I took my envoy to the shop only needing a oil change and topped off my fluids. when I went to leave I noticed my abs and brake light was on, I let the worker know and he suggested I drive it a min to see if it would turn off. I drove the car and in the process I turned my Ac on bc I cant be in the heT due to my burns. When I turned my Ac on I didnt hear the blower as usual and the Ac was on high. I went back to inform them of the new problem I was having that was not a problem b4 the oil change and he tried to comfort me by saying its not a problem having a oil change would have. but my Ac was working prior. he said it will be days b4 he could diagnose it.

Wonderful!! We were on a cross country road trip from Mississippi back to California when my maintenance light came on — oh no! But we had the best service and fastest oil change ever! Only 6 minutes for my oil change! I’m hoping we have some more of these locations in CA because they were wonderful!

Ive taken my car here since I bought it in 2017 based on a recommendation from a friend. They are very fast, charge fair prices, and let you stay in your car while they work (Covid policy). The only downside is some of the guys are kind of serious, not super friendly. But theyre by no means unprofessional. Just an observation. Ill continue to get my vehicle serviced here and recommend them to anyone.

Very attentive and friendly. I liked that they were training a new tech. The trainer watched over the newbie as he performed work. In and out in under 15 minutes. My only concern was the type of oil they recommended: Dextrose. Im unfamiliar with this type of oil. I will research further.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I have moved 20 minutes away and still make the trip because the service is so worth it. My husband and I have been taking our cars here for the last few years and have always had good experiences. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have. Service is fast and expertly done. The prices are reasonable and they always explain the services needed and how much it costs before starting.

I took a 2003 new to me purchase dodge intrepid in for an oil change. The serviceman (John)said he couldnt change the oil because he couldnt get the cap off, even after asking another worker how. I told him to pull up, he gets it off then claims the inside where the cap goes was broken and I needed to replace it ( some type of cover which runs about 6-900 in replacement and I shouldnt drive it far) He does the oil change and tells me I also need a radiator flush it was brown, so I agree to come back next day.I come back and do the flush, which is actually a vacumn suction and refill. Twice if needed. Then they turn on all the heaters and proceed for 20- 30 minutes. I leave make it to a store across the street where it wont restart. They send someone who says its not the battery. They start a diagnosis for 45. If I can get it towed. I wait for 2 hours and then it starts. 11 miles later it over heats, smoking from under hood, stops completely, have to tow it home. Their own mechanic said it was running lean, they put in 530 oil, never offered or suggested anything else. Needed at least a 10:30, mind you this is an express oil change business! Then two different mechanics in two different states checked the car. One said he did did not remove the thermostat which caused it to over heat and crack the head. The other said the car didnt have radiator fluid on the underside? Suggesting the procedure wasnt even performed. When I got it home from first day tow the color was exactly the same brown.? The workers kept messing with the dials and hanging around the equipment so I believe they didnt know how to use it or it was broken. Also I was told nothing was wrong with the oil cap or inside rim. My receipt did not reflect what the worker said was wrong and how important it was to fix right away. Im out the fees, a car, and job as I was essential personnel that couldnt get to work. They are pleasant but inexperienced or just crooks or both. This happened in the Sherwood AR location in August of 2020. Avoid [email protected].

Just went here and asked if they could fix a tire. They said yes and to come back after 9 when they opened. I had seen all the great reviews and thought it would be a good place. I came back when I was told to and the boss here (through an employee) said that they didn’t have time. They didn’t even try to schedule it for another time or day. Clearly they didn’t want to deal with it. The employees seemed kind and apologetic but the boss wouldn’t even come over to explain. Really wasted my time and made me feel as if they didn’t care enough or that I was not a valuable customer. Unfortunate. I guess I needed a more expensive problem? Honestly I would have paid good money and a tip to handle this. I just wanted it fixed. Frustrating when businesses do this.

Pulled right in and didnt even have to get out of the car. This was my first time here. I was there for oil change and wiperblades. Very helpful team, I had a headlight out and they didnt have a replacement. Service personnel told me if I wanted I could go and purchase one somewhere else and he would install it for free. I did and he installed it for free.

Ok folks Express lube in Sherwood Arkansas ive had nothing but problems with the place parts not put back on latest issue they screwed up my oil pan and said it was someone else when their sticker was on the window if you value your vehicle find another place.

Went in for an oil change. They were prompt and service was good. The reason for 2 stars is because they stripped my oil bolt so on my next oil change, I had to end up buying a new one. The price of the oil change was higher than most places but thats to be expected for an express oil service place.

I went to get my car looked at during the pandemic. I was out of alignment. I knew my ball joint was broken and I knew I need a new tire rods.. they were incredibly busy when we got there.. which is understandable. A couple of the guys just kept saying everyone got their stimulus checks so theyre coming to get their oil change. someone looked up the parts for me and told me how much everything was going to cost with labor and everything. It equaled out to about my stimulus check a little bit more. I just kind of thought it was weird that it was exactly my stimulus check and the guys were talking about it so much up there. We asked if we could buy parts somewhere else and have him put them on he said yes but there would be no warranty. He said it cost so much because all the parts for the local. I found all the parts and got a friend of mine to put them on for me. The guy was charging us triple what the parts actually cost. I have a sheet of paper printed out and it told me how much each part would be. He said one parts would be upwards of $300. Im not quite sure what part that was if it was the arm or the tire rods. I got all those parts for way cheaper. Way cheaper. I feel like they were just tacking on money to the parts. Money they didnt need. I got parts myself and have a year warranty on all of them and they were nowhere near the price range this guy was quoting me. Definitely do your homework before you commit to this place. They do a wonderful job with your oil changes and basic stuff but Im not quite sure I trust them with buying parts for my car. Which is why I got a friend to do it for me.

