I lost my license here getting the vaccine and when I called up here to ask if it was there they rudely said they didn’t have it. Turns out they had it all along and I already replaced it when they called me 2 weeks later. Also the vaccines take too long. CVS is better
Pharmacist was very rude and unfriendly. For no reason. CVS much more organized and professional. Better just a few steps away! Guess where Im going next
Sat in the line at the drive-through at 1PM for 35 minutes. When I got to the window at 1:35 PM there was a sign in the window that said pharmacy closed from 1:30 PM to 2 PM.This was my fourth attempt to get my one prescription while sitting in my car with five cars ahead of me. I get off work late every evening and cannot make it to this pharmacy before closing time because of the line. Not sure why picking up prescriptions or dropping off prescription takes so long per customer. Are they physically counting the pills at the window?Time to make a change.
My favorite place to get quick service
Went on my lunch spent 42 minutes and still didnt make it to the pharmacy window. I didnt go inside because there was another line at the pharmacy. I just needed one prescription. Tried to go last night at 7:15pm but saw a sign on the window closed at 6pm. Second day in a row spending my lunch in drive thru and still dont have my prescription.
Worst pharmacy in existence slow lazy terrible u name it. It’s a slum. Avoid this place plenty of other pharmacies around town. Need 0!!! Stars
We called in a pharmacy order at 11:00am in advance time. And we arrive there at 4:00pm and they say its still not done and for me to go inside to wait for it. They rudely claimed they were too busy, what the actual heck. Do not recommend at all. Not friendly nor fast whatsoever.
The pharmacist just sits there and lets the one cashier do everything. When I called earlier to let them know Ill be there, they were rude saying ok why are you calling? This place needs better management and customer service. There are 12 people in line and no one helps or cares. I will never come here again. Ill go to CVS next time.
Be prepared to wait at the very minimum 30 minutes in the line for the pharmacy. Do not get your COVID vaccine here, we actually waited over an hour to receive it and that was it’s an appointment!
My girlfriend got her vaccine at the Sherman tx location and the techs were so great best experience in a long time these techs care about the patient
As a prescriber I shouldn’t have to wait to talk to a pharmacy personnel for over an hour. Put on perpetual hold....on the provider line. Ridiculous. I’ll never send, or recommend this place to others and will suggest to my other provider partners to do the same.
I want to brag on Emmy the beauty consultant for being so helpful & knowledgeable. She helped me by sharing her experience with products & advised on the colors I had selected highly recommend. Thanks will be back gotta keep it fresh;)
My prescription was submitted to the pharmacy by my doctor at 8 AM and as of 4 PM it still wasnt ready. As much as I hate to Im taking my business to Walmart! Terrible service!
Came here to get my first COVID vaccine a month ago. Waited for 45 minutes after my appointment (even though I showed up 15 mins early like the email instructed) and when I asked how much longer it would be, I was told, “He just checked his email, it will be a few minutes.” What does that even mean? No one was in line before me, and the guy who ended up coming out to give me the shot had been standing in front of a computer, clicking stuff the whole time. I’m sure he was filling prescriptions but he could have taken two minutes to vaccinate me and let me go. Now I’m here for my second shot and it’s the same story. Woman next to me says it was the same for her first shot too. Meanwhile my husband went to CVS and walked in and out in 15 mins, fully vaccinated. Get your Covid shot elsewhere unless you enjoy wasting time.
Leah and Yvette are outstanding employees.Upon arrival at the pharmacy, Leah noticed I didn’t have insurance. Leah asked Yvette for help entering the Walgreens “club” discount into the computer while she (Leah) filled my prescription.I received a very nice discount with courtesy from these two employees.Walgreens are lucky to have Leah and Yvette as outstanding employees.
This store is a nightmare. I went in 2 weeks ago to pick up medication for a postoperative infection. I was in line at 5 pm. I waited in the pharmacy line for an hour. At 5:55 pm I finally reached the front of the line. The pharmacy worker looked at me through the window and shut the blind and refused to even acknowledge me. Today I went to fill a prescription and they refused to accept my prescription discount card in spite of the fine print stating their contract with the company makes them contractually obligated to honor the discount. I will NEVER do business with Walgreens again and I recommend you don’t either.
