Lenny, the store manager, was very thorough and helped me find the perfect fridge for my home. He listened to my needs carefully and was knowledgeable about the inventory. Within a few minutes he found me the perfect fridge for my kitchen. This store offers great prices for brand new appliances. I am so happy to have found them! Best deals on appliances hands down. Literally by hundreds of dollars. The same fridge was $800 more every where else. Even though we paid for a 5 year extended service plan, if we went down the street it wouldve been under warranty for only 1 year instead of 5 and paid $190 more. Would recommend anyone looking for appliances to go here.

My son purchased his first home which is a major fixer upper. His plan was to purchase the Amazon home fix it kit which of course comes with all of the appliances for a low price. NOT THE CASE.... We went to the crazy, Albert Lee appliance blow out sale. We stood in line for hours next to the homeless campers and tents. BTW, that is not dog poop you just stepped in...while in line with hundreds of others that stepped in it too. After fighting for a few good deals for both my sons we decided to stop at the Sears outlet in Shoreline. We did not step in anything in the parking lot and were pleasantly greeted by Mr. Sears aka Stan Riley. Although my son purchased his fridge and dishwasher from Mr. Lee we needed the matching Stove and Microwave unit which Sears had. The problem was the price. Mr. Sears explained the features of the product which Mr. Lee never did. In addition, with his magic, Mr. Sears made it affordable with some creative financing for my son to leave with the unit to complete his kitchen. To top it off I found out that Mr. Sears has been with Sears for over 40 years and worked with My Uncle Leon whos entire career was with Sears. It pays to stay local and respect the ones like Mr. Sears.

Nostalgic remnants of one of my favorite stores that helped usher in providing essential products across the nation. They were one of the first stores you could order and have products shipped from a catalog (way before Amazon could steal the idea and drive many companies out of business) I wanted to give this last standing store front 4 stars, but the products are limited and not a true representation of the old Sears shopping experience. 😢

Jeremy and Amber are great! I found the range I wanted at a great price, but unfortunately I hadn’t received my Sears card in the mail yet to get the 5% discount. I wasnt able to come into the store right away, so they let me purchase it now to secure it, then return and repurchase at the store to get the 5% Sears card discount. I love the customer service of these local Sears Outlet stores!

Great store. In the process of getting our first house and this store has all the great products that your local hardware stores have but just for a discount. So far we bought a really nice LG refrigerator for half the price and a dishwasher. There was one little “scratch” at the bottom that whipped off and the dishwasher has a scratch at the top where you can’t even see it after it is installed. Then to top it off the two gentlemen working there Charles I believe and Stan also known as Mr. Sears were great help. They were genuine and helped us immensely. Very happy we found this place and for the great customer service

We went to other stores, but the returned to the Sears Outlet in Shoreline because we felt more comfortable having Stan helping us pick out the the best appliances at the best prices. I had originally rated this experience 5 stars, however since leaving the store I have had a terrible experience. We appreciated the service at the store, however once we arrived home we saw that the power cord to our appliance was completely severed. I called Stan at the store and he said he would get a new part ordered. We paid over $300 extra for a warranty and he said it would be a covered repair. Stan then scheduled the service and said that once the part arrived he would let us know and the repairman would have it taken care of. I even offered to come pick up the new cord from the store so that it would be ready when the repairman arrived at my home. Well now it has been over 2 weeks since we purchased the fridge and it still has not been serviced. Stan has called us twice to tell us the part isnt in and so the repair must be delayed. Now today the repair person called to say they are on their way but I never received the part. I called the store and a different staff person acted like it wasnt a big deal and only after I became upset did he say he would look into the issue. I HAVE GONE WEEKS NOW WITHOUT A WORKING FRIDGE AND NO ONE AT THIS STORE IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE FACT THAT THEY SOLD ME A FRIDGE THAT DOESNT WORK! I would suggest going elsewhere for appliances. I guess because Sears is going out of business there is no longer a sense of urgency to provide working appliances. We paid over $1600 total for this appliance, which is a decent purchase for an outlet store.

Both GE refrigerators we bought online were sold out from underneath us before we could go to pick them up. Then they state that we will get a refund in 3-5 business days. The savings are not worth the drive or hassle to get someone to even fulfill or order. My husband had to truck out the so called replacement fridge they tried to give us for way too much money. And it was dented badly all over! Im not buying from here again.

