Store gets worse by the day. You can never find anybody that works and if you do they’re usually in a group sitting there talking. Customer service upfront won’t answer the phone so you can ask them to send somebody to a department so you end up leaving your basket full of stuff there and just going to a different store.

I am a coke vendor, I sometimes have to vendor this store and on this day I had go into this store and vendor their coke machines well there was a whole pallet full of water sitting right in front of the cooler were I had to put the coke at I asked one of the cashers if she could get someone to move it for me she said sure and tried to find someone for me, well a employee walked bye she asked about it and he said not my dept. And not problem and I looked at him and said not the right answer and he just smiled at me and walked off they need to do a better job with training there employees

I have a project renovating a cabin/cottage I talked to Robert over in paint hes undeniably recognizable with paint covering his entire apron and his name written across it. He step by step walked me through exactly what I needed to strip paint off of wall and how I was going to do it and made sure I had all the tools to accomplish the job effectively and properly. I tried leaving him a review on home Depot survey from the receipt but I could not get it to work. Cannot express my gratitude enough to this man for helping me through something I know nothing about

Its your typical Home Depot, but I did notice that this store has a lot of friendly staff every where to help you find something and I never have to wait in line more then a minute when checking out, so thats nice.

I went to Home Depot for a key type door knob. As I was walking down the front trying to figure where they would be, an employee greeted me and asked if he could help me find anything. When I told him what I needed he walked me to the aisle, and pointed out the key type, showing me various prices. Very helpful and professional. I went through self check out and was out in under 10 minutes. Great experience!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful with my questions and finding products I needed. As a new homeowner, Ill be making a lot more trips to hardware stores and likely will keep coming back for all my renovation product needs.

Had to ask three different employees for help just to find a streaming device. While looking for said device my other items, which were at the register, disappeared in the 2 minutes it took to go and find the item myself finally. Really appreciate the young guy with a blue mask and skinny build who was manning the self checkout around 5pm. He was the only true help I got and I really appreciate his kindness and the time he took out of his day to actually help me, unlike the old man in the blue shirt at register 4 I believe.

This place is always great. Usually I know what Im looking for, and theres always someone handy to help me find it. Today, we needed wood, and we dont have a saw at home, so we got help from Shaunna who rocked the saw for us and got us our wood in the exact sizes we need for our project!

Called several times to check product availability.. I was assured by two separate people that they had what I was looking for. When I arrived I was told that they dont carry the product I called about previously.

I thought it depend on location but I am convinced that Homedepot is a discrimination place. I was looking around for a cheap screw driver and bits to put some shelves. Instead of helping or ask if I need help I have a hired security guards following me around the tool section. All this people that works here ignores or dodge me when come close to me. I know I don’t smell because o shower twice a day with nice shampoo and all. I also noticed all the Asian and or colored people don’t get help or approach like the white folks. The white dolls get greeted and help but no color folks. We all walk around like a chicken got their head cut off… for sure won’t shop at any HomeDepot.

Excellent customer service when I picked up merchandise ordered online. Customer service associate showed me step by step how to use the lockbox.

Nice friendly and helpful service with knowledgeable staff. Not crowded, and people do abide to mask wearing, and social distance rules.

Its the great wood shortage of 2020... Apparently all of the home depots are out of lumber specifically treated lumber used to build decks and other outdoor construction. If you are building a deck this summer I strongly recommend that you order online everything that you need and go to the store when they call you and tell you that its ready. Otherwise you may take a drive just to look at empty shelves like we did today.Shoreline seems to get and keep more treated lumber than Bothell. I guess more decks are being built in Bothell during Covid!!

This was my first time at this location. Store was busy, but employees were very helpful. Ill definitely shop here again.

Do NOT EVER go to HD for countertop remodeling. We cant trust them anymore. We placed our order freaking THREE months ago and now still waiting to install the countertop. Being switching the materials twice because of the material we picked got backordered. We had been pushed back twice after the order is delivered to installer, and finally we got a confirmation call last week they will come to install today (10/04). Scheduled time was 1-3pm and we waited till 4pm. No one came and no one called. We called PM and all we got was we had to be POSSIBLY scheduled this Thursday. Excuse me? If it was some morning jobs delaying the installation, shouldnt it be the next day to make it up? The experience is extremely poor. Price is expensive. Honestly if it wasnt we are at this stage and had to BEG them to install asap, I would have asked for refund already.

Instore experience is usually pretty good, but their online experience was terrible. My order was missing for 3 weeks in transit and neither home depot or ontrac was willing to help. I would recommend to have the order shipped to directly to the store, so you dont have to deal with missing or delayed shipment.

Ryan in the electrical department is fantastic. We are in the middle of a major building project and we have question after question after question. He always takes the time to give very thorough answers and offer helpful suggestions.

Prices can be a bit higher at Home Depot, but comparison shopping helps by going online first. They have an employee standing at the door who can direct customers who do not know their way around.What I love in particular about this place is their garden center. If a person does not have good luck with plants, saving the receipt and pot it was purchased in and returning to the store with them, a replacement plant can be picked up. There is also an employee in the garden center who can answer any questions on care of plants during the weekdays, and shipments come in constantly.

Great store, customer focus is exceptional! Only issue I have is with their curbside delivery or should I say the lack thereof as you have to go in, stand in line and deal with it all at customer service.Other than that the store is clean, has just about anything, and friendly staff!

