All front end staff are so incredibly friendly! I was told like 8 times to have a good day. They are so kind.Every line is a self checkout. But they do have enough room if you have a full cart. I will definitely continue to shop here. And gas prices are much better than other stations!

Ive been happy with this Walmart since it opened.Its not hard to find a place to park. The layout is perfect for finding everything I want without feeling like Ive walked for miles and miles. I know Im getting the best prices on everything I need without a rewards card. There are certain items that I can only find at Walmart and I love that I dont have to go to the Super Walmart to get them.Checking out is a breeze compared to other places. I was a little concerned about it being entirely self check out when I had a basket full of groceries. But an Associate was right there ready to jump in and help me out.The customer service is excellent, I believe the Associates are less stressed and are more efficient when dealing with customers.

Nice and clean. A good sized selection of groceries. Its nice to have the grocery only aspect of Walmart. The staff we helpful. The only drawback were there were no cashiers to check you out, only self checkout. But thats the way everything is headed.

I use to come to this Walmart weekly. I would either shop inside or do grocery pick up. I always had problems with this Walmart not having fresh fruit. The prices are much higher on milk and eggs than the bigger Walmart 2 minutes down the road so I completely quit going to this one and brave the bigger one. I spend enough monthly in those items that it does make a difference. It’s a shame because I liked the smallness of this Walmart.

This Walmart is selling bad meat, their cooler went out and they are still selling the meat. They are consistently selling expired food I have purchased items that have been expired several times. I will no longer be shopping there. Please be sure to check expiration dates before you purchase anything from this store.

The store is fine. They will never rate above 3 stars with self checkouts being the only option.

Store was not busy.. was clean.but......The lady who worked the front self checkout today around 2pm had an attitude problem! Was clearly aggravated when I asked for help. She seemed to have a problem with the family next to us too. My debt card was not working and I asked if she could enter it into the system. She said no and walk away woth nasty attitude. Did not care in the world. Luckily we had backup form of payment. Aldi and Albertsons did it yesterday with a smile. I do not like shopping at Walmart but needed some things other stores did not have. Next time I will wait rather than shopping here. Hate Walmart!

Pros: very helpful and friendly staff, clean store, good prices including fuelCons: there is only self-checkout, and that is the only way to exit the store. Its ridiculous and a real pain. The pharmacy gives me trouble every single time, Ive given up trying to fill any prescription there.

Nice clean fairly new store. Typical Walmart environment, clean bathrooms and helpful people. Prices are a little more than a regular Walmart, not sure why. But you can avoid the crowds here easier than the main Walmart. Great produce selection and their Deli Rocks!

I really love the new all self checkout. Its way more productive for a walmart of that size, heck even the larger walmart might benefit from not wasting 6 isles that no one is working and just making them automatic. The new layout is nice too. Great place, mainly where I grab my groceries now.

This market is always a great place to shop.

I came here to get some eggs. When I got to the self check out area there was an associate talking to a customer. The associate let two people in front of me go to registers. I came up and saw a register open so I walked to it. The associate came up to the register with ans attitude and told me they were limiting the amount of eggs you could purchase to 1 per customer. I told the associate I didnt see any signs. The associate continued with her attitude and said, Its posted all over the store. I told the associate to cancel my stuff and I left. There was a small 2 inch by 3 inch sign approximately 7 feet above the eggs stating it was I per customer. Worst customer service ever. Definitely going to start shopping at Albertsons or Kroger.

You get Wal-Marts low grocery prices but in a much smaller package. It also felt more like walking into Kroger than Wal-Mart. I liked it.

They have a good selection for Groceries “most visits” certainly not all visits. I find shopping here ok other shoppers help you find what you want; faster than the employees. It’s great. If you really just need groceries. Easy & oddly pleasant place to shop for essentials but they don’t have every single thing food wise that the Super WM has but I would rather stay here. Great for Gas too! You can go into the gas station and actually pick up a WM gift cards save 3 cents extra from every gallon it’s not much but everything discount you can get is good right 😁

Give it 4 stars just because its much nicer than the supercenter. Only problem is lack of inventory as compared to the larger store.

