I love that they kept the original skating rink floor. Four stars but only due to the fact that the inventory is slightly limited due to the square footage.

I love our Sherwood Arkansas store. They are always very helpful and supportive. I still give a five star rating but I would like to mention my experience today. I went to pick something up today that I needed and when I told the employee I didn’t require any assistance, he followed me and continued to make suggestions though I knew exactly what I was doing and he clearly did not. Being supportive and available is always a good thing but this particular behavior was overbearing and would cause me to not want to return. Remember... no means no 😉.

Excellent customer service! Although what I was looking for wasnt carried due to age of item, I was pleased with my experience. Needed a specific connector jack to implement a ground cable on a Dual 1219 turntable, and a few other applications, alas was unable to procure said items. In total went to 3 different businesses with little luck. I will however be returning to this ACE Hardware! My first time ever going an ACE and the place is pretty awesome for a hardware store! I actually eye balled a few other items that I wanted to get, but I was limited to my oath to only acquire the items needed to finish my current project, which was to get this turntable up to snuff! And later achieving success through the inspiration I gathered at this ACE Hardware! Sometimes the answer we seek is unlocked by the simplest means. Thank you ACE Hardware for helping me to open my mind to the situation, and unlock my ingenuity.

The BEST family owed and operated hardware store in Sherwood. Stop by and check them out. They carry all the Stihl products, have a great Arkansas made products, color match paint to any color you may want, carry deer corn, all the summer season products for your lawn, pool supplies, they even have a great selection of womans clothes, boots and home decor items.

SO SO SO Much better than the big box stores. Prices are very comparable, but the customer service, the general attitude and feel of the store are not. I love coming in just to walk around, is that weird?Seriously though, great store. I mainly use the barbecue section for my Traeger. Which is the only place you can get ALL the wood you need for all your BBQ needs.My only complaint is they are always having problems at the register, other than that a 5 star.

Best hardware store and staff anywhere. They come to you and help. You are NEVER walking aisle to aisle scanning shelves for the item you need. They take care of you here. It is very refreshing. Come here first. Go to the orange or the blue warehouse last or not at all.

First off...Though its a chain, its not one of the big box stores where you wander about on your own with employees who know little to nothing about the store. The folks here at Ace Hardware know their inventory backwards and forwards. And an inventory that can compete toe to toe with the big stores. It has the feel of an old fashioned hardware store, something you dont see anymore. Ive yet to visit the store and not find what Im looking for. Visit it once and youll be a customer for life.

We use this hardware store occasionally. The service is superb. The prices are a bit higher than a big box store but you can walk in with a broken whatumacallit and get a retired expert that helps you find the right parts and give you detailed advice on the repair. Today, I got a security key for a car at a price that was better than seeing the dealer. Once they helped me fix a special pocket knife when a rivet broke. They gave me a finishing nail and advice on how to grind it, cut it, and flare as a replacement to the rivet. No cost to me and the owner of the knife thought I was a hero.

What a fantastic neighborhood store!! Its everything in one. Tools, home improvement, hardware, gifts, seasonal! And, best of all, a friendly knowledgeable staff who always goes the extra mile to help the customers. I needed specific kinds of rope for learning to tie knots. My helper was wonderful, and we actually talked about knots! My new favorite place! Ill be a returning customer for sure!

Nice place and found exactly what I needed but the customer service was definitely lacking. Was not greeted upon entering the store and no one ever offered any assistance. The cashier became friendly once my mother made a fuss but it shouldnt have come to that.
