Dr. Hoang was great but her nurse (the one with the tattoo on her hand and nose ring) was unbelievably rude when I came in to get a copy of my RX so I could purchase sunglasses. I have 2 Rx’s (1 for work & 1 for driving) and needed to be sure I got the correct Rx. So couldn’t find but one RX and didn’t want to hear that I had another and when I produced the 2nd RX she said “well I’m not the doctor so how would I know you had 2 Rx’s” she spoke to me like I had no idea what I was talking about and her tone was un called for. I’ll never be back because of the way she treated me!

Tried on several pair of glasses until I found the perfect fit. Once my lenses arrived and I went to pick them up, the first thing the man did was adjust them without asking me. They were then entirely too tight. I returned them for a full refund.

Do not see dr. Hoang! Bad prescription TWICE. All I need is distance lenses, she was determined to check reading though I only wanted distance. COMPLETELY different prescripton the second time which was 6 days later the same day I got my glasses with her first wrong prescription. She tried to tell me my astigmatism changed drastically in 6 days. Second prescription is bad too. She used my old reading glasses to check the sphere. Sphere totally wrong in second prescription, of course! She read the sphere from my old reading glasses, I needed distance only.Don’t see her. She does not know what she’s doing.Will be contacting the BBB about her.

They are always nice to us & Dr is always willing to help us by answering our questions That we have! We will continue to come back and I have got my mom in law to go see her!!!!