Shoreline store has helpful staff, with generally pain-free check-out. We Dont enjoy the parking/store access situation however. Too much cut-through traffic.

Made the traditional two trips for our project and returns were super easy.

Not so much a retail review, but more a comment on the stores work ethic. We had a delivery of 40,000 lbs plus of bark mulch fron Colville. There was a truck break down involved and we asked if we could deliver late that night to really help out the two drivers. The receiver said he couldnt guarantee delivery but if we came he would see what he could do. We appreciated his honesty and even if he couldnt have unloaded us we would have been more than OK. As it was he made a great effort and managed to get us unloaded. Thank you again.

Mike at the Pro Service desk is definitely the man for the job. The most helpful employee I have ever seen, he will go above and beyond to help out with any questions you have and help with items.. all without asking him for assistance! Great work ethic, and conversation starter. This has just become my favorite Home Depot to go to. Will be back again a million times.

For the most part I can always find what Im looking for.

Went into Home Depot to find a fire alarm & found a great deal on a combination fire alarm/CO2 detector. Installed easily, tested it and is working well. The store was busy on Saturday, but got in and out quickly.

Due to false inventory numbers by staff both in store and online I now have to wait a week for the money I spent to return when I need my order today, Im unimpressed with their management online and in store.

I had an excellent sales experience with a person named Dale. I told him I was price shopping and it didnt deter him from helping me. He spent close to a half hour helping educate me re:hot water tanks. I made sure to talk to a supervisor on his behalf.

Short staffed big time...this store needs help in many ways....

The place is great overall and the employees are helpful and nice but the reason Im giving it 3 stars is because its so hard to find help when you need it but when you dont need help they seem to be at every aisle.

Our power went out a couple of weeks ago, we live across the street from this home depot so we frequently shop here. Until the night we came we have never interacted with many associates. My two year old son was with us and an associate named Steve gave us above and beyond service! We literally left smiling because he gave our son a couple of the kits HD gives children and he was so nice to our whole family. He also told us what isle the flashlights were in and said he would meet us there after he grabbed the kit for our son. Weve never been treated so well at this store, this guy is going to make a difference for Home Depot and I just wanted somebody to recognize this if you have not already. He completely made our son light up and he was so excited and I could tell his actions were genuine and he was not just doing it for the job. MAKE STEVE CEO!! 😁

Through a series of unfortunate events, I arrived at 9:45 pm to pick up an online order. Worse, I had a few (total of 4) items I needed to pick up in addition.Everyone was super helpful and friendly, one gentleman even walked with me and helped me locate everything (I know general layout, but 2 of the 4 items I needed were things I dont usually purchase). Was out the door by 10:02, the people are what keep me going back to Home Depot.

Quick. In and out. A little difficult to locate flat carts. They were all down in the garden department. Employees were courteous, attentive, and cheerful. Everyone was masked. Some customers seemed deep in cell conversation rather than attentive to their surroundings. Really appreciate they minimize overhead announcements in this store.

Same service at every store kind and friendly

I cant say that I go here for any other reason than their Little Builders workshop, but I would if I had projects at home to do. My daughter loves the kids building workshops. We look forward to every project!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady in appliances couldn’t be bothered more to help and absolutely belittled my wife. Her supervisor (Isaac) was no better. They had two appliances marked as clearance that were marked sold. We asked for them to honor the price and they said it was a mistake. We then asked if they could call around and they said to look up numbers ourselves. As someone who worked in retail for 16 years, I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and am beyond understanding. However, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and will never shop at this store again.

This is my go to store for purchases due things around the house. Good selection, helpful and knowledgeable staff, good prices. I had been looking for some small, rimmed plant saucers. I wasnt finding them at all, until I looked here at Home Depot.

Bought an electric battery powered EGO lawnmower, got it home and unpacked it and found out it was badly damaged by forklift. I returned it and was treated very nicely and came home with a good one. All happy now !

Good luck finding someone to help you. They have a few customer service gems but you have to mine for them (luck out).

When comparing the Home Depot vs Lowes Home Improvement, I have to say the HD have Lowes beat by a nose. Im remodeling a house myself, and everytime I walk into the HD (which is practically every day) there is someone there to help me... in every department, even right before it closes.The Lowes Home Improvement in Lynnwood, in comparison always always have me waiting for an associate after I push the help button, and they seem annoyed when they show up.Im sure the service varies significantly from store to store, but this one is great. I always get what I want, the staff always provide great help... this is definitely my default home improvement store.

Service desk and returns people are terrific always very helpful, employees in the store are helpful 80% of the time when you can find them. Since this Corona thing there are more orange aprons which is great. My online orders havent been 100% correctly fulfilled yet but again service desk is Great. I typically start here and only go elsewhere if they dont have what Im looking for.

The parking lot is shared with a Costco and can be dangerous if you have children with you. Keep your children close to you!!!

U ask the workers where something is located they will tell u a random number just so u wont bother them u can go from one worker to other and walk across the whole store and not one worker will tell u the right spot my advice is grab the mf and dragg him to the place he told you and make him show u 75% chance he said random number

I needed a hand truck to move items into my apartment. The workers were very helpful. I was shocked when one of them came up to me and asked if I needed help or had a question to ask. Great customer service keeps customers coming back.

A little more people than I had hoped for. No one cleaning carts and the cleaner was unorganized and hard to notice. They did have what I needed and 2 clerks actually asked if they could help me.
