This has become an ongoing problem...No matter how much bubblewrap, extra cushion, packing bubbles, etc. at least one thing will arrive to my buyer broken and completely shattered. There is no way that these are breaking because of a lack of wrapping, it is because you can’t seem to take care of peoples packages properly. This package had “fragile” written at least 8 times all over it, and yet again ups still manages to destroy it. How hard is it to kindly set it down, instead of throwing things. I have seen how ups handles things and it isn’t with care.

Such a quick and amazing experience with the folks working at this location. Specifically one of the employee Kavita. She does an excellent job with packages handling and delivery. They offer in-store online printing and document finishing services. The notary service is excellent, very efficient, fast and the individuals working at this location are always helpful and courteous. Also the store is clean and tidy.

This Ups is my favorite store. The staff is always nice and helpful. I don’t go anywhere else.

I have been coming to the ups store for a few years. Kavita is so helpful and friendly. She is hard working and able to manage many customers at a time. When customers come in they feel like they have a new friend. Everyone loves her.

Meena, the sweet lady that helped me was efficient and kind. The store was clean and well organized. This location always has a notary on site and thats super awesome.

The store is nice and organized. The staff are very nice and welcoming. My packages got delivered to the destination they were going on time. I had no problem with them at all.

This is the WORST ups store. Employees are rude and very disrespectful. I was doing a simple Amazon “free” return and they upcharged me for everything they could. I would avoid this location at all possible.

A young man named Gabriel was very kind. A UPS store up north messed up one of my packages being delivered. I came to this location and he fixed it immediately. Great service!

If looking for notary do not go here. To start, I tried calling and there was no answer. Then I went into the store looking for a notary and stood in the lobby, which was unattended completely, for a few minutes. I had to call out hello a few times before a boy came out. I asked if the notary was available and he said shes not in. He did not say when shed be in.

This store is a complete rip off! The lady was very rude and grabbed my husbands papers to just scan (no ink, no paper needed) without even explaining how the price works and was very rude to him. $74 later for scanning 98 pages!!!I called around other local UPS stores and they quoted $10-$35. But because the are a franchise they can charge whatever they want. And she could care less, so do yourself a favor and take your business to another location.

Nick is very helpful and was able to accommodate my requests. I forgot to include an item in a shipment I sent and he was able to accommodate and ship the item separately at no charge. This is the kind of customer service that would make me come back to this store over and over again.

The Staffs are very professional. All the querys that I had during my visit were taken care with ease. They took care of my items that were needed to be shipped by packing it properly. I just got everything at the UPS store and they packed it and made sure my package doesnt get damage inside the box. Another visit that I had at the store they helped me preparing business cards, I didnt knew that earlier UPS does design and printing as well. I had a design in my mind which I shared with them and they really did good job with it. I was totally satisfied with the final outcome. I would highly recommended anyone who want anything to get done with terms to design, print and editing in reasonable pricing.

Doesn’t open on time

Always have had an easy experience shipping items at this location. I usually have my own label, but it costs $1.09 to print an email packing slip. Unfortunately I don’t have a printer, so I always have to pay the fee.

I called after leaving work to see if the notary was available, they said yes they are there. I showed up 20 minutes later and the notary had “left for the day”. The store closes at seven why wouldn’t you tell me when I called that the notary was about to leave?

Very convenient one stop place for anyone who needs their legal documents scanned printed and mailed they have a notary public, live scan etc. for everything you need this is the place to go, I definitely recommend this to anyone. Helpful staff most of all, not so often you find a place that the staff really help with what you need to do. I hope that UPS would have more people like Dean and Mena working for them.

Worst UPS store ever. They are rude and try to charge you more than needed. Ill drive 15 minutes to go to a different location. Went to ship something and they told me the cheapest option was to spend on a box. I questioned it and was able to ship using an envelope for half the price. On another occasion they wanted to charge me $1 for tape. On another occasion they wanted to charge me $3 for a standard letter envelope.

Had a package redirected to this location, after I was not available for signature confirmation at my house. Upon picking up the package, was told that there would be a $5 holding fee because this location is not an UPS access point. Looked up the location on the UPS site, and it is indeed a UPS access point. Try the other location in Plainfield or else ware. Not going here again.

Don’t go to this location if you’re looking for good service or if it’s getting close to closing time. I rushed to ship four time sensitive prepaid packages after working for 14 hours. I arrived 5 minutes prior to the store closing time and the employee had already supposedly closed both registers and said he wouldn’t get me a receipt if I left them but I could. Right I’m going to leave $2K worth of electronics with an obvious untrustworthy individual who was extremely ignorant.
