My experience here was just not the one a bride should have to experience. When I made my appointment I asked if they carried dresses in 16 for me to try on and was told they had lots to chose from. After showing what I was looking for they put me in 3 dresses that were 5 sizes to big. (I know you have to order in your size, however it’s hard to say yes to the dress when you are wearing a tent) The next dress was a size 14. She told me it wasn’t going to fit and that they couldn’t even order it in my size.. why waste our time with it then!? After I tried one more dress I asked if they had anything else. She said “not really”. At this point I was already frustrated with the situation. I then asked if they knew of another place I could go look. She quickly replied with “no” so I left. Empty handed and on the verge of tears. I felt rushed the entire time I was there and I was not impressed with their dress selections. Every dress I liked they didn’t have in my size. I think it’s time they expanded their plus size inventory.

Only been to this sure once to find a wedding dress at the last minute and I had great service and found one under 30 mins! The prices are bearable and lots of options!

Very good prices. Just went in today to look around with my bride-to-be bff. She liked a few but they didnt have much in her size.They must get commissions because every dress she tried on, they all said was beautiful. She liked a few but was told thats too old for you. Kinda wish theyd tone it down for the area theyre in. This isnt Dallas.

Went in for bridal dress...one week before wedding. On a budget. Gin & the ladies were awesome. Everyone love it. The groom got misty eyed.

HORRIBLE! If I could leave no stars I would. I found the most beautiful wedding dress back in February, put a down payment on it and was told it would be ordered. I get a call TODAY less than 3 months from my wedding day saying they WILL NOT have my dress in on time for my day, after we had a big ordeal with my bridesmaids dresses and having to fight to get them refunds and them still asking if I was still getting my dress from them, I told them I would still get my dress and was told it would be here the end of APRIL! Mind you this was over a month ago that I was told this! Now, I have less than 3 months to find a wedding dress which is extra stress added on to everything else, and they didnt offer to help or anything just asked for mailing address to send refund check! With all of the bs from Treasure Trunk(Bridal Treasures) I will NEVER EVER go back or even recommend them to ANYONE!!! Terrible customer service! I feel like they did this on purpose due to the issue with my bridesmaids dresses!
