Store Associate Michael was absolutely amazing. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything in a manner I could totally understand. I definitely recommend asking for Michael, he will have your best interests in mind.

Ive always heard that AT&T was overpriced and the bills could raise unexpectedly if your kids go over the limit. I went in expecting to simply activate a phone we needed asap. The staff were nice, Joseph Casanova ended up helping us. He was upfront about costs, limits, was very knowledgeable all together. We went in wanting to go with prepaid to be safe but he suggested another way to build credit with AT&T, without raising my price, and not having o pay anything the same day. We will definitely be back to switch the family over soon!
We waited less than 10 minutes before a service representative came to assist us, even though the lobby was full! The employee that helped us was Mark, and he was so friendly and very easy to work with. We had to get a few things done that day and he made sure everything was easy to understand/do! It was definitely the easiest AT&T experience I’ve ever had.
When I walked in and told them I needed to make changes to my plan Takehya Thomas said nothing and just turned around and started walking away so I looked her coworker and he was gesturing his hand in a hateful manner telling me to follower her. After Takehya changed my plan all she said was ok that is completed. She didn’t say thank you for being a customer nor did she tell me to have a good day or anything else. Completely rude. Totally disrespectful. And entirely hateful. Same for her coworker. I should have got his name. But maybe I will go in just so i can and file a formal complaint to their corporate office.
AT&T in-store customer service has gotten 100x better over the past couple of years or at least at my local store! 9 times out of 10 I am able to just walk in without any kind of appointment and I’m constantly greeted at the door and usually within 2-3 minutes, sometimes even immediately, I am seated and speaking with a knowledgeable sales associate! I have had terrible experiences at other carrier’s in store locations and years ago even at AT&T but that has completely changed and I don’t have even 1 bad thing to say concerning my in-store experience!! I would recommend AT&T’s Sherman, TX location and our excellent associate, Jacob who was more that knowledgeable about all of their products and super helpful when it came to deciding what plan and phone would best benefit my needs! Im use to stores from up north I need sims to start pre paid phone running from domestic situation they were in will to help my even thought have plan just waiting on ssid cant pay currently so was told by 611 to use pre pay temporarily tried charging me $16 for sims card way the victimize a victim already traumatized cut of from family and friends really shows how republican state run business in Minnesota my local store manager never hesitated this year as I escaped my abuser to help difference between democrats and republican a heart and none
With the exception of the corporate mandated mask requirement - It was a perfect visit! Daniel was extremely helpful and even found an issue on our account that I had not seen yet. He resolved it right away so that I didnt have to take any steps to resolve it after I receive my next bill. He was extremely knowledgeable about the phone I was shopping for and helped me make a final decision. Wish this store had it in stock so that I could have purchased it from Daniel. He is a great asset to AT&T.
We walked in knowing what we wanted, received near immediate assistance and no pressure to spend more money or upscale to item not desired. Sales person used common sense in his interactions. Obviously will rerun when time comes again.
Go in to Upgrade my phone. They tell me that my upgrade isnt ready even though I have proof saying that it is. They then tell me that in order to upgrade I need to buy out my current phone. Taxs plus pay off would be like $300. We have proof that my phone is ready for an upgrade. Every time go to this location I have issues.There employees need some retraining or something. Super ridiculous. Last time I had an issue with billing and they basically blew me and my wife off. I love AT&T but this store doesnt represent there name well at all.