It is all self checkout now. The lines are now ridiculously long to checkout. Whoever thought that this was a good idea needs to be fired immediately. Looks like Walmart on Hwy 82 is about to get my business again.

Always good to shop at walmart

While i go here often, ive never been inside. After more strenuous workouts i park hereto throw up. Its a nice quiet parking lot and no one disturbs you.

No one could help with my OTC card. I wasnt able to complete my shopping.

Recently did a grocery pick up. The guys who helped were efficient and fast.

I am disappointed in all self service. This store is 90 percent Senior Citizens shoppers. They need more help checking out. I take my 88 year old mother shopping. We will go to other grocery stores Krogers Albertsons etc to shop .

The store is nice and I like it. Curbside pickup is ridiculous! I keep giving them a chance thinkin it will change. Plus it’s the closest place to my house. I arrive between the appropriate time yet they are NEVER on time. Either they call and ask if i can wait till later or I sit there forever while others get their groceries before me. Not sure what the problem is but it needs to be looked into. I completely understand it sometimes, but not every time!

Beyond pitiful. Utter failure. F minus minus minus is the rating I give. I guess the tech school reject droids who design & run the app for pickup decided the app was too functional & needed to redesign it to be nonfunctional. Now the items are listed as next day delivery. IOW, it might be in the store or you can waste gas making several trips to get what you need. Ill just pay more at other stores & get QUALITY instead of begging for anything decent from this store. Sam Walton would be horrified if he was still alive. The managers dont care either. Of course, this is what they call competition.

Way too many employee shoppers. I know its a nice service for people that dont want to get out, but the lanes are clogged up.

This wal mart is severely understocked.

The store itself is good. The curbside pickup is ridiculous! The third time I used it, I waited an hour to get my order. Today I used it again. After I checked in, the associate came out and said our order was somehow lost? Not sure how that happens. They had to re shop our entire order. Waited another 30-45 minutes to get my order. Will not do curbside at this location again. Yes, I called management and provided the feedback in hopes that it doesnt happen to anyone else.

Out of many items, dont like the self-service checkout, the carts used for pulling orders are blocking regular shoppers, handicap carts are now stored at the exits and very unhappy. Disappointing.

Like the store now, but loved the store when COVID-19 wasnt hanging around. The store sprays down the carts with an extremely noxious wet solution, which they call disinfectant, and they dont wipe down or dry off the carts. It does not smell safe! Even if they told me or showed me documentation on the solution they are using, to dispel my fears, I would not believe them. I had to ask for a paper towel to attempt to dry off my soaking wet cart. I am staying away from the location until the pandemic has eased dramatically. I felt bad for the young gentleman employee that was sitting in the space, the entry, where the carts were. It was humid with lingering bug spray smell. I would be worried about his health due to exposure to the chemical.

I really like this little store and I know you cant get everything in it, its just thats what makes it inconvenient.

Walmart is trying to get away from paying employees by putting in self checkout. If you dont like self checkout do not go to the store. Because thats all they have is self check out.

The store is fully self checkout. It’s terrible What if I needed to buy a bunch of groceries.

I did grocery pick up here as I have before. This time was horrible. The chicken breasts had large gray areas on almost every single breast($19.94 worth). Looked like it was frozen, thawed out and frozen again. The cabbage had black color at the base which looked liked mold. The celery was all cracked and disgusting looking. I threw all that into the trash. I will never trust them to pick out my groceries again.

