But it took over two days to get everything together for me to drive off the lot had to come back and redo paperwork twice they didn’t have the correct miles on the paperwork couldn’t get my tags until after my paper tag expired Dominique is very rude and unprofessional alone with Maria I love my car even though I think the miles are wrong or has been reset because my paperwork said one thing and the car said another

Here are the pros. 1) Devon was as nice as could be! He made the process very smooth, and within two hours we were driving off the lot. 2) Joanna was equally as nice while helping us with paperwork. Everyone made us feel welcome and our less-than-stellar credit wasnt an issue. Buying a car is easy if youre down on your luck and wed buy through them again if needed.The cons are this: within two months, the power steering went completely out on the car. We called and were told its on us to cover the repairs. While I understand that as owner of the car, it is my responsibility, I was very surprised at how quickly the car developed problems. The bigger issue, though, was our payment schedule. We had some financial issues and as a result, had to switch to my work payment schedule instead of my husbands. While we always paid every two weeks and never missed a payment,because we were off our original agreement (to pay the alternating weeks, as I got paid one week and my husband next), it showed us behind. We called and were told we had to pay an interest fee to switch to the other payment schedule. We couldnt afford the fee at the time so although we were never late, it still showed us three payments behind. This was very frustrating considering we were already struggling, and being called to say we were late to pay, even though Id paid the week before!

This place is great. Very good at working with you on finding the car you want, down payments, and payments. Will definitely buy from there again.

Devon:Extremely professional, and walked with me through the entire process of the paperwork with the car. He ensured everything was correct and the information was explained correctly. I was on my lunch break and allowed me to make the down payment and come back Saturday morning to retrieve the vehicle. It didnt take him ALL day on Friday, and Saturday, we signed the contract and he gave me the keys and I left in under an hour. Thank you Devon!!!!!!

They dont truly care for their clients, all they care about is money, and they over-priced lemon cars.

My son and I went in to see if we could find a car when his broke down. They worked with me on the down payment,(I only had $500 that day) and other stuff to get him in a good car. Dealing with Devon and Tiffany was fantastic.They went out of their way to make sure we could drive off the lot with a vehicle. The only reason for 4 stars is because we have only had the car a week so have not had any service issues,ect to rate.If you need a car go to Car World they were so helpful and really want to see you get a vehicle and do everything in their power to make that happen. If you have a job or source of income and a reasonable down payment Im sure they can get you on the road.

Do Not Waste Your TimeVery rude and Unprofessional. No one was wearing face mask and all the employees were not practicing social distancing. Not to mention as soon as you walk in it reeks of marijuana. I talked with two of the employees on the phone and was told to come in after telling them my credit and financial situation. And not even 3 minutes of being there the employee says yeah uh uh you need a co-signer. None of this was mentioned on the phone. Will Not Be Back! Waste of Time.

Had to call the police today to escort me to car World because my ex-boyfriend called them and told them to turn my car off I have been dealing with them for four years the car is in my boyfriends name but I make payments on the car whenever he gets mad at me he calls them and tell them to turn it off and they do. How crazy is this? The car is paid for and I have the title and they still turned my car off. When we arrive he his up there. The General manager tells police they didn’t turn the car off. Get back to the car and it’s back on. Really! Even if he is telling you the car is stolen ask for a police report. My car note was always on time have my bank statements to prove it. Hopefully they will learn to get a police report first before turning someone car off. Shop somewhere else and why they didn’t remove the device when the car was paid for. This is a no no. See you in court.

Have had a pretty great experience here! The Gm is very nice and talks to every customer if needed. Obviously the cars are going to be a little more expensive than they should be thats how the used car world works lpl.