They don’t deserve any star at all. Waiting for a flu shot took forever! I was ready to walkout with my two kids in tow! They have 4 people working inside. I would understand if there’s only 2 of them. Also we came before 4 pm. It’s terrible!
TERRIBLE PHARMACY. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.Ive never written a negative review before but I was so appalled by my experience here I felt it was necessary. I made an appointment for a flu shot. I ended up waiting over an hour. Since I was there for a shot I didnt want to say anything that might upset the person who would be giving me the vaccine so I waited very quietly and patiently. I understand that things happen and did not want to cause stress or further delay. After an hour I went to the window and asked if I could get an update on when I would get my shot, to which the pharmacist replied What do you think Im doing?! This honestly startled me. To top it all off, when I was finally taken to the back to get my vaccine, instead of apologizing for the long wait she proceeded to yell at me. It was shocking and unprofessional. Needless to say I left without my flu shot. There was no way I was letting someone who clearly had issues come near me with a NEEDLE. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe its like this all the time. I wouldnt know as this was also my first (and last) time I ever try this Walgreens. If I am charged for the vaccine I never received I will sue for fraud.P.S. If youve read this far, another person who had waited in line highly recommended I use the pharmacy at the Albertsons down the street. The only reason she was at this Walgreens was because her doctors made a mistake and sent her prescription here by mistake.
I cant believe they close the pharmacy for a lunch break. They are the only pharmacy who does that. I was waiting in line in the store to pick up a prescription when the pharmacist told me I had to sit in the waiting area until their lunch was over. I hate going to walgreens!
They seem the slowest people Ive ever seen when it comes to filling a prescription. It took them over three hours to fill one prescription. Not the first time. I think that I will be going elsewhere from now on...
They gave me the wrong prescription 20mg instead 5mg, called and they said to take it back. I went drive thru to take it back there was another car in front of me, I waited for about an hour finally I got to the window I gave them the bottle with the wrong pills, waited like 15 minutes and the manager came and said they can not give me the correct prescription I said I need my prescription and Ill wait he went back I thought he was preparing my prescription but no he went to call the police to move me, I explained the officer he said the manager had told them they didnt want me there that I was trespassing I explained him I just wanted my prescription he asked me want I was going to do, I told him I can go across the street to CVS that is what I did and CVS gave me the correct prescription in less than 15 minutes, terrible experience with Walgreens Sherman TX
The lady in the pharmacy named RENA was very rude and unprofessional.
If you want your meds in a timely manner...without hassle....avoid this place!
The pharmacy staff is ALWAYS very nice and respectful and helpful. They are always fast about filling my prescriptions for me. I have never been unsatisfied or have had a single complaint about my experience here. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians are always very professional and respect my patient privacy. I am very happy with the service i receive as a customer, and I will continue to use this Walgreens pharmacy.
At 5pm when most of the world gets off work and would need to pick up their prescriptions they have ONE cashier that is supposed to wait on the drive thru plus the huge line that forms at that time. Why? This is such a terrible schedule for a huge company that should know better.
What a joke on hold for 19 minutes so some pharmacist assistant can tell me they dont feel the prescription written by a real doctor was accurate! Then say I can pick it up if I pay cash, then its because my insurance will not cover it? I have never had an issue before and the insurance said they would cover it. What a joke maybe you will have a loved one in pain and so bureaucrat will make you water a few days so they can feel important. I will never go back
The Pharmacy staff is very rude!
I checked an products price online and then went to pick it up. At the store, the posted price is the same. At checkout, the price is higher. When I asked why, I was told probably because you dont have a rewards card. Im so tired of deceptive sales practices.
My first and only time using the Photo counter here. The older lady at the counter didnt seem to have good customer service skills whatsoever and was rude.
I went and dropped off my prescription and they said it would be an hour....I came back an hour and a half later had to wait behind 3 cars to get to the window and them say its not ready....I told them politely that I would wait and they told me I would have to move...I told them I would wait right there because I had waited in line long enough...so instead of just filling my medicine they called the cops! Trespassed me and said if I ever come back I would go to jail...only good thing was cop got my meds...so they had them ready the whole time! Would give 0 stars but you cant!
