Skyline went beyond my expectations!They located a simple conversion pole / loop hook combination for my ball head type closure skylight. Theirknowledgeable friendly staff made it enjoyable to do business with.

We are getting ready to paint our house and needed to upgrade a wooden storm door that had four badly-scratched plexiglas panels. Skyline Windows recommended we replace the plexiglas with tempered glass. Skylines miracle worker Darin hand-crafted window stripping to fit the narrow space available, with beautifully-mitered corners, and installed them flawlessly. AND the job was completed in less than four days. We are totally delighted with the careful craftsmanship, the fast service, and the very fair price they charged for this job. We discovered Skyline by word-of-mouth and want to let others know about this wonderful company. Take your projects to them. You wont be disappointed.

Just got 8 window screens remade and a patio, sliding, screen door re-screened. The customer service has been absolutely incredible. My 2 year old son came with me to pick up the screens and he was greeted with warmth and chocolates. Lots of smiles in this place and the screens look fantastic. Price seems to be quite good though I dont know much about screen prices. Thank you to the team!

I went to Skyline for a screened patio door. I wanted to support a local business, but was disappointed with their quality.1. Never received promised phone call for arrival of the product. This left me waiting an additional two weeks past the original EIGHT day estimate. 20 day wait is unacceptable. They said it was because they lost my order form, which was then found after 2 to 3 minutes of searching.2. The door came with several sloppy defects. The mitered corner joints were loose and uneven, I could fit a penny in the gap. Jagged, un-sanded cuts on the aluminum with protruding burrs. The screen was not trimmed flush, and hangs out past the spline in several places. Other small dents and paint scuffs on the frame. This door is supposed to be brand new, not a 2nd hand discount product.3. They misquoted me on the price of the track. The final price was 50% more expensive than initially quoted. At $30 this is not a huge expense, but is annoying. Considering I had to cut, drill, and tap the track MYSELF, their mark-up cost is unwarranted.I will grant that the woman working the front desk was friendly, patient, and informative. This does not make up for the poor product. I have been reminded why sometimes the big-box store is better. I could have got the same door for the same price, in better condition, with zero wait.