The customer service here is God awful! All the new construction and they can’t afford to get people who aren’t rude. I’m switching services just to avoid these people. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed in a store. I feel dread every time I come here because the employees make it so obvious they don’t want you there. I miss Verizon. They’re way friendlier
My sales associate, David, was awesome!He helped me pick the right plan for me. Didn’t force me to purchase any higher levels of service when I indicated I didn’t want extras. He talked me through the whole process and made sure I understand exactly what I would be paying monthly. He was great!
Went to pay off old phone and pre order iphone 13 pro max. Rep was waiting at door... took me to a desk. Whole thing took less than 15 minutes
I went in for a phone upgrade not to long ago and I got some help from a gentleman named Tyler. He was very courteous and understanding when it came to helping me look for the type of device that would best suit me and the work I often do remotely from my device. This man knows his stuff when it comes to smart phones. Not only does he know what he’s doing but he made sure I knew how to maneuver my way through the device accurately and promptly. 10/10 would recommend AT&T services. They care about what they do up there!
I’ve been an ATT customer for years upgraded two phones, they had to order and shipped to my residence. Told me if I had any trouble transferring them com in and they would help do it.Went in 04-03-21 and the manager (Anthony)told me they couldn’t and would not help transfer the phones and set them up. Company policy now! Not what his employee told me when I upgraded. He was a total jerk very unprofessional and arrogant as well. Very unprofessional ! If this guys a manager they are in great decline as a company.No customer service! What a joke.I will be moving to a different carrier ASAP!

I left att 17 years ago and went in the store in desperation. It was so fast and painless. My lady pardon me for not even getting her name but she was the bomb. I would like to thank her again. Ii chose a prepaid plan and she even helped me get my Sprint phone unlocked and service within 45 min. Now thats cool. Usually you wait that long to get someone to talk to at Sprint. Casual, happy and quick. Hello at&t. Good bye Tmobile. The sprint sign was lil bitty and t-mobile colors all over. Im glad its over! 💖At&t

Tyler was OUTSTANDING!!! My wife could not call me for about 6 months. She is with a competitor company and no one could tell us how to fix the issue. I came in to change a few things on my account and explained the issue to Tyler. He told me to check our “call block” and that solved our problem. This store is horrible I went in to buy a mobile hotspot and was upsolt to a different product that didnt even work when I returned it I was charged the $50 restocking fee asked the manager to wave it and was refused any sort of customer service?!!?!!!
Went to AT&T store in Sherman, Texas to upgrade my iPhone. I was helped quite quickly. Kendra was very personable and friendly. She was also upfront about charges on my bill and what was the best offer for me. She really took the time to answer all my questions and finish setting my new phone. Also helped my husband with an issue on his phone.
I had left att a couple months back due to the price I was paying being a first responder I was supposed to have discount added. It wasn’t until after I cancelled I talked to a man named Tyler, he told me he worked for att and informed him of my experience with them. He informed that I must have never had my discount and to come in and talk him. After going back in Tyler set me up on first net with first responders during a time they had a promotion for free apple watches. He set me up with a new phone and my Apple Watch along with anything else I was needing. He didn’t have to talk to me about my last experience and tell me that he could get it fixed, but he did. He was respectful and kind throughout the whole experience, I really appreciate the dedication he took in setting me up. He went above and beyond.

Being new residents of Texas, we sought individual assistance in enabling us to be able to access not only our account information, but also help in connecting us to our TV. Both were accomplished through Stephen Douglas diligence, knowledge, and dedication, which he provided us as new customers. Stephen solved two separate problems on two separate days and thanks to him, we finally have been able to have our TV up and running.

Extremely impressed. My sister was adding me on her friends and family plan on iPhone she sent me. I’ve been on a free phone as a retiree and nothing but problems. I pay for my own directTv and have been disappointed with the increased prices when I’m low income. Those representatives have not kept their promises to give me reduced pricing so I couldn’t afford anything but the free phone which half the time didn’t work.Mark, yesterday, transitioned my phone while we overcame obstacles to keep my phone number from Assurance wireless. He has exemplary customer service skills, technical knowledge, as well as training skills. I had never used an iPhone and except for a few activities I’ve caught on rapidly due to his tutelage. Thank you. Wish the DirectTv representatives were as responsive and listen as Mark did.