Ive never had a problem here. I use the Walgreens app for refills & prints. I get a notification when to refill and I get a text when their ready to be picked up, even another reminder if I forget to go. Never had to wait more than 5min in either the drive-thru or walk-in line for my Rx, I have always had a fast and courteous experience. Also, the photo dept is always on their game, my prints are usually ready before the estimated pick-up time. I moved to Walgreens after many many many terrible experiences with CVS and couldnt be happier about the move
My husband had a prescription called in to the Sherman location, we waited about an hour and then went to go check to see if it was ready or if they had gotten the script yet. After waiting a few minutes we were told they didnt have a script for him yet but they did have a voicemail they had not checked yet. I told them ok we will come back and left my number for them to text when the script was ready. An hr later we came back and where told they still didnt have it and that they still had not checked the voice mail. This morning at 8 am I stopped by the Dr office, they called the day before and left a voicemail and called again for me while I was in the office to make sure they had it. Called Walgreens to be told that his script was ready night before, 4 1/2 hrs after the voicemail was left . They never notified us that it was ready and the voicemail that was on Their machine was the one for his prescription. Never again will I use Walgreens. The only excuse I got was We were really busy yesterday If you are to busy then let me help you, I will be taking all my prescription elsewhere from now on.
Pretty weird pharmacy. I went one time to buy itch cream for insect bites. I asked a guy working in the pharmacy what aisle it would be in, and he literally told me “well, if we sell stuff for insect bites, then it will be in...” lmao. Like what do you mean “if we sell it?” You obviously sell stuff for insect bites, you are a freaking pharmacy. He directed me to the wrong aisle, but I eventually did find an aisle with an array of insect bite medications. I just thought it was weird that an employee working at Walgreens doesn’t know if they sell stuff for insect bites when they obviously do. The other weird encounter was when I went there to get a TDAP shot. It was the same guy who said “if we sell it” about the insect bite cream. He told me now wasn’t a good time for them to be giving out shots and asked me to come back the next day. I looked around and there was literally no one else in line, no one in the drive-thru, and there were like 5 people back there. Not to mention I came way before rush hour. That place is weird man
Horrible customer service. When a doctor is releasing a patient from the hospital and calls in a prescription and you know its going to take 72 hours to fill the prescription, guy dont have an automated message contact the customer and say theres no problem, just a delay.. 72 hours with no meds to control pain IS A PROBLEM, not a DELAY.. How about adding value to your position and actually picking up a phone and informing the doctor/patient of that pertinent info so they can find a replacing pharmacy?
If it’s not one thing it’s another with this place. Prescription take forever to get filled then you wait in line forever! No joke even when I was the only car in line it takes 7 to 10 mins. Heaven forbid you go early in the day you will wait for 20 mins plus. Going inside isn’t any faster. Last time I went inside I waited 10 mins when there was no one there because they were to busy having a conversation to help me. I will be taking my business else where. I’m done.
They dont have a rating lower than one so I guess Ill go with that. Went to get a flu shot and waited 40 minutes and I was the only customer in the waiting area. When asked they said they were filling prescription orders first. Finally, after 50 minutes, right as I was about to leave, the manager gave me the shot griping loudly all the time about how everyone wanted attention right now. Very rude. I guess he was having a bad day.
Bad customer service. I was even told by pharmacist that if i didnt like how he was handling my script I could go across the street to CVS. This happened a few amonths ago.Guess I have never been treated so badly.
Save yourself the hassle of this place & its rude employees. CVS is just across the street and much more pleasant to deal with.
Pharmacy is way understaffed. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through until I decided to just leave. Came back later that day at 8pm to find the drive through closed. Theyre hours are 8am-10pm so I went inside to find out what the heck was going on and they had reopened the drive through...
This is literally the biggest joke of a pharmacy. Nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing, the head pharmacist doesn’t do anything but sit on his but while there is a huge line of people. My script was sent in on Thursday. I went to pick it up on Sunday, after waiting in line for an HOUR they tell me it’s still not filled.
