I woke up this morning from what felt like a dream state yesterday. My 2012 Chrysler, a 20 year old vehicle, had road its last mile. It was only 4 months away from being paid off and my heart sunk when I couldnt maintain it til ownership. However, the good hearts of both Brooke and Loretta were more than charitable. They towed my Chrysler and were not at all upset by the lose. I was reassured consistently as I made my way to this dealership. Once there, they put me in a new vehicle that same day. They even stayed a bit longer to make sure I could re-sign for this new deal. This dealership and these two women valued me as a long, goo standing customer and did everything plus more to make sure I would receive great service.Without them, Id be standing on a bus stop waiting for a way to work in freezing weather. Without their patients during my Chryslers buying, I would have been out a vehicle far sooner. The things they accomplished did not go unnoticed and I implore anyone seeking a vehicle shallow credit history, staggering wages, or any honorable person seeking a vehicle with good dealer benefits to go through them. I am literally and figuratively in their dept. Yet, with that, I am proud to be a Byrider customer though this new journey. Thank you all! I couldnt have asked for any of this, yet, here we are.
So far so good! I was approved really quick & Tyler was awesome! Not to happy with the numbers but i guess when your having credit issues this is the price you pay. After getting home i did realize that there are a few little issues that i plan on addressing Monday morning however for the most part everything seems ok. It’s not bad! The people are friendly I would recommend if your trying to improve your credit.
This place is a joke. They continue to take a additional $45 out of my bank account saying I dont have insurance on the car. I have been down there twice and have emailed documents showing I have always had insurance on my car. They owe me $270 so far but say they can only reimburse me for $90. My next step is a complaint to the Arkansas Attorney General.
If i could give yall 0 stars i would. Their policy depends on who the customer is, they lie about things in person then write up contracts that say different. Some customers have grace periods, some dont. They are very unprofessional and RUDE! This is exactly why I dont do business with our folks if you know, you know.

I went up there to purchase a vehicle came and and asked for Mary Miller she sold my sister and my aunt a car from up there was told by the lady in the front she no longer worked there but she would be willing to help me purchase a vehicle for me. I said no I will not buy unless Mary was to sell me. I remember coming with my sister up there when she purchased and Mary was so helpful and determined to make sure my sister got in a vehicle she even took us to Conway to get the vehicle she is the only one I will have sell me a vehicle my aunt still had Mary card with her number on it and I called her she still was willing to help me find a vehicle and did she got me in a 2018 Kia Forte and I’m in love Byrider is missing out cause that girl is the best. Everyone else up there is stuck up and has poor customer service.

I loved this place when I first got my car but as soon as the pandemic hit, its as if they could care less. I don’t have the same income and they will constantly call you and possibly tow your car after one day of a late payment. If you ever have financial issues, they do not have options for you nor do they have options even if the world is in a catastrophe. Can’t wait until this is all over.
My first time buying a car Lorretta was straight forward absolutely amazing . She told me everything I needed to know about the car and how it will work with my payments . She worked with me she waited on me for 2weeks for me to get all my information together. But she really is the GOAT .. I Thank Lorretta and the Byrider family ❤