Went for pickup and disaster. Waiting 45 minutes is unacceptable. Checked on when we left home, 4 minutes away.When arrived their app was messed up. It calculated that we were 1661 minutes away. Called the number and told them the app didnt work but we were there in spot 20. 45 minutes later after 4 phone calls each time reiterating name and spot. Finally got groceries only to be told the app never showed we were there. Unacceptable! This is second time for same problem at Sherman neighborhood Walmart

Too many workers with covid

Its decent enough but Im not digging the curbside pickup delivery staff. We showed up and called in and waited almost 15 minutes for our pick up. Two people showed up 5 minutes after us and got their order before we did. When we did get our order, our delivery person tossed in our groceries and behaved as if he didnt want to be there, doing his job. There was not a single polite thing he did. If thats how it will be, I will pick up my orders elsewhere, better yet Ill get the things myself. We only needed a curbside pick up to save on time for the day.And to add to this, the sanitation crew isnt doing their job when it comes to wiping down the screens and pinpad or small shopping baskets after every use. I have seen them pick up a basket after its been used and just stack it back with the others. At least wipe down the handles, its not that hard. And wipe down the screens and pinpad more often instead of just observing the customers.

Everyone here is super friendly and I always find what I need. Nice produce department. 5 stars!

I am very impressed with the employees here! I go here all the time and they have yet to disappoint. Everyone is always so nice, more than willing to help, and acknowledges you from the time you walk in the door until you leave. They go above and beyond for their customers, which is not always common at any Walmart store. You guys are so appreciated. Keep up the good work!!

It seems like this store just doesnt quite have it all together yet. They will advertise an item but when you get there they will be out.

5 stars because i worked with some bomb characters at this store! I got to experience putting a store together starting from the bottom and of course the managers i loved mosts! All and All Definitely like the store because the people i worked with.

Top notch, great staff at the pharmacy. They got my wife taken care of with kindness and efficiency.

I love my walmart neighborhood Market AKA Small Mart as I like to call it its quicker and more convenient for grocery items and prescriptions than going to a wal mart super center store and they also have a walk in gas station/convenience store so you can get your groceries fuel and snacks all in one place. I highly recommend this store

This location needs a remodel but its pretty new still. This location was not built that many years ago. They have a good staff though some of the are staff members have been there since it was opened. This location has what you need and you can get in out and faster along with gas station.

Better selection on food and at better prices and somewhat better quality than the regular Walmart in Sherman or Denison, and in a classier part of town to boot. If youre just after groceries, skip the other ones and come here. Its not very far out of the way at all and their gas is about the cheapest in town next to Sams Club too. You wont regret it.

Im really happy one of these are around. They do carry more items than your average Walmart store. Love their vegan options. Much less expensive than other health food places.

They didnt have what I went for (a Walmart-only product). On the way out I made a comment to the large black man counting the ins & outs. Rather than nod or just not say anything, the employee barked back at me, raising his voice as he did. I was appalled. I will never go back to this store again. Period.

Its a walmart. They have done a good job with covid 19 and protecting its customers and staff. They provide most of the things we need to avoid going to the big walmart in Sherman. The grocery in car pickup is pretty great

First visit for me and found it very nice, clean and the associate I asked for directions to the pet food isle was so sweet! She actually walked me right to it! I found the items I was shopping for even cheaper than at the big Walmart in town.

Way better than fighting through walmart.

The staff at this location is one of the many reasons we shop here regularly. In particular, the pharmacy staff. They are endlessly patient, exceedingly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well stocked and its our go to location for quick in and out trips. The produce is fresh and well rotated, the deli is always hot and the smiling faces cant be beat.

While claiming that prices of like products are the same at all Walmarts these guys consistently charge more. Because I see higher prices for a much more restricted inventory I tend to shop at the Super-Walmart right down the roadEmployees are friendly and knowledgable, but I shop at Walmart to save money.Overall Three (3) stars ***-

Online grocery shopping seems to have improved. Not sure why they bag one item in bags. Wasteful, and they should send the drinks or heavier items out first. Not last to go on top of other items that get damaged.