Very clean facility .... fast helpful friendly pharmacy staff
Pharmacist Nick saved my kid not too long ago and continues to watch my kids meds. No joke. My 7 year old had a kidney removed about 4 years ago and cant really take any misdosage when it comes to medications without some serious effects, so Im very careful about what I give him. He noticed dosage for him was more than double what it was for two of my older children with the exact same medication and called before giving any to any one. He took a lot of time making sure he had the right set of kids (Ive six, and it was three in question) and what their weights and ages were before he came to any conclusion. My boys medication had been mislabeled by the doctor. Im so thankful for this man, he was pretty busy and I could hear him pushing others aside as he focused on my little guy because of the seriousness of the matter. Above and beyond, Id recommend this pharmacy to anyone as long as Nick is there.
NOT GOOD RECENTLYSadly, I had to transfer my business to another pharmacy about 4 months ago. Walgreens made continual mistakes, which I had to go back and convince them to fix. Their pharmacy people were obviously unhappy and overworked, but still there were times when an apology was due. The final straw came when they did not get my pain medication filled for 5 days, just put in a daily call to a ( random) Dr.s number without looking up whether it was actually my doctor. When they did actually fill the script, they told me smugly it was for 7 pills, not the 70 my Dr had told me.In fact, my Dr had called in 70 tablets, and he told me to switch pharmacies. I have transferred to a small pharmacy and life has been uncomplicated ever since...
Not to bright in th pharmacy, said it would take 30 min. to fill prescriptions ... 2 hours later .. was told 20 min. more ... another hour went by, finally left with only half of my prescriptions, and these were my heart meds i didnt get . Said they lost my prescriptions .
I work in the customer service industry (so I know how important it is to please customers), and the service I received today was HORRENDOUS. The young man in the blue outfit was kind and polite, however the (black/chunky) lady working in a white lab coat (I assume to be the head pharmacist) was honestly the worst person I have ever encountered in a customer service manor. I am not sure how she got this job, maybe it being the Sherman location she feels she does not need to care, but I am completed offended by her attacking me saying you cant do that, you cant lie to me, how dare you, when all I needed was for her to call CVS pharmacy to transfer one of my medications. She also told me several days ago that walgreens does not sell BD Needle Safety Clips and thankfully I looked in the pharmacy section today, and I found exactly what she told me she said Walgreens did not have. When I asked her why she told me previously they did not carry what I asked for, she raised her voice in such a crude manor, in front of many customers, embarrassing me, and making me cause an even bigger scene to defend myself. Someone like this DOES NOT deserve to keep this job, I am completely baffled with her level of disrespect when talking to a customer. If anyone has any tips on what else I can do to prevent an encounter like this from happening to anyone else, please let me know. I have already completed the survey given to me, as well as filed for an investigation through their customer service line. I would love to get into contact with her boss. If anyone wants to keep their sanity, do not ever go to this store, and if youre already stuck in this ladys bad techniques, get out before she screws with your emotions (and probably your medications).
I dont know why it takes 30 minutes for 3 cars to get through the drive thru, but thats the average wait time. EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I can drive to another town, get my perscriptions and drive back before I get service. Walgreens....hire more people!
The pharmacy is horrible the most rude and unhelpful women I have ever dealt with you are better off going to CVS nextdoor
Wish I could 0 stars. The pharmacist there are rude, especially the manager. While waiting in line he called the pharmacy technicians “stupid idiots”, but before arriving to the pharmacy he called to tell me my prescription was ready, but in such an unprofessional manner. When he called me I answer and said “hello” all he said was “yeah”, so I asked who this was because I don’t have Walgreens pharmacy saved in my phone very rudely he replied with come get your prescription it’s ready then hung up. WHO DOES THAT? But what makes me mad is him calling his employees stupid idiots. If I worked in there I would tell him to shove it where the sun doesn’t shine. Walgreens needs to reevaluate who they hire. Take your business else where!
Such bad service!!! They will literally look at you and ignore your existence. I waited in line for 10 minutes when I was the only person to pick up a prescription.
The customer service at the photo center is terrible. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!
Love the service and products
Worst pharmacy ever extremely slow
Drive thru very slow
Takes too long for anything. Way under staffed and no customer service at all.
Pharmacy is horrible, takes forever and the people are rude! There dont have the first idea about customer service. Ill be switching pharmacies
I never shop at Walgreens anymore