I used to live in NLR, but upon moving to LR, started going to Take 5. Take 5 does a good job but since the start of COVID 19 they’ve been super busy and I’ve had to wait 30-45 mins both times I went (not their fault.) So I decided to drive over to Sherwood. Well worth it. These technicians at Express are always kind and efficient. They don’t try to oversell to you. The prices are reasonable and even at their busiest, I’ve never had to wait more than 10-15. I have always had a positive experience. I highly recommend them.

I used to get my oil changed here, but after they just robbed me on a brake job never again. My truck has 75k miles and my back left rotor started scraping. Only the back left had any damage but since its the first brake maintenance I figured they could turn it, but if they had to replace that rotor so be it. I asked them to replace all four pads and turn the rotors. I told them that if the back left was too deep they could replace that. What they did was change all four rotors and pads. You simply dont need new rotors everytime you get new pads. Congrats you took me for 300 extra dollars and cost yourself a loyal customer. You also didnt give me your military discount. Thanks.

I have taken my car to this location for years. The past few visits have been terrible, but the last visit was the LAST visit. I took my car in for an oil change 3 weeks ago. They claimed that they needed to call for oil because I had a different brand sticker. All I needed was the same weight, which they had. While there, I planned on having my tires rotated and balanced. Well, the tire-part of this service station doesn’t open until 9:00 AM and it was 8:50 AM so they told me I would have to wait and that I would be the first in line. I pulled my car around and waited in the waiting room. 9:15 rolls around and they are taking other tire customers!! Honestly, I am glad they did not work on my tires because a few days later, I realized that THEY DID NOT SHUT THE HOOD!!! What oil changing place doesn’t shut the hood?!? For your SAFETY, DO NOT GO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!!! In the meantime, I took a photo of their prices while waiting on someone to do their job!

Last time I visited I had to stay for a job that took longer than expected but the manager stuck by his word and did not over charge me. That I appreciate. Such an honest business! Express was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed! Tony was very communicative about all of my options and didn’t try to pressure me in to fixing things that weren’t necessary. They were punctual and very respectful. So many places that I’ve been in the past spoke to me like I was stupid. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back here!

Great service and trustworthy. Ive been going here for 9+ years with 2 different vehicles and they never disappoint. 10 min oil changes and you dont even have to get out of the car. Recently had the brakes checked and I just knew something would have to be replaced by the awful sound the brakes were making. Nope, they called and explained why they were making a sound and told me I had plenty of life expectancy.  They always go above and beyond.

Ive been going to this store for years and have never had a bad experience which is why I decided to write a review. This may be long but if you read to the end youll understand why the unfair review posted before mine concerns me. I stopped by the store to get my oil changed on Saturday like i do every three thousand miles when a young man walked into the lobby and asked for the manager. I sat on the couch while an upset customer raised his voice to the manager because he was told by another employee that they couldnt check out his vehicles transmission because they close at four and they were booked for the rest of the day. The manager then explained very politely that they were booked for the rest of the day and even if they had an opening they may not be able to diagnose the problem because they arent transmission experts. Then the customer said and i quote here is what you are going to do you are going to make your guys stay late and fix our transmission i dont care how long it takes. The manager said i am sorry but you are asking me to have my guys in overtime and away from there families to work on your transmission that we may not be able to fix again very politely. The customer then spouted off some stuff about getting the both of the S.O.B. s fired. Afterwards a women walk in and politely spoke with the manager and he said he would check it out himself and that if he could help he would and he worked on it until i left but as i went out i heard the angry customer talking to the woman outside about how he was going to get those guys fired and ruin there business by posting a review even as they were working on his car. i love these guys. i have never had a bad experience at this shop or seen them be anything but nice to everyone that comes into the store. i couldnt let some guy from out of state talk bad about an amazing local company who would do anything to help the people of Sherwood out. Ive been here several times and they always are fast, courteous and professional. They educate me about things that I may want to have done (in addition to an oil change), but never pressure. Plus I appreciate that they give a military discount.

I live 5 miles from MO in the Ozarks an I come into Sherwood to see family all the time. I got my oil changed at this location 3 years ago an now I make sure I always get my oil changed here they are so nice an helpful have always been so happy with the service... I agree with Mrs. Parker but with Bill Bill no way have never seen anyone treated that way.. In fact found this today because looked them up for the number to make sure they had the oil for my husbands truck because we where driving the 138 miles on way to get it changed an see family an back... I think Bill Bill had a bad day an just was needing someone to blame for it... I Pray his day got better an he thinks before acting that way again because these guys an the lady that was there are GREAT!!!!!

Went to Express Oil Change in Sherwood at 8 AM. Employee there said to come back at 9 AM when the mechanics arrive. I came back at 9 AM. Another employee came up to me, and said he would check in first. Turns out he went to help out with oil changes instead. I waited and waited, and gave up.

I went to this business on 02/15/19 to get an oil change and to have a low tire checked. Well, the oil change was ok, but a guy there told me that Id have to get a new tire because of the location where the tire was leaking. I found that odd so I drove to another business a block away. There, I realized that it was a nail in the tire which only costed me $20 to get patched. Express Oil could have done that but tried to scam me to purchase a new tire for more money. I will never go back to this business again.
