Too firm, too soft, then just right. GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!You walk in and immediately are treated like family.We have wanted the split king with the adjustable bases. We shopped around and found in order get what we wanted we would have had to spend close to 7k if not more. Looked up all the mattress stores in my area and this one had the most reviews and they were all 4 stars and more, so my wife and I headed down there today to check them out. Fantastic customer service from everyone there, especially the owner Tim. Tim was amazing. We told him our price point and he didn’t try and talk us into something we couldn’t afford. In fact, the mattress we chose had a rebate that brought it down $200 bucks! We went in expecting to pay $1000 bucks for a king sized mattress that was perfect and instead we paid $695. We bought a king size memory foam mattress 8 years ago from Mattress megastore. It is still like brand new! I feel like we got top quality without paying top price. The sales guy was so nice! The service, delivery and the advice on accessories was spot on! The mattress protector is worth it’s weight in gold. We eat in bed and the cranberry juice did not stain the mattress or make it permanently sticky. So, after an accident that requires my feet to be elevated at the end of a day, we went back to MM and got advice on an adjustable frame. Same thing! Quality! Good price! Knowledgeable staff!