I originally wrote a good review for Byrider as my experience then was a good one now however, the company has become a very negative experience. First let me start with the fact that less than 3 month after getting my car, it had an issue pop up. I thought okay no problem they will help me out, how wrong I was. I dealt with the rudest mechanic I have ever dealt with and low and behold, he didn’t even fix the problem. Second, the paper work was not at all in order on their end, I recently received a letter stating that not one but two liens are still on the car so I can’t even get it properly registered. I have tried to contact customer service and have had zero response. I have even had a family member try to help and call up there and no response from that either. I would never recommend this company to anyone in any state after this
I am so furious with this place. Never ever will I recommend buying from here. My car has had a stalling problem since day 1. I actually called reporting the problem on day one, car has been there on a few occasions for this problem. I had a new service manager each time and the problem has remained undiagnosed. And conveniently now they are saying there are no records of me bringing it in. I have plenty of witnesses. Brooke the GM promised that they would make it right, instead they are now trying to charge me 500.00, saying it is the pcm and the cost is for labor and programming. Current service manager (at the moment) saying this looks like a new problem??? Really? And wants to charge a diagnostic fee? I’m not the one. Run far away, don’t walk from this place. You will regret it like me if you don’t. If this is how they treat their excellent paying customers, they definitely don’t need any more customers. Very very bad for business
I wouldnt suggest this car company to nobody they gave me a card worth 4,000 and charge me 12,000 for it they knew at the time I needed a car cuz I didnt have one to get back and forth to work and take care of my kids I had to bring the car back the first week I had it cuz I knew it had transmissions problems but they told me it was something else now my car is in the shop and been there for almost two weeks because of the transmission problem that I told them about a year and a half ago about they dont provide no rental car and you have to have people give you rides to and from where you need to go in order to get there because apparently they dont care that you have another life besides paying in their car note which in that note let me tell you about how they harass you to pay it they act like you going to steal their car like they dont know where that car is at at all times with that GPS on it but theyll blow your phone up every Friday for a payment this car is the worst company I wouldnt even give this car to my worst enemy and I wouldnt refer this car company to my worst enemy the fact that I still had to pay them a car payment and theyve had my car for 2 weeks now fixing on the transmission is really astonishing me they dont care about nothing except for what they can fill their pockets with so I advise anybody who think they going to go get a car here unless you ready to put up with it dont get it

My husband purchased a vehicle from them in bryant and was very happy. So I was going to to do the same only to find out that they will not sell to the same house household. Very disappointing. I understand you have your policies but that was a guaranteed sale you just lost.

This place is HORRIBLE.. I got my truck in August and it’s been messing up EVERYTIME I take it to get fixed I pick it up and a couple days later sane problem.. I feel like y’all sold me a bogus CAR.. I’m very unpleased but y’all want the car note money.. NOT ON MY WATCH FIX MY TRUCK

You have to fill out all the paperwork and get approved for the loan before you can ever test drive a vehicle. So they have all your personal information. After spending several hours there you finally get to test drive a car or truck and after spending all that time they know they have got you. You will find it difficult after spending all that time to not drive away without a new car.

Great place to buy a car if you have less than perfect credit. Theyll finance almost everyone. They have a very nice selection of used vehicles that are very clean and look brand new. They also offer a 3 year warranty on all their vehicles. The building is new and modern, and the staff is super nice. They do the financing right there in house, and the finance people are great. The only downside is that they charge much higher prices for their vehicles than average, same for the interest rates. But thats understandable considering they work with people who have bad or no credit, plus you get a 3 year warranty! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with credit problems who is looking to buy a good quality used vehicle.
Highly unhappy with jd byrider. I get into a lemon car they sold me every day for a month I had issues then I get into another vehicle and Im having problems they now wont fix because they all of a sudden cant see the problem. This dealership is a joke I wouldnt go and get a car with them. If so your car will be in the shop the same month. Dont waist your 2000 like I did. Coming from an angry black customer.

In-house service was good, everything moved along at a steady pace. Everyone was polite, but as far as mechanical quality I had to ask for fluids to be topped off, check engine light came on within a hour of having vehicle. There is a broken motor mount, rotors need to be resurfaced vibration when stopping from highway speeds. Besides this if corrected everything has been good.
They were wonderful they worked with me on my trade ins and they got me in a very nice ride a bit pricey but it will be worth it when its paid off super friendly staff. The only thing that a person wont like bout this place is their no grace period on payments. They will pick their ride up if you are a day late which is understandable other than that Id recommend them to everyone I know
I was contacted by Angelo who was referred to me from Donald Bone and his team at Affordable Cars on Broadway where I started my car buying experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and didnt have to wait long to speak to Angelo. He was professional and courteous. Brooke, in the back, was patience and forthcoming with answers to any questions I had. Instead of putting me in any car on the lot, they waited for one within my budget to arrive, called me, let me test drive the car upon my arrival to see if i liked it. And they seem to understand how important a dependable vehicle is. Id get another car from them. I especially love the service department. They are always extra helpful!

Really good people who strive to help, great service department that is very cheap, but do good work. Cars are in good shape, best I can tell. The only reason for the 3 stars is because of their pricing...They are kind of like the rent a center of car dealers. You go to buy a new TV thats worth 300 bucks, but end up spending about 1500...Same principal with these guys. If pricing was more realistic, theyd get 5 stars! Low down payment, low monthly payments, easy financing.

