Doesn’t deserve a star for a very rude pharmacy tech. I have been going here for years and haven’t had an issue. 5 stars for the pharmacists they have always been fantastic. I had an appointment at 4pm today 10/27/21 for a travel vaccine. I filled all of my paperwork out online. I arrived around 3:45pm. The pharmacy tech was ruder than rude. She yelled at me that I wasn’t on the list and her 4pm appointment just checked in. So I couldn’t have booked it for today. Unfortunately I didn’t have a confirmation number with me due to unforeseen technical difficulties. I never received the confirmation email but I did take a screenshot, (which didn’t sync between my devices). There should be a way to search for confirmation other than just the number. The website typed my email in wrong and I didn’t catch it until now.
Per their rules I made an appointment for my Covid 19 booster shot online. I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment. When I arrived there was a couple in front of me that were being registered for the same vaccination and they did not have an appointment. When they were done and it was my turn to register I asked the pharmacy tech how long it would be and she replied at least an hour. Apparently, the walk-ins were going to get their shots before me along with another gentleman who was also waiting. What is the purpose of having an appointment? I retrieved my vaccination card and walked out. Terrible customer service!
I walked into this store roughly 10 minutes before they closed looking for one specific item, which Im able to do. I spent majority of that time walking up and down the makeup isle looking for that item. The cashier was at the front checking out a customer and I over heard the conversation, she was another employee. There were also two police officers at the register as well and they were all simply having conversations. I did not mind that what so ever but when I realized that they were all simply just having conversations, I went and asked for assistance. The cashier did not know what exact brand they had that carried the item so she looked at the other employee, which was off the clock, to see if she knew. (I am not upset with the cashier Im more so upset with the employee that was not clocked in response. I did not get a name but she wore a hijab) she looked at me and said yes theres a brand that we carry but theyre closed now(looking at her watch) so come back tomorrow and I will help you. Its now 12:02. My problem with that response is that she chose to not tell myself or the cashier what the brand was because they were now closed but I would not have had that issue if she was not up there holding up the cashier with conversation. I also did not just walk into that store, I was patiently waiting on the conversations to stop and continued the search on my own. I am a big customer service kind of woman and that kind of customer service will help me not to return and type up a negative review. That kind of behavior from the lady that was off the clock was just straight up rude. Id you dont want to help because youre not working thats fine, I did not ask you. But the response that was given was very unnecessary especially when youre the reason why I was unable to get the necessary attention from the employee on the clock.
Was here about 30-40 minutes ago. If your employees are not required to wear masks anymore then whatever. Its not like that rule was ever enforced on a majority of the customers in that store in the first place so Im not sure why the big ole signs were up for this past year. Next, if your employee is going to cough then she could at least cover her mouth since she doesnt have a mask on! I do not know her name but she was a bit older.

This store is very convenient for me. I often need something quick, like a sympathy card, Tylenol, or essentials like eggs, bread and milk. The staff is so helpful and friendly. When I need just one more thing for a Christmas stocking or Easter basket, this is where I go.

Will never patronize this Walgreens ever again. Very rude employees, no greeting upon entering like most Walgreens stores. & Dawn In the pharmacy is very rude & apparently lazy &/or prejudice. She refused to fill my moms 3 prescriptions because apparently I interrupted her conversation with a co worker which was obviously better than helping a customer. (Stood there for 4 min. before I was even acknowledged) I was then told they were out of 1 of the scripts, the other 1 required over an hours worth of paperwork & that the pharmacist was about to go to lunch in about 5 min. so I should probably just take the scripts & get them filled closer to where my mom lives.REALLY?? & I had just picked her up from the hospital. I went right to the Belleville Walgreens & got everything filled in 15 min. & there was NOOOOOO paper work. I called& talked to the Rx manager & she had a nasty attitude too. Had nothing but excuses for the techs behavior.
This store is horrible. I had two coupons to use towards my purchase and according to the shift lead, their register said the coupons were not valid but the coupons were valid, unexpired manufacturers coupons and the manager refused to do anything else.
Im calling to check about 2 drugs and possible interactions. Website says open till midnight...its 11:20 pm and theyre closed! Thanks for A BIG FAT NOTHING! !!
This specific Walgreens is fabulous! Pharmacy personnel are personable.
Open late which is really convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Why does the pharmacy open an hour later than the rest of the store? The store opens at 7 am. Duh, most people dont need lipstick at 7 am, but one might summize that ONE MIGHT need to pick up a called in prescription on their way to work. If anything, wouldnt it logical if it was vise versa?
Took them 3 hours to fill my daughters prescription....going to a different place from now on.
Terrible Customer Service At Pharmacy ☹️
This pharmacy does not do a good job in service they wait until you come back to pick up your prescription just to tell you its not cover, when they know they shouldve call your doctor and let them know it not covered to get some thats cover, instead she told me to wait the next day to call my doctor to get it change, when I told her my daughter has a bad rash and she went to the hospital, so she couldve call the hospital to get exchange, very poor I will no longer give them my service.