This place doesnt deserve a star at all. So we purchased a fridge and returned it the following day because we found a better deal elsewhere. I was informed of the return policy of 7-10 business days. It has surpassed the 7-10 business days and still have not received my refund. I have called 7 times and have been given the run around. The manager told me he would call me back and didnt receive a call the store manager would give me a call back and still have not received a call. The refund was supposed have been mailed through a check since I purchased through my debit and still didnt received a check nor refunded through my account. And still this day have not received a call or my refund. In addition their call center for customer service is international so they cannot help you immediately with anything. Pretty much useless. I will never do business again with Sears nor will any of my friends and family.Mind you this has been ongoing since 6/26/16 and it is now 7/18/16 almost a month

I normally dont write reviews, but these people were so incompetent that I couldnt help but write one.I called to ask if they had a torque wrench in stock, and how much it would cost - a pretty basic request.The first guy told me that they didnt have a tools department (Ive literally been to this store and bought tools from them in the past), and gave me the number to the Sears outlet in Seattle, and hung up. Completely useless.I called back, and the second guy said he would go and look for me. He got back on the phone, and told me they didnt have ANY in stock, just the sets. This is a very standard item as far as tools go, and Sears sells a whole line of them. Obviously he had no idea what I was talking about, and didnt bother to clarify.I had to call them TWICE and STILL didnt get an answer that was in any way useful.All the other reviews are correct - these people are utterly incompetent and completely useless. You will be wasting your time coming here for anything. Avoid this place.

Lenny was very patient and helpful in selling us the machines. We were able to take delivery very quickly. Unfortunately things took a down turn from there. Our machines came with delivery and install. The Washing machine was not working after set up so lenny said he would come back to take another look at why. I was cautioned there might be a problem with the machine and told they may need to bring out another brand new washer. I did not get new water supply lines for the washing machine and I was also not given a new vent hose for the dryer. After reviewing YouTube videos lenny came back adjusted the water drain hose and announced the machine was working after all. Once I was able to use my washer and dryer I noticed that the lint trap on the dryer was very full. This seemed odd for a new machine. I took the vent hose off the back and saw the hose had not been replaced and the one that was attached was very full of lint. I went on to clean out the entire vent duct inside the house 12 feet in all and replaced the vent hose myself. My expectations with having install was the machines would include new everything needed to install. What if I didnt have supply lines from a previous machine? I honestly dont know what is included with delivery and installI, contacting customer service is a nightmare. Common sense would tell you to get a new vent if you see a potential fire hazard. Anyone who saw my previous dryer vent could see it needed maintenance or replacement. I am at a complete loss as to why this was not brought to my attention. If Sears does not provide those services they should at least l let me know about the problem so I can fix it. I was able to handle the replacement and cleaning on my own because I caught it early. My advice is be informed about what you are really getting and make sure you have everything before they leave. I am happy with my appliances and so far they work great.

My girlfriend and I are moving and we needed appliances for our new place, we stopped by sears outlet in shoreline and were amazed! We ended up with a washer, dryer, and fridge all being delivered the day after we moved in! AND we got great deals on everything! Charles and Jainaba were working while we stopped in and both were very helpful and friendly, we received excellent customer service! We will definitely be back for our future appliance needs!

The store was not stocked properly, lots of empty shelves where essential items are supposed to be (for me, Duracell batteries). They wouldnt honor my manufacturers coupon because they didnt want to process the rebate form. I asked for help finding an item and they told me where it was (on the other side of the store) rather than SHOWING me. Dont waste your time with this place.

The sales associates that helped us were great, they did everything they could to make sure we got the refrigerator and range that we needed and wanted. Stars really no reflection on this location, never been there. Just FYI. My husband was in spring 2017 and said it was poorly stocked. Pretty sure this is one of the local Sears announced as closing a couple weeks ago on our local news with a clearance sale that started 1-12-18. Explains poorly stocked shelves and maybe even some unhappy employees.

It was a little hard to find based on how Google maps directed me, so I called the store and they guided me there. I needed a dishwasher, and found what I needed within 5 minutes. While cashing out, the guy helping me said that if I donated $10 to Childrens Hospital (?), they would take 10% off the total. That was a no brainier, the kids got $10, and I got $15 more taken off, win-win! My dishwasher retailed for $460, after sale and discount, I was out the door for $260, cant beat that. Ill be back in the future to replace other appliances.

