any of the others. I cant stand workers who dont know their product. Corey does and will take care of you.
I got sprint back last year. I lived in a small town. Bonham to be specific. Service was perfect! Loved it! I moved for my job in October and for some reason sherman doesnt have service with sprint? I bought my phones from the sherman sprint store. So unless im connected to wifi my phone doesnt work.
Im amazed at how well my phone blocks cell service. If Im not on wifi my phone is useless. The cell service is so bad my 17yo and 14yo both of which can usually not put there phone down when we go somewhere both leave the phones in the car. Maybe I should thank sprint for reconnecting me with my kids.

Colby Johnson is a manager here. He can fix any issue you might have. Phones or plans he knows his stuff and makes sure the customer is taken care of!
Went into sprint to buy a new phone and switch my pphone provider. The employee that was helping me was very helpful and nice. He was more than happy to help me with any questions I had and explained everything to me to make sure I understood my contract and was happy with it. They did everything they could to ensure I was happy with what i was getting and that I was getting the best deal possible for me and my situation. They were also very courteous and patient with me and trying to figure out what kind of phone I wanted to get and what accessories I was going to get also to help protect my phone. They were pretty busy while I was there and they were able to handle starting my new phone and service and my one year old baby being noisey and trying to tear everything up he could reach lol and them trying to help the other customers at the same time but still remain calm and patient and continue with my business. And I was able to make it out of their in about an hour and a few minutes, and I had my new phone and phone service and I was very pleased with the service and the way they handled the situation with all the customers at the same time and still keep everyone happy. They were honest with me about where I would have great phone service and also where it wouldnt work well at all. But Im VERY happy with my new phone and have been pretty satisfied with the service Ive been having. They also did all they could to get me the best and lowest price possible for the phone and the deposit I had to pay due to poor credit score. And the monthly bill is reasonable also. I will definitely recommend sprint to anyone thats wanting to change phone companies or just wanting to get a new phone. They are just very professional and respectful of everyone and their time.
This is the worst customer services of any store i have ever dealt with they will lie and thank nothing of it. my phone was purchased/ordered there and was told that i would get a phone call when it was received at the store, however i never got a call and when i called they said that they would have called me if it was there, i had to insist that they look for the phone and of course the phone was there and then they stated that they called me earlier in the day which was a lie i will never deal with these folks ever again i will drive a hour out of my way rather then deal with them

The store itself is great. ive never had any issues with them. however the sprint service in my area is the absolute worse. the only reason i give it 2 stars is because the store is good. as far as sprint goes in my location i would NEVER recommend it EVER. my phone is basically useless unless im connected to wifi. my calls take forever to connect and my text dont go through and im roaming all the time. it is the worse cell carrier service i have ever had in my life.
They pointed me to the kiosk and told me to make a payment there. They refused to help me. All I wanted to do was pay off a phone and get a new one for Christmas. You cant pay off phones at the kiosk. I have admin rights on my account and they said they cant take payments at store level. WHAT?! They told me I have to call their customer service to get help.
Absolutely the worst phone carrier. They have lied about the data coverage I would have and given horrific customer support. I just called 10 mins before they closed and was put on hold so they could get a tech and never came back to the phone. I finally hung up 10 mins after they closed. Stay away!!!
Worst experience to date.Lousy customer service. We came here due to poor connectivity issues with one of our phones and a unfamiliar crack in the screen. Waited in line for 10 minutes for assistance (no one ever greeted us) just to have an abrupt rep state she wouldnt even try to troubleshoot the phone because, We dont repair damaged phones. Abrupt, rude and completely unhelpful. The attitude alone I will never return. Sprint used to know customer service back when they bought Nextel. Makes me want to leave.
Worst store ever. Went there to upgrade my phone and they wanted to charge me $700 for a new phone. Contacted customer service and they told me it was free.

They will do nothing but lie to your face and tell you more lies to get you out of the store if you already have a plan with them. Especially the store manager he will tell you what he thinks you want to hear just so he doesnt have to deal with you.