We went to the store in Sherman to get help with a technical issue between my son and my phones. Jocie met us at the door and was immediately welcoming and put us at ease. Steve at the Sherman store is very deserving of a position at a management level. Twice I’ve been taken such amazing care of by him. He helped to calmly get me through a set of hacking events. As I was hyper-paronoid not knowing why things were happening, 2 2 hour sessions both by him ( by circumstance ) at a crazy busy location. His focus and attention to me was unmatched by any employee at any ATT store or customer services phone experience or Directv services or really any customer service anywhere. I wouldn’t let him get taken away from me if he worked for me! Never getting anxious or trying to rush me, completely and thoroughly explaining every answer to every question I had. Across the board- he’s the man. Also helping AT&T by up selling me on several products and would have been even more, if they had been in stock. Thousands of $$ for at&t, and a very satisfied customer. Thank you Steve

We moved my uncle from AT&T to Cricket in December, due to him only have $60 per month to spend, after room and board at his nursing home. He has Alzheimers and limited mobility.Instead of porting the number, we got him a new number. Cricket told me that AT&T would know immediately that the phone had been switched. Apparently, they were wrong. AT&T continued to charge my uncle their exorbitant monthly fee for a flip phone with zero usage.However, the reason AT&T is getting a bad review today, is because although we spoke to two customer service representatives and two sales managers, no one could find it in their power to credit my uncles account. This was their stance, even though they could witness how physically difficult it was for him to make the trip to their store to pay the only portion of the bill that was undisputed - the cost of his phone.Here is a word they should add to their vocabulary - GOODWILL. It may not have been their fault that the transaction to change the phone did not automatically cancel it on their end, but after seeing that he, and we on his behalf, clearly acted in good faith, could have EASILY written it off. However, they didnt. Their monthly service fee of $60 is all he has to spend on a monthly basis, yet they could not manage any goodwill on an account with zero usage.How disappointing.

I am glad that there are people that still care about humanity and actually trying to get to the bottom of the problem especially when one is missed treated. As a personal AT&T user that also uses AT&T for our school business, they came through with flying colors. We were desperately trying to figure out how to add a hotspot to our plan so we could use it for graduation. I called customer service and got no help after five transfers and an hour on the phone. I went to the store thinking they might be able to help in person. Ben Mustafa greeted me and stayed with me for an hour trying to help figure it out. He never appeared irritated and kept trying different things. Halfway through, Tayler came over and wanted to see if she could help also after seeing that things werent getting anywhere. She stayed with us and kept trying different options. She finally came up with a solution with the approval of the store manager to help us out. The main thing about this whole situation is the fact they could have given up easily and apologized and sent me on my way...but they kept trying to help me until we came up with a solution. I appreciate it greatly and Whitewright High School will forever be in their debt. Thanks, guys!

Lousy. We were met at the door signed in and told we would have to wait outside. While waiting several younger customers came up to the store and were asked what they needed and immediately taken to a service counter. We were never allowed in the store and an employee waited on us out side in temps that were in the upper 90s. Apparrently AT&T in Sherman TX does not like serving elderly customers.