Here is the story. I am only stating the facts and not adding my emotions. Ill leave you to judge it.I have a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator used for about 2 years and it stopped working due to issue with the compressor. Sure, things break, I get that. I called in to Sears to have my first appointment scheduled on Sat 4/23 2016 between 1 to 5 PM.On the day of the appointment, a technician showed up and diagnosed the fridge. The result was that the compressor needs to be replaced but he didnt have the parts so he had to order it. He gave me his phone number and told me to give him a call as soon as the parts arrive. He verbally committed to come back on Wed 4/27 to finish the job and asked me to allocate my whole day since he wasnt sure about exactly when he would come. Besides, he had to charge me for labor in advance so he can order the parts. I let him charged my card.Tue 4/26, I got all the parts shipped to my house and called him to confirm our appointment the next day.At 9:15AM on Wed 4/27, I called the technician and asked for the estimated time window for his arrival. He said he had to check his schedule and would get back to me soon. I never heard back from him so I waited the whole day. I tried to call him again at 3:00, 3:49 and 4:09 PM and left messages. He never picked up the phone and never called me back. I ended up calling Sears back at 7PM to find out whats going on. Spoke/complained to a supervisor and agreed to reschedule the appointment for Tue 5/3 8AM to 12PM. They should at least let me know if they were not able to come for the date of an appointment instead of wasting my whole day waiting.For the May 3rd appointment, Ive received confirmation of the appointment the day before. The appointment time has passed, no one showed up nor called.This is the worst customer experience to me, ever. I am going to dispute the repair charge on my credit card for the work they have never performed. I am going to throw away this fridge and buy a new one. Only this time not from Sears and never will.Jerry

It was a while before we got a person who was knowledgeable on their beds. Once he came over, he explained that all sanitized beds were returns from customers before their 30 day policy. The beds look brand new. We walked out with a BeautyRest, queen mattress for $799.00. I am extremely satisfied with the salesman and how well I now sleep!

The store decor/layout/name has not been updated in nearly 20 years. The staff were not helpful at all. The guy working at the tools section kept bragging about how hes been working there for 17 years, yet he was on the cash register. His knowledge did not seem to match his 17 years of experience at this specific Sears. Oh and to add to that, the parking lot, though spacious, it is very sketchy.

Worst Customer Service Ever at Shoreline!I initially went to the Tacoma Sears Outlet on June 12, 2017 to review specs and find the perfect dryer because my dryer of 7 years went kaput; unfortunately after I finally decided on the best fit for what I needed they did not have it at their store. However, because I had my washer for over 15 years, I found a new washer that made me want to buy the set. The sales-manager at the Tacoma store went above and beyond to help me locate the matching dryer, that day it was not located in Washington close, but the next day it popped up at the Shoreline store. I was excited. I called the Tacoma store on June 13, 2017 and as I was calling the sales manager, he told me as well the dryer was at Shoreline. He said that after I purchase the dryer the delivery can be coordinated and I could receive them at the same time, which would also save me money on double delivery charges.Well, I placed the order for the dryer and then I immediately called the Shoreline store to try to arrange a coordinated delivery with them and the Tacoma store. This did not go as smoothly as I expected, it actually went terribly wrong. The person who answered the phone, did not have knowledge of helping me, so I asked for the manager, someone named James got on the phone, I explained to him that I just placed an online order for a dryer and want to coordinate delivery with the Tacoma store, I asked if they can deliver to the Tacoma store or if they share a distribution center for shipment so they can come to me together, I also inquired about why the shipping was much higher than what I was quoted at the Tacoma store. James informed me that essentially it didnt matter where I wanted the dryer to be delivered it can only be delivered to the address on the online order. I asked James, what if it was a gift for someone - he told me that I do not have a CHOICE. After I sensed in his voice that he did not want to help me or provide alternatives, I said OK and ended the call there because, then my happiness about this purchase went South. To date I have not received my dryer, nor have I received a follow-up call from anyone at the Shoreline store informing me of anything, to include when the dryer should be delivered or that it cant.The manager at the Tacoma outlet store has been diligently trying to help me resolve this issue, however there appears to be push-back through Shoreline with that process as well. The last information the Tacoma manager was provided was that Shoreline cant ship to my address? - this was news to me, because her I am waiting.The Tacoma store has been going above and beyond to help me resolve this situation and I applaud the sales manager for that, but the Shoreline store appears to care less that I have spent $900 on a dryer and whether or not I ever get it. This type of service is main reason why retailers dont stay around. Just because you have products does not mean consumers have to buy from you - This service just gave the competition edge... I want to shop where I feel my service is important as well as my $$ - Shoreline does not make the grade - very poor customer service.

I made a purchase from Sears Outlet through their website. Their website showed that the item was in stock at a nearby store and that I could order it for pickup there. After making my purchase, I received an email from them with a temporary online order number, which made me suspicious. I called and discovered that they did not have the item they had just sold me, would not be shipping stock from another store, and would not order more. They canceled my order, but I received no email confirmation of the cancellation and have (so far) received no refund.UPDATE: They literally told me the check was in the mail and should arrive within two weeks. In case you missed it, they get to keep my money for two weeks, even though they literally sold me something they did not have. I should charge them interest.