Horrible ethics bought a car only to find out later when I try to trade it in the marked the vehicle up several thousand dollars over fair market value then charging me 16% on a loan two other dealerships have told me I’m $7000 upside down. I even ask JD what about trading it in with them for something newer less than a year after getting it they want me to pay the loan down 7k before they are willing just confirmed the others were right I got severely over charged for the vehicle
Never would I recommend this place, got a car that had electrical problems to the point my tail lights kept going out without me knowing which led me to getting pulled over . . . They couldn’t seem to find the problem so frustratingly took the car back and now they are trying to sue me for the remaining balance

This was the absolute best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership! Our sales rep Loretta kept us up to date on new arrivals and never gave up until we got what we wanted. The in house finance person Brooke just completely made the experience smooth and easy. They were both so patient and understood/met every one of our needs. They assume that they are a last resort and try to take you for a fool. Over pricing vehicles for over $6,000 from what theyre actually worth with EXTREMELY high interest rate. I do not recommend.

Staff here wasnt very helpful. I had to go inside to find someone to answer questions. Usually they come to you.When I did talk to someone and expressed interest in buying a car soon, they gave me some brief info and their card and sent me on my way. The sales person seemed more interested in making sure I had their card to get credit for any future sale than they did in actually selling me a car.

Stay far away from this place the sell junk cars rude sales people and fail to let you know you pay the taxes in the car and Keith is the rudest sales person the car my husband bought through them had to go in the shop the same week we had it because the check engine light came on as soon as we drove off the lot the guy in the repair dept was nice and fixed it we hope then had to take it right back in because something else went wrong I know times are hard but go somewhere else I wish we would have went somewhere else but stay away from Keith if you have to go there!! I would give this 0 stars if I could!!

Dont go here you will pay for a Lemon only to be hassled for payments and given a hard time getting existing issues fixed! Sorry management unfriendly staff!!First time purchase for my daughter did not feel she even had a chance to see all the vehicles available. Felt like they pushed the car she didnt want on us then once we found the car she liked off hand I can tell it needed work. Tires were bad underneath hood there was obvious leaks on engine it does not seem like they fix or inspect any of their cars before they leave the lot. The staff are not very nice when they cant get a payment they harrass and hassle you until they get what they want. They are not understanding about certain issues that come up no grace period apparently the same day payment is due is your grace period which makes no sense! And yet they want to know your personal business but yet not willing to help out with anything even if it almost cost my life! They give you a hard time about any issues with the car even if its an existing issue. They dont care about no one genuinely they just want your money they over charge for their cars its not worth it!!
My son found the vehicle he wanted, the down payment was 700.00.The finance manager Brooke (which is very unprofessional and rude).Since John didnt have the 700.00 down, Brooke agree to let John gave her 200.00 down and the remaining 500.00 the next day.John wasnt able to come up with the money. So he return the vehicle, as promise.The finance manager said she would not credit his 200.00. so now we are filing a complaint with Arkansas Attorney General, and the bank.

When my son bought a car from there, it didn’t start again after test drive,and unfortunately after he signed papers, they resolved the issue only to have him break down and leave him stranded less than 2 weeks later!!! I would never recommend this place again!!! This place is a joke!!! The day u buy a car and u can’t leave with it?? Take ur money elsewhere where u won’t be dissatisfied!!!! I am a customer with JD Byrider dealership, but my current vehicle is the first and possibly the last that I buy from this company. As a disabled veteran, I only have a set amount of money allotted to me every month to pay my bills and take care of all other expenses. This month someone at JD Byrider made the mistake of authorizing a double car payment to be drawn from my account. Due to this mistake, an overdraft fee has been incurred on my bank account and will not be reimbursed to me, even though this overpayment was not my fault. The only way that I was able to get reimbursed for the second payment was for JD Byrider to cut me a check that I have had to drive almost three hours away to pick up, so, on top of the overdraft fee, I have had to spend a considerable amount of gas money as well. I feel as though I have been penalized for something that was not my fault.