Our experience with this store and AT&T in general is not good, We originally bought our phones in 2016, we later moved to South Dakota, and then MN, we never had a problem until we moved to Sherman TX, They screwed us out of over $300 right off the bat by telling us that their wireless internet for home would work and we had 30 days to return it for full refund, it did not work, even though we are 1800 ft from one of their towers, we returned in in a few days, we not only did not get our money back, they billed us for another 100 plus, then we kept paying the bills until we paid off our phones in December 2019, We called on Jan 2nd and cancelled all service, the contracts were all up, we received another full month bill Feb 2nd, we called and they fixed it, no charge, march 2nd another bill saying we were late we called again, no problem we will take care of it now another letter saying we were going to collection because we never paid the bill for January, another call to them, Now they say they will not fix it all though they acknowledge all of the record, and are sending us to collection. Never trust AT&T, its a shame, they used to be such a great company, but sense they merged with Direct TV, the service has gone down hill rapidly
I bought a phone from this place a few months ago. They had a sale in which the phone I wanted was $60 but because I wanted to keep my same number, it instead cost almost $170. For a cell phone. Im not one of those people that can flush large amounts of cash down the soon-to-be obsolete technology toilet. So last week I dropped it, cracking the glass. I went back to the ATT store because I was certain insurance was included in their very high price, but it wasnt. My husband was with me when we made the purchase, & he also remembered getting insurance. They sent me next door to a repair place who wanted $120 to repair the glass. Guess I will just carry on with a broken phone. The cheapies at Walmart have always been satisfactory. Thought Id splurge on a better one for once from a bona-fide phone dealer but I wont make that mistake again.
Throughly enjoyed my experience here. Lots of employees so you dont have to wait long to be helped. Knowledgeable employees. I spent three hours discussing plans and products, the employee stayed by and never seemed to get irritated at the length of time I took.

Out of the blue, my iPhone 7 Plus began having audio issues. (i.e. Unable to hear the receiver/receiver unable to hear caller. Speaker option is grey.) I read so many comments online of others having the same problem after the recent update, so I figured I’m sure others have gone in with the same issue, so lets go in and see if I could get SOME assistance that could resolve the issue. Maybe my expectations were too high, but after stating my problem, I was advised to buy a new phone because there was nothing they could do. I understand that I’m speaking with a sales person and not a phone technician, but come on, at least ACT like you care that I have a problem. When I asked if there was a phone tech I could speak with, it was stated that they wouldn’t be able to help me since it’s an Apple issue. I seriously thought the guy would take the phone and at least skim through quickly to see if he himself saw anything out of the ordinary, but all I received was a we can’t help you here type of attitude but we sure do have new phones you can buy. Saddest part of it all was I couldn’t even get a simple, “I’m sorry that your dealing with this.” Thanks for all the help I didn’t receive. Good customer service is hard to come by these days!!!
Customer service representative lied to us about a buy one get one special. We bought 2 of the specials and are still paying for 4 phones.ATT says its just a computer error and will take another 1 or 2 billing cycles.Thats the same thing they have told us since April of 19.Do not trust these people. Very dishonest fast talking sales people that deliberately lie.Ive been a customer since they had bag phones and Ive never been treated this badly. I was with southwestern bell, which became cingular, which became att. I go back with them to the 90s.The store wont correct our bill and the customer service representatives on the phone always say to be patient just a couple of more billing cycles and we will get our money.I asked the last representative if I could just pay my monthly bill in a couple of billing cycles when they correct the bill. He just laughed and said I wouldnt have phone service that long. They would shut my phones off.Go to anyone else but att.
What a great place to get your phone. Very professional and helpful. They werent constantly trying to upsell. They were trying to get you the right phone for your needs.
It is very good when purchasing phones and accessories, but when returning with questions about a phone issue no one seems to be schooled. If you sell iPhones and Androids, at least one representative of At&t should be versed in ALL aspects of the phones they sell.
Nobody answers the phone, tried calling all day and nobody answered the phone, exempt to pick it up and hang up. They just lost a big sale since we live far and this is the closest store to us. Guess we just have to drive that extra hour to get good service. Very sad they can’t even answer just to say hold on. Just a simple question so we didn’t have to drive over 2 hours to get to them. Will go to McKinney or Rockwall store instead.
AT&T has the best coverage in this area. People at the store are always friendly and know their stuff. Usually dont have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes.

Best ATT store in a 100 mile radius. Quick service and had the phones we wanted in stock.. which was a total shock compared to what I am used to with other ATT stores!

This location is always busy but the reps are always on their toes and offer kindness when the wait gets long. The universe does not rotate around me or my needs like some believe, but this store is my preferred location for anything I need in reference to my phone or account. Been a customer for 6 years.