I would say that there is somehow good deals, if youve looking for something, lets said floor model or previously used and return but almost new, this is the place, some items are still new but been damaged by moving, storing, etc the thing in here is you need to make sure what are you getting, sometimes youll end up paying almost the same price as a brand new... make sure you ask and verify everything.

We bought a refrigerator yesterday. Delivered today. Within 2 hours it went dead. Was told by service that there was nothing that could be done today. Get ice and and ask neighbors for help. Call back tomorrow but no guarantees because it’s a holiday weekend. Will NEVER shop Sears again. So disappointed.

This is the worst Sears that I know of. It is minimally staffed and poorly stocked. Sadly, it is the nearest Sears to my house.Items dont have price tags; the prices are on the shelf. However, items are not typically put in the right place on the shelf so you have a very limited expectation of what things cost. Once you have made your selection and you go to pay for the item, expect a 10-minute hunt for a manned cash register, and then a line because its the only open register in the store.The return process is easy if you have your receipt. Gift cards never expire. The rewards program is Byzantine in its complexity.Edit: 9/16/17Dont buy Craftsman. The power tools are rubbish, and the era when Craftsman was synonymous with lifetime warranty has ended. I called the Craftsman hotline about a replacement under warranty for a power sander that died. The lady on the phone said take it to your local store and theyll take care of you. So I did. And the employees treated me rudely when I asked about the warranty. Im never shopping here again. Im never buying Craftsman tools again.Also, Sears has no bike racks. The only bike rack in the entire shopping center is by Central Market. For a location right on the Interurban Trail, thats rather disappointing.

On February 10th of this year, 2019, I purchased a snowblower from the Sears Outlet located in Shoreline WA. Upon getting it home I put it together, filled the oil and gas, and proceeded to clear my driveway of the snow that was falling. This Poulan machine started right up and ran well for all of 15 or 20 minutes when the exhaust noise changed pitch drastically and a heavy metal clunk was heard from inside the cowl. I shut the machine down. I was scheduled for rotator cuff surgery 4 days later so decided to wait to see what the issue was although I knew the exhaust had fallen off. Fast forward to today. Not yet fully recovered from surgery but feeling well enough to see what happened to the blower, I started to pull the cowling off and discovered missing screws, a loose fuel tank, and as suspected the entire exhaust system flopping around inside. Even though I had purchased a warranty I decided if this was any indication of things to come, Id use the machine for 15 minutes and wait a week or two for warranty repair. Not a good scenario for a snowblower. When you need it, you need. Decided to return it. Charles, who greeted me at the return door looked at my paperwork and said I couldnt return it because 30 days had elapsed. I explained about the shoulder surgery to which he just shrugged and said rules are rules. He told me since I had purchased the warranty I had nothing to worry about. Just call and get it fixed. I then shared my concerns about the quality and reliability of the machine. Still nothing he could do. He admitted that he could see the machine had been very slightly used and not abused, but nothing could be done. Will take this up with the manufacturer and the warranty department to see where it goes, if anywhere. The last three experiences at Sears werent the best but the pricing was attractive. Truth to that old saying, You get what you pay for.

Absolutely a disappointment! If there was a 0 star it would be given. No one available at any registers and when you do find one available the prices for items on sale dont even ring up correctly. Then the cashiers either dont have patience or are so new that they dont know how to do the sale prices. So unfortunate to come to a favorite store and see it so disfunctional.

I bought a dishwasher with installation on 7/11/2015 and it took a report to the BBB to get it installed on 9/9/2015.I bought a mattress with a box spring 7/20/15 and returned the box spring (declined the delivery). Its now 10/8/2015 and I havent been refunded. Ive put in a complaint to the BBB to get my refund.Wanna purchase something here? - good luck.

Their delivery guys refused to install the washer and dryer for me because the installation kit is on a separate order which their sells did that for me. This happened TWICE while their sells promised me they would set up everything for me TWICE. My advice? Never buy anything from this store.

Bought washer and dryer from this store. Worst appliance shopping experience ever. The dryer came with wrong cord, and delivery person just left it uninstalled. Called Sears multiple times, they just push responsibility with the shipping company (XPO shipping). By the end I had to install the dryer myself. Bad company like this deserve bankruptcy.

One of the worst companies i have ever encountered. Ordered a dryer online that was discontinued but had no defects or blemishes. Took extra time to confirm with a sales rep that the dryer had no defects or blemishes. Completed the order. Dryer had scratches and dents all over it.
