Excellent selection! Prices have gone up recently but the selection has gotten better as well! Super friendly staff and very helpful. They are quick to add more cashiers when the line gets long to checkout. Be aware that the donation line can get lengthy but does move fairly quickly. Highly recommend supporting this Goodwill!

The store is in a convenient location. The staff are polite. But the pricing is very expensive for a charity store. Who is deciding these absurd prices? The table fans are almost as much as a new one. The purses and handbags are almost never less than $4.99 even when they are small and dirty. The kitchen/utensils pricing is too much. The cut fabrics are way too much over priced ($8, 9, 10 etc)! One yard of clean fabric should be priced at $1, 2 yards for $2 and so on. Smaller pieces and fat quarters should be 50 pence. There is just no logic to their pricing. The manager should definitely train their employees to sort out their pricing. This is a second hand store and being so greedy is not right. Everything else is fine here.

Your standard goodwill, people are plenty friendly, selection is continuously rotating. One frustration being that they often overpriced things, but thats just a personal opinion. And it seems to be at every good will, not just this one. But if you are a fan of thrift shopping, this is a great place to do it

Usually a huge fan of donating and especially donating to Goodwill. But we had to stay in line for almost 30 minutes waiting to donate. The goodwill employee was having each car unload everything, including things from boxes that were packed to donate in order to have the donator put them into different containers. The employee never actually helped the person donating just vaguely pointed in a direction to where the items should be placed. I understand wanting to have an organizational system, but this was employees having donators do their job for them. This is the third time we have tried to donate here but the line has always been so backed up we went other places. We are very disappointed in the disregard for people’s time.

This is my least favorite Goodwill to shop at. I have seen people with their dogs here they are not service dogs! The prices are way overpriced! During covid they would not allow for us to try anything on which I understand however then maybe they should allow cash back on purchases and not sell half used bath and shower items. I gave it two stars for a decent location I have been able to find some decent items if I spend the time to pick through and they dont know what they have.

Im going to say this very simply I came in to that Goodwill and bought a kid that works for me some new work boots 430 something dollars and by the time we got out to the truck and he put them on the souls were completely off and now I have 30 something dollars in credit for a store that I want nothing to do with because they do not give cash back after you leave. This is a cleaner than average Goodwill store. The employees are pretty nice, and the shelves are well maintained. The store doesnt have the usual thrift-store funk smell going either which is nice. The prices here are a bit all over the place, and high in general. I found several things where there were multiples of items all at different price points, and some of them not too much less than I could get the item for new, but in general, there were some good deals to be found, and we did walk away with a handful of treasures.Next time we are in the area, we will probably stop by again as this does seem to be a store worth shopping at. While its not the best thrift-store I have visited, it is likely in the top ten.

They dont have the broadest or the best selection... But they are the nicest and most professional, which is saying a lot bcuz most of the other Goodwill around the area north are not only unprofessiol, but are rude as well !! .Security really goes way overboard ive seen them throw a small girl around like a rag doll trying to get her backpack off and ive also been accused and told they would physically drag me back to their office if I didnt go...so I went, and so did the cashier who rang up my Sale...so I was let go, but without an apology or any thing.... That was the Seattle one. Shoreline is always super nice and professional.

I love shopping here. The selection and customer service has always been superb. I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5 due to my most recent customer service experience. If I could give this 0 starts I would but honestly, I shouldn’t have expected any less from Goodwill. I bought a chair from here today and waited 15 minutes before someone came to assist me. Within that time, multiple employees passed me with no regard and I continued to wait (yes, I did ask for help). I waited in line for another 10 minutes and then bought my chair. I was instructed to park in front and an employee will bring my chair out for me. I did just that and I’ve now been sitting here for over 30+ minutes waiting for someone. I called and explained that i’ve been sitting out here for x amount of time and the lady said “I’m sorry” and hung up. 10 minutes have passed and I’m still sitting here waiting for my chair that i’ve purchased to be brought out. If it was such a hard task I would’ve just done it myself.

Seattle Goodwill has fashion police that are here to protect children. Store Manager Mike Bedrosian sent two employees to throw my partner out, as we were looking at glass wear, for harming kids with summer shorts. When I asked to talk to the manger over the decision an employee lied to me telling me they were the manger. It was not till I requested their business card and mentioned that I was a lawyer that the actual store manager was summoned.Mike than appeared to question whether I was really a lawyer and to misquote the 1st Amendment. Thanks for the civics lesson Mike.Mike came from a back room filled with video surveillance, where it appears they spend their time commenting on patrons fashion. As a privacy lawyer I am disgusted at this use of technology, what a waste of time and money! This is harassment and shameful.Goodwills new mission helping protecting children from summer wearI shop at Goodwill once a week and believe in their real mission to help communities.Go back to helping and stop harassing patrons.

Prices are unusually high, something that is reflected in the slow turnover of items. Always better to reuse and recycle, and support community programs, but either the overhead is too high or people doing the pricing are overly optimistic. Prices are considerably higher than value village and salvation army, with only modest specials. One can only assume the long line at donations is stuff being shipped to stores elsewhere.
